Thanksgiving is all about eating turkey, spending time with loved ones and watching a great football game. However, knowing that some of the hottest NFL stars are also some of the sexiest men on Earth also means that some of us won’t be watching for the game. Our eyes are on something other than the pigskin.
Why won’t Scarlett Johansson be up for a Golden Globe? Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore can officially part ways, and Emma Roberts opens up about American Horror Story: Coven.
When Idris Elba signed on to play Nelson Mandela in the new film Mandela: The Long Walk To Freedom, he not only had to play one of the most recognizable men in history without it seeming like an impression, but he also had to capture the vitality of the man in his youth. Nelson Mandela isn’t just a peace maker or a former rebel. As seen we see in Mandela: The Long Walk To Freedom, he was also a ladies man.
And so, Elba joins a long list of hot actorss like Nicole Kidman, Amanda Seyfried and Ashton Kutcher who have had to either turn down (or turn up) their looks to match the hotness of the historic heroes and legendary celebs they’ve been hired to play.
Ah, Thanksgiving… It’s a time to feast with family, friends and the television show Friends. For whatever reason, the writers of Friends decided to take Thanksgiving and make it the show’s big holiday and we are incredibly thankful to them.
Now some people marathon all the Friends Thanksgiving episodes. Some people need to watch them in order. However, we at VH1 know that you might not have the time for five hours of your favorite Friends. (I mean, there’s also this thing called football happening and some people are actually cooking.) To help you pick and choose, we’re ranking them Thanksgiving buffet style. Which episodes make a good main dish? Which offer a sweet sentimental dessert? And which episode, like Chandler’s traditional non-Thanksgiving Thanksgiving food, is fulfilling for a Friends fan, but not very festive?
Thanksgiving is just one day away, which means there are only a few hours left to plan the perfect holiday dinner. You could spend that time scouring recipes and hitting the grocery store, or you could imagine yourself being surrounded by your favorite celebrities who also happen to know a think or two about basting a bird.

We did, however, plan the most amazing Hanukkah on the planet, featuring the most beautiful and famous Jews on the planet, from Bar Refaeli and Drake to Shia LaBeouf and Scarlett Johansson.
Why did someone name their Thanksgiving turkeys after Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain? Does Jennifer Love Hewitt have a baby and a husband? Is Oldboy the new Wicker Man?
Sandra Bullock says she’s not perfect, Frankie Muniz has a health scare, and James Franco opens up about his role in a film written by Sylvester Stallone.
Adam Pally is emerging as one of the most consistently funny people on TV. He was brilliant as the venomously snarky and constantly unemployed Max on Happy Endings (R.I.P.) and is killing it as bro-doc Peter Prentice on The Mindy Project. He’s also a longtime friend, after we met doing improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in NYC back when people had to text on flip phones. That’s why I feel pretty comfortable asking him about his farts.
