Michael Jackson would have been 54 today, and rather than think about how sad it is that he’s not around to celebrate with his fans or his kids, we’re going to look back at one way he’s still affecting us, to this very day: his iconic fashion. We may not all be walking around in $20,000 crystal-encrusted jackets like mega-MJ fan Tracy Morgan — nor are we sporting just one glove these days — but we’re impacted by his signature style in more subtle ways. Sequined and mirrored tops are making their way into everyday clothing this fall. Military-style jackets hit the runways a few years ago and are still prevalent on the street. Tight-fitting leather apparel is hot. And men’s pants have inched up their ankles for the past year — though no one’s brave enough to show off white socks and loafers with those short pants yet. Here are a few examples of MJ styles we’re still loving today.

Sometimes we forget Demi Lovato is still just a little college-sophomore-aged baby. She’s been through more than your average 40 year old! Either way, we want to wish the “Skyscraper” singer Happy Birthday as she turns 20 today. What were we doing when we were 20? Oh, yeah! We got that job judging The X Factor and filmed that documentary and…oh wait, no. Those are all still Demi. The girl has had a solid year to say the least, but we wanted to present a delicious snack platter of five Lovato highlights for her 20th. Note: we had to narrow it down to five. If we didn’t, we’d have to include everyday Demi happened to catch a glimpse of her hair in the mirror.
Jennifer Lawrence is turning 22 today, and we couldn’t be more proud of the “girl on fire.” Some of us fell in love with her back when she did Winter’s Bone, others jumped in with The Hunger Games, but regardless of when our fandom began, we haven’t been able to get enough of her. We watched teary-eyed and cheered her on as she protected her family, stepped in for Primrose, shot an arrow through an apple, devoted herself to Peeta and emerged a victor. Are we the only ones that pretend we’re Katniss Everdeen in the midst of the Games when we need to run those last few dreaded minutes on the treadmill? It definitely helped when we found out that she really trains that hard (sans arrows) off-set too.
Sure, we’ve heard rumblings that archery’s becoming more popular in recent months, but one HG trend that’s much more visible in everyday life is that signature Katniss braid. That’s why we decided to focus on her hair for this birthday celebration. Jennifer’s always keeping it fresh with her hair color and styling — with or without Cinna’s help. From her days as a spunky teenageron TBS’ The Bill Engvall Show to her ass-kicking times in X-Men, she’s always shocking us with her new looks, and we’re always looking forward to what she’s going to come out with next.

It’s no secret that birthday girl Mila Kunis is one of Hollywood’s hottest celebs. As evidenced by her July Interview spread, the 29-year-old seems to be getting even more gorgeous with each passing year. We’ve previously discussed how her perfectly shaped and bold eyebrows may totally be putting Mila on a whole new level of beauty, but this girl seems to be pretty much working everything she’s got. She is striking in an unconventional way that makes us ever so intrigued about what’s going on behind her large, dark eyes. She is mysterious while simultaneously being the girl-next-door … well, if you live near extremely attractive people.
OK, so clearly we have a girl crush on Mila but please tell us how it is possible not to. Not only is she one stunning lady but she radiates a refreshing confidence that is hard not to admire. Starring in successful movies like Ted, Black Swan, Friends With Benefits and The Book of Eli, Mila has demonstrated a unique amount of depth in her acting, talent that may just be the cause for her unflinching self-assurance. Not only can she completely transform into a manipulative ballerina in Black Swan but she also has a knack for comedy, apparent from her long-term involvement in shows like That ’70s Show and Family Guy.
While we might still have mixed feelings regarding Kunis’ recent romance with Ashton Kutcher, we definitely are not confused about how we feel about Mila. This girl is a winner. So without further ado, take a look at 29 of her hottest looks to celebrate the day this wonderous woman was born.

Much to our disbelief, Halle Berry is turning 46 today. If we had one wish in this life, we’d probably wish to age as gracefully as she has (after wishing for world peace, of course). Halle has been gracing us with her presence onscreen and on the red carpet since 1989, and we’re pretty sure that she looks just a beautiful now as she did then. Halle started out on Living Dolls but her real breakthrough role was in Spike Lee‘s Jungle Fever. Fast forward to 2000, and Berry was in blockbuster territory, donning a white wig to transform into the comic-book hero Storm in X-Men. She found her niche in the action movie scene and took on the role as James Bond’s feisty sidekick Jinx in Die Another Day. She really turned heads as soon as she stepped out in that amazing orange bikini! From there on out Berry was everywhere, including on the Oscars stage, accepting the Best Actress award for her roll in Monster’s Ball. In more recent news, we learned that Halle will be appearing with a different kind of monster, on an upcoming episode of Sesame Street. She will appear in a segment with Elmo, explaining the word “nibble.” Not quite sure what to expect with that, but we might actually tune in. We’re also really looking forward to seeing her performance in Cloud Atlas, which will be in theaters this October.
Halle Berry has become a household name with her talent and undeniable beauty. So for her 46th birthday, we’re celebrating how stunning she’s always been and has become over the years.

Age seems to suit Sandra Bullock quit well. As she celebrates her 48th birthday today, her life appears as exciting and happy as ever. Not only does she have an impressive acting career, but her body is hotter than most 20-year-old’s. (Seriously, check out her flat tummy and sculpted arms). Most important, she rings in her 48th b-day in the good company of her adorable son, Louis, whom she adopted in January 2010. We gotta say, things have been really shaping up for Sandra Bullock.
As one of the richest female celebrities in the world, Sandra has left quite a mark. She first grabbed our attention with notable roles in Speed and While You Were Sleeping. Taking home the 2010 Academy Award for Best Actress, for her entertaining and poignant acting job playing Leigh Anne Tuohy in The Blind Side, Bullock continually proves that she is here to stay. While her ambition and funny girl attitude has evidently earned her respect and praise in the film industry, Sandra’s career hasn’t been all rainbows and butterflies. Rather, she did warm up her Oscar speech with an acceptance of a worst-actress Razzie for her part in the Rom-Com disaster All About Steve. Her involvement in movies like The Lake House, Premonition, and Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous also did not receive the best criticism. (Let’s be honest: We were totally into her makeover in Miss Congeniality, but it was oh so unnecessary to create a sequel). Her personal life has similarly encountered a few bumps. Bullock’s marriage to motorcycle builder gone reality-TV star Jesse James certainly did not end as a fairytale romance. After being cheated on and dealing with a messy divorce, Bullock hit a depressing low, saying, “I was perfectly content to be permanently broken.” Thankfully, Sandra has gotten back on the horse, and we are pretty sure she is in a more “awesome” place than Jesse James.
In celebration of her 48th birthday, we have put together a selection of some of Sandy’s most winning moments over the years. Let’s not forget that long before Louis became the main man of her life, Sandra was linked to hotties like Ryan Gosling, Tate Donovan and Matthew McConaughey. Get it, girl! Take a look at her most amusing and striking images. We hope that as Sandra gets older, she continues to keep it just as real.

After we published that mega brights gallery with Beyonce, Willow Smith and gang, we’ve had the on-trend colors of yellow and orange on our minds. It’s a little hard not to, considering we’re seeing them everywhere. A definitive example would be the throw-down that happened last night. Okay, it’s not a throw-down, but we’d like to call it one. Kylie Minogue and Jennifer Lopez both wore bright orange sheaths at different occasions to very diverse ends. Kylie wore a short-sleeved version, as you can see on the right, to the “Warhol-Mauro” private viewing at the Halcyon gallery in Bond street, London, yesterday. She ended up making the outfit look unbelievably elegant with bronze heels, a large white clutch, sexy wavy hair and nude makeup. Five stars to Ms. Minogue for taking such a juicy color and transforming it into one of the most chic ensembles we’ve seen in a while on her. On anyone for a while, for that matter!
On the other corner, we have Jennifer Lopez who celebrated her birthday on something called the “Utopia III” super-yacht that was decked out in preparation of the festivities at Chelsea Pier. J.Lo got decked up, as well, of course. She picked a long-sleeved version of the orange sheath, similar to the one worn by Kylie, and paired it with matching stilettos and a leopard-print clutch. And to make it even sexier, the back was completely bare, as you can see on the extreme right. Muy caliente, Ms. Lopez! So we have one look that was streamlined and as cool as can be, and one that was sizzling! But which orange, bodacious look did you prefer?

Jennifer Lopez Makes 43 Look Fly As Ever: Check Out Her 43 Looks Through The Years
Calling all True Blood fans: Today is our girl Anna Paquin‘s 30th birthday! She may not get to celebrate today as her vampire alter-ego, Sookie Stackhouse, but at least she’ll have hot hubby and co-star Stephen Moyer by her side. With twins on the way, we are sure that this glowing mom-to-be is in for a magical day sans booze, of course. We hope Moyer bought his pregnant wife a yummy cake!
In celebration of Anna turning the big 3-0, we’re taking a look back at her evolution through the years. Let’s not forget that long before she joined the vampire universe, the New Zealand native was stealing our hearts at the young age of 11 when she won the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her work in 1993’s The Piano. She has continued to lead an impressive career with franchises like X-Men under her acting belt and never ceases to amaze us with how many different hairdos she can rock. Check out how many looks this leading lady has experimented with and tell us which is your fave!

The glamorous and gorgeous Jennifer Lopez seems to get more beautiful every day and today she turns 43! We first fell in love with the Bronx beauty as a Fly Girl on In Living Color, and now she’s made her mark on the world as an unstoppable power woman (not to mention, mom of two) and international superstar. She gained recognition starring in tons of movies in the late ’90s and early ’00s including Money Train, Out of Sight, The Wedding Planner and Maid in Manhattan. When her second album, J.Lo, came out, it was #1 on the Billboard charts the same exact week that her film, The Wedding Planner led in the box office. This made her the first person to achieve a #1 film and a #1 album in the same week. We are not worthy, Ms. Lopez. Oh, and did we mention that she is still kicking ass? Even though we’re sad to see her leave American Idol, we’re happy to see that she’s taking the time to focus on her music. She’s super busy packing arenas on her world tour with Enrique Iglesias, but then she’s going take a break from her non-stop schedule to premiere her new video for “Goin’ In” featuring Flo Rida on MTV tomorrow at 7:50 p.m. ET.
For her 43rd birthday, we want to take a look back on her through the years. She’s done so much in the time she’s spent in the spotlight and we’re always looking forward to seeing more from her.

Wingardium leviosa! Levitating yet? Wait, let us try it again … wingardium leviosa-ahhh. Still not? Sorry, that’s the best we’ve got, looks like we need to get back to our spell books after this. Annnnywaay. Our favorite wizard is turning 23 today, and we couldn’t be more excited to draw some geeky yet charming lightening bolts on our foreheads. We can’t believe how grown up Mr. Radcliffe has become! It’s hard to believe that the same boy who ran into the wall at Platform 9 3/4 in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone is the same man who gave us a major case of the heebie geebies in The Woman in Black (we still haven’t forgiven you for that). Daniel has climbed his way to the top through eight Harry Potter movies, various other silver screen appearances like his role in December Boys in 2007, and his Broadway roles in Equus and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. No matter how hard we try, we’re still reluctant to picture him without Emma Watson and Rupert Grint by his side. If you’re as nostalgic as we are, we can’t offer you a Time-Turner, but we’ve got a gallery filled with Daniel pics, it’s the next best thing, right? So grab your owl and your wand and enjoy the show!
