Courtenay Semel, best known for seducing Lindsay Lohan long before Sam Ronson and for her Emmy-nominated work* on E!’s Filthy Rich Cattle Drive, has checked into rehab. Semel is the daughter of former Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel and ex-girlfriend of Tila Tequila, and her pops recently cut her off after she assaulted a security guard. In January, she allegedly beat up her current girlfriend, heiress Casey Johnson, and set her hair on fire. Just the kinda sh*t that turns Lindsay on!
Her rep says, “Courtenay has indeed checked into rehab . . . She’s emotionally, physically and mentally exhausted.
