Kristen Stewart Says She’s “A Miserable C—,” We Prove Her Wrong With These 25 Smiley Photos

25 photos of Kristen Stewart smiling

Kristen Stewart has a lot to be on edge about these days. It can’t be easy to go headlong into the pit of Twi-Hards alongside her boyfriend Robert Pattinson after her infamous affair with Snow White And The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders over the summer. But that’s no reason to get so down, K-Stew! Never one to be a Miss Rosy Sunshine even on the best of occasions, the 22-year-old actress took a particularly harsh view of herself in an upcoming interview with Marie Claire UK.

“I’m a miserable c—!” she said in the magazine’s November 2012 issue while speaking to Balenciaga’s creative director Nicolas Ghesquiere. “I’m not sure if I’m most happy when I’m comfortable and content or when I’m pushing myself to the limits. There are such different versions of happy. And I really appreciate both.” We guess it’s that discontent and desire to go further that makes her such an awesome actress. She even admits that she’d be lost without acting in her life. “I’d probably go back to school, read a lot and figure out what I should do,” she says if she had to quit the entertainment industry.

Although we love her trademark glare, Kristen can light up a red carpet by flashing her million-watt megastar smile. The “miserable” girl definitely doesn’t scowl all the time! Head down to the gallery below to see our 25 favorite pix of K-Stew grinning. Enjoy!

Weird Robsten Rumor Of The Day: Kristen Stewart’s Mom Got Them Back Together

Kristen Stewart's mom allegedly got her back together with Robert Pattinson

We’ve heard about staying together for the kids, but staying together for the parents just sounds weird. But that’s what’s happening with Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, at least if these reports in RadarOnline are to be believed. According to this story, Kristen’s mother Jules Stewart was even more bummed than the rest of us Twihards when it was revealed that her daughter had an affair with her Snow White And The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders. “It ripped her heart in two when she saw those pictures of Kristen in a compromising situation with Rupert,” an inside source claims. “And she couldn’t believe what her daughter had done.”

The fling spelled the end of Robsten for a time, but the two are rumored to be drifting closer, even going so far as moving back in together. According to the insider, Mrs. Stewart has strongly supported her daughter’s attempts at reconciliation, and is even having words with Rob one-on-one. She apparently had a very close relationship with Rob, and thinks of him like a son. “She has been speaking with Robert, reiterating Kristen’s pleas for another chance and is trying to help build up trust between the pair. It is early days, but if this reconciliation can bring Robert and Kristen back together, they’ll have Jules to thank.” The friend goes on to describe K-Stew’s mom as the “glue” that’s keeping them together. We’ve heard about hands on parenting, but this seems a tad bit extreme.

A Twilight Fan Analyzes The Breaking Dawn: Part 2 Soundtrack Song List

I was excited to write up my reactions to the just released Breaking Dawn Part 2 soundtrack listing, because I truly love the previous soundtracks from the franchise and think Music Supervisor Alex Patsavas always does a killer job cultivating tracks that suit each film’s mood. However, I know that my deep entrenchment in the Twilight fandom might make my opinion a little biased. Yes, I drink out of a giant Twilight cup and can identify every pair of Kristen Stewart‘s sneakers out of a shoe lineup, so my thoughts are certainly tainted by years of Twi-obsession. So take these silly, quick comments with a couple grains of salt, okay? They’re my unedited, unresearched, immediate reactions. Besides, we all know this soundtrack could be made up solely of songs by The Wiggles and I’d still love it.

1. Where I Come From — Passion Pit

  • I thought their last album was a dud, but I like these guys and imagine this song will be fun for a shot of a lighthearted giggle shared between Edward and Bella or a wide-shot of the Volvo cruising along those curvaceous roads that apparently curl through Forks like a cement river.

2. Bittersweet — Ellie Goulding

  • Her voice is wonderful and haunting, but I’m a bit less enthused knowing it’s produced by her boyfriend, Skrillex. I expect some serious “womp, womp, wub, dub” happening in the middle, and can really only imagine a ridiculous wolf pack transformation taking place over dubstep. Just feels so jort-y, ya know?

New Breaking Dawn – Part 2 Poster Prepares Us For All That Vampire Action

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2

After a six-part rollout on all the official Twilight Facebook pages, Summit released the final theatrical one-sheet poster for Breaking Dawn – Part 2 this morning, and man, does it get our blood pumping. Sure, we liked all the intimate family scenes and gathering of special vamps from far and wide that the previous still gave us. But this one, like the sneak peek of the movie we saw during the VMAs, is all about the action. We always kind of dug the way the second half of Stephenie Meyer’s book turns into a sort of X-Men battle, in which it’s all about whose superpowers are superior — even though we know the victory will ultimately belong to those whose motivations are pure and right, rather than petty and vindictive. OK, that sounds cheesy when we say it that way, but it totally works in the book. We are feeling fierce just looking at Edward, Bella and Jacob. Are you?

Breaking Dawn – Part 2 Promo Tour Reportedly Features Joint Robsten Appearances

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2

The reports that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have reunited and are possibly even living together again in L.A. have made our shipper hearts soar, and now we might even get to see their renewed love first-hand once more (or, at least second-hand). While they’ve managed to keep their reunion away from prying paparazzi eyes, their professional relationship may be on full display beginning this month, according to the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 promotional schedule obtained by Deadline yesterday. Even when the fallout from the Rupert Sanders pics had many fearing a breakup, Summit promised that the final promo tour of the saga would not be compromised, so this should not come as a surprise. Rather, it’s a pleasant confirmation.

The times we’re pretty sure Rob and Kristen will appear together, per Deadline’s schedule are: October 28-November 1, when most of the cast participates in the press junket in Los Angeles; and the world premiere in L.A. on November 12. There’s no specific cast attached to U.S. events on October 11 and 21, and press/TV appearances November 4-11, so those might be good Robsten moments, too. And then we don’t know which cities will feature which stars from November 14-16, when the schedule just says “Premiere Tour in London, Madrid, and Berlin featuring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Bill Condon and Wyck Godfrey.”

Rob And Kristen Reportedly Move Back In Together

Us Weekly has a new story out this morning claiming that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have moved back in together. “They are living together and have reconciled,” says one of their infamously anonymous sources. “I knew he eventually he wouldn’t be able to resist her saying, ‘Please, please, please,’ ” said another “insider.” According to the article they’ve found a new home to share in L.A., as Rob’s Los Feliz digs “has too many memories.”

The pair hasn’t been spotted together publicly since Kristen’s Kiss-gate, but Rob was seen out and about enjoying Emmy weekend and Kristen just jetted off to Paris today for Fashion Week. Not that I expect them to go out together for a casual dinner of ramen noodles, what with the way the press is up their butts in a major way right now. Nay, I expect these two to lay kinda low, whatever the status of their relationship is (which, according to numerous reports, is very much ON).

Now, my first reaction to this new Us story was, “It’s none of our business. Let these poor people breath and live their lives without us interfering in their every move!!!” Because really.

But if I’m being honest — which I try to be, even when it’s mortifying — my second reaction to this was, ”I know I care way too much about a couple I don’t know, but this gives me all the feels, and I really hope they are taking time to work through their issues and rebuild trust and just connect with each other in a meaningful way and, like, there’s no need to rush into anything, guys, but if this is what’s best for you and you’ve decided this together, then godspeed, you attractive pair of cuties, you! See you at Ikea!”

But really, it’s none of our business. Right?

What do YOU think of Us‘ story? Holler at me — comments, Twitter…you know where to find me. (And yes, I purposefully chose an old photo of Rob and Kristen because isn’t it cute? 2008, you were fun.)

Exclusive: Christina Perri Weighs In On RobSten Relationship, Twilight

Singer/songwriter Christina Perri is one of the most famous Twilight fans around, and VH1 caught up with her recently and of course got her opinion on the effect Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson‘s recent relationship issues will have on the Twilight franchise. Her opinion: not much.

“I wrote ‘A Thousand Years’ for Edward and Bella because that’s my favorite love story,” she said of her song on the Breaking Dawn soundtrack. “Rob and Kristen, I think, are completely separate from Edward and Bella.” She added, “It’s their personal life. I think it’s totally separate.”

As for their relationship ups and downs (and now ups again, according to every tabloid today) affecting the Twilight franchise and fans? “It shouldn’t,” she said. “Because Twi-hards are Twi-hards for a reason.”

That we are!

Have Robert Pattinson And Kristen Stewart Been Meeting In Secret?

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart

Is this the glimmer of hope we’ve been waiting for? Because neither Robert Pattinson nor Kristen Stewart ever said anything about breaking up in the aftermath of that Rupert Sander mess, many fans — our own Kate Spencer included — were crossing their fingers and toes that these kids two would work things out. Kristen’s ambiguous “We’re totally fine” statement at Toronto was the first indication that all was not as dire as some suspected. Now we’re hearing reports from two outlets that the Twilight supercouple have been meeting in secret.

A source told People that they met in Los Angeles last weekend and that Rob’s friends “think they’ll be a couple again.” He reportedly has discovered that moving on is “clearly harder than expected.” And two separate sources also told E! Online that Rob and Kristen have been talking and have met in two different locations.

This sounds pretty promising, especially since it’s coming from multiple sources. What do you guys think?

Perks, Breaking Dawn, Les Miz, More: Our Top 10 Fall Movies Picks At A Glance

The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Django Unchained, Les Miserables and Breaking Dawn Part 2 are among the 10 fall movies we're dying to see

Some of us love to pore over every fall movie preview we can get our hands on, reading reviews from Cannes and Toronto, marking our calendars with premiere dates and pre-ordering our tix on Fandango as soon as we can. For others, that sounds way too much like homework. That’s why we made this quick little guide to the top 10 flicks we’re dying to see, with the kind of blurb that won’t tax your short attention spans. And sure, we’re leaving out a whole bunch of Oscar contenders, guilty pleasures and interesting films we’ll eventually watch, but this is a list based on fandom, gut instinct and, yeah, intense crushes. Here they are in (order of premiere date):

The Perks of Being a Wallflower: Logan Lerman will make you cry, you will wish Emma Watson and Ezra Miller were your best friends, and you will go home and hunt down your long-lost mixtapes. In select theaters September 21.

Pitch Perfect: No one does smart-talking like Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson is our new imaginary girlfriend, and we think Elizabeth Banks (who produced) can do no wrong. In theaters September 28.

Alex Cross: We can’t wait to see how Tyler Perry does with someone else’s lines … as a sexy detective, no less. And Matthew Fox’s weightloss is purely fascinating. In theaters October 19.

Skyfall: Daniel Craig is our weakness — and in this James Bond installment, we’ll get to see the skeleton in Q’s closet. Let’s forget Quantum of Solace ever happened. In theaters November 9.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2: We’ve been waiting for four years to see vampire Bella and the X-Men-style throwdown of Cullen clan vs. Volturi. In theaters November 16.

Silver Linings Playbook: Jennifer Lawrence finally gets to have some fun in a movie, opposite Sexiest Man Alive Bradley Cooper, and they’re both playing mentally unstable people in a movie directed by possibly mentally unstable filmmaker David O. Russell. In theaters November 21.

Kristen Stewart Had James Franco Swooning Again In Toronto: Report

Kristen Stewart at an On the Road screening in New York

One look at Kristen Stewart in her stunning hair and makeup, white Balenciaga button-down and harem pants at last night’s screening of On the Road in New York, and we wonder what guy in his right mind hasn’t had thoughts of swooping in on the actress in an attempt to be her rebound. We still don’t know if she and Robert Pattinson have actually broken off their relationship — and we’re not making any pronouncements on that front. We’re just saying that, according to at least one report, there are guys possibly making a move to be her rebound. Guys like James Franco. Maybe.

We know Franco is a huge admirer of Stewart, based on the effusive Snow White and the Huntsman review he wrote for the Huffington Post back in June. Now Radar Online is reporting that his admiration went a little further when the two met in Toronto over the weekend. A source said they talked for 20 minutes, during which James praised Kristen’s work in On the Road.

“She seemed at ease in his company, and he was certainly making her laugh,” the source said. “She was wearing a huge grin on her face. At the end of their chance meeting, James took Kristen’s number and asked her out for dinner. Kristen initially said no, but is mulling over the idea. She knows she has to move on now following her break up with Rob.”

All of this sounds like a huge leap to conclusions based on observing someone else’s conversation. We’re sure we’d be grinning too, if the ever-charming and weird James Franco started complimenting us. That doesn’t automatically mean we’d be planning our future romance together. Anyway, between this meeting and the stories of Kristen’s encounters with Emma Watson and Jennifer Lawrence, it sounds like she was the most popular girl in Toronto last weekend!
