It’s “Awwws” to the walls up in here, as Alicia Keys has revealed that her little 2-year-old bundle Egypt Dean has a crush on Beyonce and Jay-Z’s daughter, fellow celeb power-couple offspring Blue Ivy Carter!
Ahh, the joys and wonders of being a first-time parent: The adorable way the baby holds tight to your finger, the precious laughs and smiles, and of course, the fussing, the crying, and the pooping! Channing Tatum has just a few more months until he and wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum’s welcome their bundle of joy this summer, and although he has prepped himself with the best baby books a first-time dad can have, there’s one thing this Magic Mike star is worried about: diaper duty.
Get ready world, because the Brangelina army might be growing even larger. Star Magazine is reporting that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are expecting their 7th (!) child. A few more and they’ll have enough for their own softball team! Angie gave birth to twins Knox and Vivienne in July 2008, and eldest Shiloh was born way back in May 2006. Considering the fact that they’ve also adopted three children, it’s safe to assume that these superstars are really in to the whole parenting thing.
“Angelina has been talking about having another child for years now,” a source tells Star. “But Brad kept putting his foot down because of their intense schedules and chaotic lifestyle.” Well now she’s apparently pregnant, so Brad must either have had a change of heart, or a really poor grasp on biology. ”She had morning sickness and didn’t want to draw attention to herself in public,” the insider continued. “She’s focusing on the other children right now, trying to prepare them for the new baby.” In (questionable) fact, she intensely believes that the new bundle will be born a boy. ”Shiloh has even determined that the baby’s name must be John,” they offer in weirdly specific detail.
In the December 2011 issue of Marie Claire, Angelina did hint that another pregnancy might not be far off. ”Nothing is planned at the moment, but we just don’t know. I could end up pregnant.” But somehow we’re going to need more than Angelina just keeping a low profile to fully believe this story…for now.

Congrats to Shakira and her soccer star boyfriend Gerard Pique — because we assume they wouldn’t trick us twice on this. “We are happy to announce the birth of Milan Piqué Mebarak, son of Shakira Mebarak and Gerard Piqué, born January 22nd at 9:36pm, in Barcelona, Spain,” reads a note on Shakira’s website, adding that mother and baby are in excellent health. While we immediately thought back to all the other celebrity babies named after famous places (hello, Brooklyn and Tennessee), the new parents have a different explanation for Milan: “The name Milan (pronounced MEE-lahn), means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification.”
Thankfully, they follow that bit up with a more lighthearted statement about the new arrival: “Just like his father, baby Milan became a member of FC Barcelona at birth.” We just wonder what the players for AC Milan think of this? (Oof, our sports jokes never work!)

Is Jeremy Renner having a baby with his ex-girlfriend? If so, Tom Brady, Hugh Grant, Jude Law and probably 50,000 other celebs completely understand what he’s going through. According to Us Weekly, the Bourne Identity star was overheard at a Golden Globes afterparty telling Eva Longoria about the pregnancy. Allegedly Renner “was saying, ‘I’m going to fly in when her water break,’” to which Eva replied, ‘I’m so blown away,” thus confirming our belief that Eva Longoria does not actually know where babies come from.
The magazine also claimed that Jeremy and his ex “used to date but it wasn’t serious,” which seems to suggest it isn’t Renner’s most recent ex Jess Macallan, from whom he split in 2010 after four years of dating, who is carrying his child. Which is great, because Renner pretty much burned that proverbial bridge when he badmouthed her to The Hollywood Reporter last year. “That was part of the issue,” he explained in April 2012. ““I was going through the Hurt Locker campaign and she’s like, ‘Where do I get headshots?’” Getting your ex pregnant is one thing. Getting your ex who you trash-talked in public pregnant is quite another. Tom, Hugh and Jude do not feel your pain on that one. Actually, Jude Law might, but do you really want to commiserate with that guy?

Take this rumor with about a million grains of salt, since it comes from The Sun: Supposedly Jay-Z and Beyonce dropped obscene amounts of cash on Blue Ivy Carter’s birthday — amounts that make even B.I.C. worshippers like us raise our eyebrows. Among the expenses: an $80,000 diamond encrusted Barbie doll (that sounds like a choking hazard!); $96,000 on party decorations and a $2,500 cake.
The part of this story that really grabs our attention, though, is how much the supercouple reportedly spent on the guests at the party. Around $32,000 went to “jewelry sets, princess costumes and playhouses” for Blue’s young friends (er, do 1-year-olds actually have friends yet? And the parents of these friends got gift bags that included concert tickets and personalized gold pens. That sounds rather risky to us: Now every parent in the city is going to be strategically walking their strollers around Tribeca, figuring out where Blue is going to go to preschool and where she has her play dates, in the hopes that their children can one day strike up this very profitable friendship.
Well, now we understand even more why Bey’s Tumblr photos of her daughter don’t show her face. Not that you can expect her anonymity to last. (Hi, Paris Jackson!) In the meantime, if the back of your baby’s head looks remotely like Blue’s and you walk around Tribeca, expect to find yourself very popular all of a sudden.

Is it the end of the road for Kim Kardashian’s reality TV show career? Of course not, “momager” Kris Jenner would never let that happen, but it sounds like Kim’s baby daddy Kanye West is trying hard to make that a reality. Although he’s relatively tolerant of the famous family’s camera-friendly outlook on life, an insider close to the couple tell Hollywood Life that it’s not the life he wants for his child.
“I know deep down, [Kanye] isn’t trying to pimp out his baby like that,” the source says, creating a truly disturbing image in the process. “He and Kim got way more than enough money to take care of 100 kids if they want to have that many. But he know that when it comes to Kim and her family, especially that mother of hers, it’s all business and that show is how they make their money. So he juggling all this [stuff] in his head right now, but he ain’t all hyped about it yet because [the filming] hasn’t gone down yet.”
The friend goes on to remind us that Yeezy is a dude who does his own thing, regardless of what other people might think. ”Kanye is a man who acts on his own! People need to remember that.” This is not exactly news to most of us. Remember the whole Taylor Swift VMAs thing? Or that Katrina telethon? Or…pretty much his entire career?
Evan Rachel Wood is having a baby…and it’s not Marilyn Manson’s! Sorry, when we first heard the news we regressed to a few years ago when Wood was engaged to the shock rocker, and the thought of his spawn caused us to have flashbacks to Rosemary’s Baby. But then we remembered that the 25-year-old actress married Jamie Bell in October, and we chilled out a bit. And now the couple are having their first child together! Yay! And it’s not Manson’s. Double yay!
“Evan Rachel Wood and husband Jamie Bell confirmed that they are expecting their first child later this year,” a rep for the pair told Us Weekly. ”The couple is thrilled.” This is not the first baby news for the newlyweds, who met on the set of Green Day’s “Wake Me Up When September Ends” back in 2005. Rumors were floating around that they were expecting soon after their wedding, but Evan (or is it Evan Rachel?) shot down the reports soon after. ”Sorry to disappoint. From the start, we’ve been skeptical about the pairing of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West — would her reality-TV personality spoil his artsy ambitions? — but today comes a good sign that ‘Ye may actually be a great influence on his girlfriend. According to TMZ, Kardashian — who made mountains of cash selling her wedding to E! and People — and her baby daddy have refused a $3 million deal from an overseas tabloid for the first pics of Babye.
Now, if you still want to be cynical, you could suspect that they’re holding out for an even bigger deal, but TMZ’s sources say they’re not planning to sell the pics at all. That’s right in line with earlier stories that they don’t plan to make the kid a TV star either. Shocking, right? Could it be that Kimye are taking a parenting tip from BFFs Jay-Z and Beyonce, who have done a frustratingly good job at keeping coverage of Blue Ivy to a bare minimum? (BTW, happy birthday, BIC!) Hmmm, something tells us that they won’t go that far — some habits are hard to break.
