Jessica Simpson is pregnant again, according to a source

Jessica Simpson is pregnant again, according to an unnamed source who revealed the news exclusively to Us Weekly. The singer/designer/TV host’s rep, on the other hand, is completely mum on the news. So should we believe that she’s expecting, just under seven months after giving birth to Maxwell Drew? Given how secretive JSimps was about her first pregnancy, not saying a thing even long after her bump was visible, she could be. But we also think it’s really crappy of someone else to leak this story to the world (probably for some good cash), before Jessica and fiance Eric Johnson were ready to do so.

First of all, we suspect the pregnancy was a surprise to them. A little medical background (if you don’t like knowing how women’s bodies work do not read this paragraph): Maxwell was born in May. If Jessica waited the customary 12 weeks to tell her family of the good news, she conceived this new kid just three months after giving birth. Most doctors actually recommend waiting a year before having another child, to allow your body to recover. But if Jessica was breastfeeding baby Maxwell, her chances of conceiving were super low — though not unheard of — and it’s really hard to tell whether or not you’re pregnant right after having a baby, because your cycle is all out of whack. Based on all of this knowledge, we understand why the new parents would want to reveal the sensitive news on their own timeline.

Elizabeth Banks and husband Max Handelman welcomed their second son this week

Congrats to Elizabeth Banks and husband Max Handelman, who just welcomed their second son, Magnus Mitchell Handelman, via gestational surrogate. “Magnus joins older brother Felix, thus commencing a decade or more of close hand to hand combat,” Banks wrote on her blog, announcing the news. Is it us, or do those sound like names straight out of Panem? Now we’re dying to see the boys dressed up as Capitol citizens. But we’re also glad that they’re not actually being raised by Effie Trinket, who would probably freak with two toddlers in her house.

BTW, as celebrity bloggers, we kind of love the element of surprise when there’s a surrogate involved. We had no idea Elizabeth was juggling the stresses of expecting a baby with producing and starring in Pitch Perfect, filming The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, campaigning for President Obama’s reelection, running her awesome blog and I’m sure a million other creative endeavors. She explained why she and her husband had to turn to a surrogate in an interview with Lucky last year. “It was a womb issue for me. Embryos wouldn’t implant,” she told the magazine. Read more…

Adele is a mom, Adele is a mom, Adele is a mom! We’re so excited for her as you can tell! Ever since she announced the news via her website, we’ve been waiting for the future superstar to make his arrival. The update read, “Im delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we’re over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx.” Ours always Adele … that makes us so chuffed! The singer and her beau, Simon Konecki are parents to a baby boy, who made his entry into the world this weekend, reports People, which means she gets to cradle something other than her many Grammy Awards. A source let in on the news saying, ““We are all over the moon.” This is Adele’s first child, but Simon’s second as he already has a five-year-old daughter with ex-wife Clary Fisher. So now we basically want to know everything — vital stats, name, pictures, when he’s going to begin singing lessons etc. C’mon Adele … give us a name and tweet a picture while you’re at it! Congratulations to the parents.

Is it just us or does everyone think that Uma Thurman would be a totally kickass mom? Yes, we know that’s reel and real life getting their wires crossed, but can’t help it! We were so happy for Uma when she gave birth to her third child — a daughter — three months ago. The actress already has two children with ex-husband, Ethan Hawke, named Maya (13) and Levon (10.) Baby no. three is with fiancee, Arpad Busson, and came as an absolute surprise, apparently, as US Weekly then reported that, “Uma was definitely not planning on having another kid. It was a surprise, but she’s over the moon about it, very excited.” Uma is also step-mom to Arpads’s two kids with his famous ex, supermodel, Elle MacPherson. Talk about cross-pollination, Hollywood style! Anywhoo, it’s been three months and we haven’t heard any updates about their new baby girl and we’ve been curious about her name. Let’s just say that the wait has been worth it. Really, really worth it. Their daughter’s full, badass name is … take a deep breath … Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson. This isn’t a joke. That’s really her name, as confirmed by Uma’s spokesperson who has said, “I would like to announce Uma and Arki’s daughter’s name for the first time officially:, better known to family and friends as Luna. Each name has a special reason and meaning to her mother and father.” We’re just going to say it: there’s no way in hell any of the parents or their kid is going to remember that. Oh, you’re good, Megan Fox. You were cagey about your wedding, cagey about your pregnancy, and now finally you’re cagey about your newborn infant with Brian Austin Green. So cagey, in fact, that we are only just now finding out that you squeezed out son Noah Shannon back on September 27. “We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home,” the actress posted to Facebook today. “He is healthy, happy, and perfect.” How could we have had no idea there was a Fox-Green in the world until now? Why didn’t our Megan Fox Secret Pregnancy Phone ring? Why did we pay to have that installed if it’s not actually going to let us know when she had a baby? Someone get Time Warner on the phone immediately.

Not that we needed round-the-clock womb news, but you know how we do. Between Adele, Beyonce, Jessica Simpson and you, we are getting way less pregnancy and baby arrival news then we’re used to. Speaking of which…oh man, when is Adele’s baby due? “We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love,” Megan continued. “Thanks to those of you who wish to send your positive energy and well wishes. May God bless you and your families abundantly.” Well, we guess we can’t be enraged when you’re writing sonnets about your baby boy. We’re just saying…when we have a kid, we’re going to put it in sky writing over the city.

Vanessa Minnillo Tweets First Picture Of Her Adorable Baby Boy

Isn’t this the most awesome way to start a morning? Call us suckers for baby pictures, because we totally and unabashedly are. Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey had their baby boy a little over two weeks ago and their statement, given right after his birth, read, ”We are incredibly proud to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy, Camden John Lachey. Born today at 6:54 p.m., he came into this world at 8 lbs., 9 oz. and 21 inches. Love has truly been redefined for both of us.” So happy for the couple, but our first thought was — pictures, please? Ever since Vanessa showed off her baby bump on Twitter, we’ve been hankering to see some more shots, and now the wait is over. Vanessa tweeted this awesome snap of their newborn with a message that read, “NickSLachey and I are honored and humbled to introduce you to the new Love of our lives, Camden John Lachey.” This is the first picture the world has seen of little Camden, and it’s a super one. Look at that full head of hair! Now we’re going to feel all gooey for the rest of the day now, so, good on you guys.

Drew Barrymore is officially a mom! The 37-year-old actress has given birth to her first child with husband Will Kopelman. The big moment actually came last Wednesday, but the couple’s rep confirmed the news today. “We are proud to announce the birth of our daughter, Olive Barrymore Kopelman,” says the statement to People. “Born September 26th, healthy, happy and welcomed by the whole family.Thank you for respecting our privacy during this most special time in our lives.” Congrats on the baby, and for keeping it quiet so long, you guys! And big props on picking the name Olive. A shout-out to Drew’s role in the holiday special Olive The Other Reindeer, perhaps? Or maybe she just really loves the Olive Garden (BREADSTICKS, ya’ll!).

The happy parents were married on June 2nd of this year at Drew’s home in Montecito California, and since then we’ve watched Drew’s baby bump grow. Will there be a sibling for little Olive in the near future? Maybe! “We’ll start with one,” she said during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno soon after her marriage. “See how it goes and if we could be so blessed…that would be wonderful.” But the real question is: Will Tom Green be the godfather? We’ll go with “no” on that one.

Make room for Camden and Lorenzo! Proud mommas Snooki and Kristin Cavallari have never been camera shy and it looks like their little ones are following in their footsteps, whether they want to or not. The two reality-TV stars are joining the ranks of other adorable twitpic-posting celeb moms Hillary Duff, Alisan Porter and Lily Aldridge. Kristin recently tweeted a pic of adorable son Camden Jack, who was born on August 8 and is already rocking his Chicago Bears gear in support of dad, quarterback Jay Cutler. Snooki is also blowing up Twitter with pics of son Lorenzo, who was born August 26! Who would have ever pictured these two MTV fixtures playing the mommy role so well? We love to see them doting over their precious babies! Vanessa Lachey also tweeted pic of son Camden John and hubby Nick Lachey. BTW, Kristin and Vanessa have similar taste in baby names and men — in case you don’t remember, Cavalleri was at one time romantically linked to Lachey after his divorce from Jessica Simpson … who also regularly tweets pics of daughter Maxwell! Reese Witherspoon Gives Birth To New Son Tennessee James

Reese Witherspoon became a mom for the third time today, welcoming baby boy Tennessee James Toth into the world early this morning! The little bundle is her first child with new husband Jim Toth, who she married in March 2011. Daughter Ava and son Deacon are from her prior marriage with Ryan Phillippe. Interestingly, the Oscar-winning actress never technically confirmed that she was “expecting,” despite flaunting her bump all over the world, most notably at the Cannes Film Festival in May. OK, she did tell reporters in June that she’s “Feeling very round.” We guess she trusted us to put two and two together.

But she was less coy wit the actual birth, and her rep issued an official statement to People magazine today. “Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today,” the it says.”Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled.” A source told People back in March that Reese had been planning to add a new face to her growing brood for a long time. “Right after the wedding, Reese expressed a desire to have a baby with Jim,” the insider said. “Reese has been very open with her kids about her plans to expand the family.” We’re expecting some seriously adorable baby twitpix of James, Reese. Don’t let us down!

Sarah Michelle Geller and husband Freddie Prinze Jr. are parents again! A spokesperson from Gellar’s camp told Access Hollywood yesterday, “Sarah Michelle and Freddie Prinze, Jr. are thrilled to announce that they welcomed a baby son into the world this past week. Mother and baby are doing great.” Sarah already had a daughter, Charlotte Grace, who just turned three and is, “very excited to be a big sister.” We can’t wait to say hi to the little Prinze Junior Jr and while he don’t have his name yet, we’re sure they’re going to pick something as charming and classic as their daughter’s. A source revealed Sarah’s pregnancy to People, back in April, saying, “She and Freddie are thrilled. They love their little girl more than anything and know that love will only multiple. She is such a fantastic mom; it is just great news.” Sarah and Freddie have been married for a decade and we really do hope they go the distance — they’re so normal and loving and low-key! We’re sending the biggest congratulations to the whole family. Pictures soon, please. We want to see Charlotte Grace give her baby brother a cuddle!
