TheFABlife In The Front Row: Fashion really can change your life. Everyone who is anyone was headed over to the Jean Paul Gaultier show, and TheFABlife was lucky to nab a ticket, although it was for standing room only. But that was OK, maybe our feet would hurt a little bit, but to take in JPG’s new collection where he resurrected the Madonna 80s cone bra, showed off silk trench coats, and pink jackets was a dream come true.
We filtered into the venue along with Rihanna, Janet Jackson, Katy Perry, and Catherine Deneuve and took our standing spot, until an usher grabbed us out of the crowd and gave us a no-show Countess’ in the front row! It must have been the maroon crushed velvet Margi Kent dress and Tuleste Market jewels we were wearing! The view from the front row was amazing, sitting right across from Janet and hearing Katy and Rihanna talk fashion across the runway - and France 5 even interviewed us about what we thought of the show.
