Twice as many babies! All the babies! Well, maybe not all of them, but today’s news definitely has more than we’d expected. Probably feeling the exact same way (or so we’d assume) is True Blood stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, who, two months after announcing their pregnancy, revealed that they’re expecting twins this fall. Also doubling up on baby news is Kings of Leon: drummer Nathan Followill, piggybacking on the arrival of brother and bandmate Caleb‘s brand-new daughter Dixie Pearl last week, announced his wife Jessie Baylin‘s pregnancy on Twitter. “I’m beyond excited/anxious. Life is beautiful,” Nathan tweeted ecstatically.

And since double babies seems to be a theme today (just as it should be a theme everyday), look at Matthew McConaughey‘s kids. Look at them. Scurrying around mom Camila Alves McConaughey‘s legs like little ducklings, Lexi and Vida McConaughey walked to their home in Tribeca today. It’s probably too much to hope that the McConaugheys could lead the Kings of Leon kids in some kind of adorable toddler bongo circle, but we refuse to give up hope. Anything’s possible…in our dreams! Everyone else dreams about celebrity baby bands, right? Alright, alright.

We’ve been fawning over Jessica Simpson‘s baby daughter Maxwell Drew ever since she was born two and a half months ago. We got our first proper look at her when Jessica posed with her for People at the end of May, and it was super adorable because the baby girl was fast asleep. A superstar at a month old already! She doesn’t even have to be awake to look stylin’. Anywho, the last look we got at Mamma Simpson was just two days ago, when she tweeted a a rather TMI photograph of her massive post-partum cleavage. But that’s Jessica’s style, innit? Today’s dose is a lot more wholesome, we promise. The singer posted the cutest picture ever of her daughter, simply tweeting, “Howdy friends.” The photographs features a close-up of Drew — you can see it on the left in the picture above — staring straight at the camera with her big eyes. We love her little rosebud pout and those plump cheeks. J.Simp did real good!

It’s models having models up in here! But first, baby news from the woman we model our life after (that’s a good segue, right?)(But seriously, the woman is married to Chris Pratt. Chris. Pratt.) Anna Faris. “He’s doing great!” the Dictator actress gushed at the Samsung Galaxy S III launch yesterday, letting slip that she’s expecting a boy. “We’re growing every day!” The actress and her Parks and Rec star husband are expecting their son in the fall, which means we have over two months to find a spouse…get pregnant…uh, star in several Scary Movie sequels…and meet Sacha Baron-Cohen to catch up with her. Wow, we have not been using our free time wisely at all, have we?

Now to the actual get-paid-to-be-hot model moms: 30 Rock star James Marsden is allegedly expecting a child with model Rose Costa; Marsden has two other children with ex-wife Lisa Linde, from whom he split in October after 11 years of marriage. Marsden and Costa are no longer together, but what better than an adorable baby to bind to insanely attractive people together forever? Meanwhile, Kings of Leon singer Caleb Followill and Victoria Secret model spouse Lily Aldridge welcomed their undoubtedly gorgeous daughter Dixie Pearl yesterday morning in Nashville. No, seriously. Look at this couple and imagine their offspring. There can be no doubt:

We have babies on the brain, considering we just wrote about Molly Sims giving birth to a baby boy. We just got a closer look at January Jones‘ baby boy, Xander, for the first time, and pretty much melted. We admit, this is the first real look we’ve had at him because J.J. makes sure to obscure his face in some way. And we now understand why. Because that face is so damn cute, it should be a crime! These shots were taken just as January exited a doctor’s office in Santa Monica yesterday.

Apart from the bundle of baby joy that is Xander, we’re also tripping about his mom’s new hair! Bye-bye icy blond, hello hot redhead? Or best of both worlds, because January has gone strawberry blond. Perhaps she took her cues from castmate and now-fellow redhead, Christina Hendricks? She also appears to have gotten extensions because her hair is considerably longer than what length it was just a week ago. Is this for a movie role, or just because she needed to shake things up? Congratulations, Molly Sims! The beautiful supermodel actress gave birth to a baby boy yesterday, making Sims and and her hubby, producer, Scott Stuber first time parents. We don’t have a name just yet, but we do know he weighed in just over 7lbs. The couple got married just last year in September. Molly opened up last month about how nervous she was about giving birth, saying, “We did our first birthing class the other day. I swear to god I thought he was going to faint!” Nerves notwithstanding, they had already prepared the nursery for their son, which she described as, “… kind of bohemian, modern chic. We have made it so cool. I’m so happy. It’s my favorite room!” Now that baby boy’s finally here, a source has said, “They both couldn’t be happier.” Of course they couldn’t! Baby news is like, the best news ever! Now, what’s going to happen is that we’re going to see Molly shrink back into supermodel shape like it’s the easiest thing in the world. Just watch, she’ll be back on red carpets looking as svelte as she did, before getting pregnant. In not more than a month, we may add. Because that’s just how supermodels roll! Mazel Tov, guys! When do we get to see a picture? And when do we get to hear of the name?

Celebrity Twitter Updates: Hilary Duff Looks Wholesome, Kelly Osbourne … Not So Much!

A TwitPic says a thousand words. We couldn’t help but make gurgling sounds when we saw that photograph of Hilary Duff and baby Luca on the right, in which he’s having a bit of an adorable snit. Hilary tweeted an explanation, saying, “I sent my dad this pic and he said ‘luca told me to tell u, u made his oatmeal lumpy’ lol he is cute when he’s mad!” We’ve seen a couple of photographs of Luca before on Twitter and he’s one cutie, even when he’s about to bawl. The mommy-baby peek is as wholesome as that lumpy oatmeal his daddy made him.

On the left we have Miss Kelly Osbourne, who isn’t looking as wholesome as her celebrity compadres. She tweeted this bedraggled photograph just a few hours ago, writing, “Just found my favorite pj’s! Got to be up at 5am for fashionpolice thank god for my jet lag & comfy bed night night.” We don’t care that she looks messy — the girl is about to go to bed. We do think those PJs are really cute, too. What we can’t understand is where Kelly’s body actually is? The girl is rapidly disappearing before our eyes. She looks super skinny here. Is it the angle, or has Kelly really lost that much weight? We’re not sure we like this!

Knowing that her first offspring got an unusual moniker, we’ve been waiting with baited breath to see if Alyson Hannigan‘s second-born would rake in a similarly odd and/or awesome name. We knew she’d come through. Hannigan and husband Alexis Denisof welcomed their second daughter Keeva Jane Denisof on Wednesday, May 23. “They are all doing well,” their rep told People. Little Keeva Jane joins 3-year-old sis Satyana in the ever-increasing pool of child who will never, ever, ever find a magnet or a keychain with their name on it at Disney World. Not ever.

The How I Met Your Mother actress announced her pregnancy back in December, and we’re glad she used her second and third trimesters wisely. Wisely looking through baby name books, that is. Maybe Alyson and Alexis only waited until now to announce the baby’s arrival because they’ve been locked in a death match over which vaguely action hero-ish name to give her? We wouldn’t be surprised. The only downside to such unusual baby names? if we name our kids Satyana and Keeva, it’s going to be so obvious how much we love Alyson Hannigan, including her work in American Reunion. Oh lord, we didn’t mean to type that! Um…uh…we hated that movie! It was so sophomoric and…gah…forget we said anything! Look at this photo Alyson posted to Instagram of her baby girl’s hand instead!

Of course we love watching Beyonce cart around a Blue Ivy Carter bundle everywhere she goes, but there is something particularly heart-melting about seeing Jay-Z snuggle with his baby on the streets of Paris. We are literally in the process of stifling an audible squee right now. If we had to pinpoint the exact ovary-exploding element of the photos, however, we’d say it’s that teeny little hand grabbing what could only be a $10,000 leather jacket; that’s why we love this daddo-daughter moment. And we didn’t even factor in those little feet! Look at them! You’d have to be made out of stone not to want to eat those feet!

Not literally, of course. You have to have some restraint. As for why Bey and Jay were escorting their baby around the City of Love, it turns out the Carters arrived in Paris this weekend for Jay-Z’s Watch The Throne concert with Kanye, during which the dynamic duo performed their hit “N—-s In Paris” 11 times in a row. Man, Jay gets to be an ostentatious rock star and then go home to Bey and their tiny blanket baby? We’ll confess: we’re sort of jealous. We’ll also confess something else: we are totally going to eat those adorable infant feet. For real. Both of them.

After our obsession over what seemed the forever long pregnancy of Jessica Simpson, the first photos of baby Maxwell Drew are in this week’s issue of People! And sleeping beauty (the baby’s literally sleeping on the cover) is an adorable princess whose full cheeks are to die for. Baby Maxwell is so precious her mom was alleged paid $800,000 for her first baby pics. How’s that for being a celeb’s kid. Jessica Simpson and fiance Eric Johnson welcomed their first child into the world on May 1 weighing 9 lbs, 13 oz. We instantly pondered if she’d look like her blonde girl-next-door mom, or her dark haired football playing daddy. It’s too early to tell but we think she is the cutest thing ever. Read more…

Snooki Is Having A Boy, Swears Off Hard Partying For Good

Snooki told In Touch that she and Jionni are expecting a boy

Snooki and fiance Jionni LaValle are expecting a boy in September, she says in ~~a story she sold to~~ the new issue of In Touch magazine. We are kind of disappointed that we won’t immediately get to see the kind of animal print minidresses she’d put a daughter in, and it sounds like the 24-year-old Jersey Shore star is too. “I thought it was going to be a girl. I was hoping it would be, because all girls want girls,” she admits, before adding, “It’s still my baby, no matter what. I’m excited either way!”

In the story, she also reveals the typical pregnancy woes: “Our sex life is hardly there! I just feel too icky and gross.” Also, her cravings include “anything cold and juicy, like Italian ices.” (Uh-oh, we can hear the Italian ice lobby complain of being poorly represented already.) And In Touch must have given Snooki a sweet deal, because she also told them which names they’re considering, Lorenzo or Jionni Jr.

The surprising bit of this article? This statement: “I’m not going to party hard anymore, even after the baby is born.” There goes all of our TV fun.
