Well, that was short and sweet. Christina Milian and The-Dream have called it quits on their marriage.  The pair married in September of last year in a low-key ceremony and welcomed baby girl Violet in February. Apparently though, according to a statement released by The-Dream, the couple had broken up before the baby’s birth.
The statement reads “Terius ‘The Dream’ Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter, Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward.” We like the wording “the marriage was unsuccessful”, it’s like an attempt at surgery or a fallen soufflé. As if to say, this one didn’t work, but  better luck next time!
The-Dream (whose hyphenated name is about as annoying as Ke$ha‘s dollar sign) was spotted recently getting cozy on a beach with his personal assistant, Melissa Santiago just days before he released the statement.
Kelsey Grammer and his wife, Camille, are getting divorced after 13 years of marriage. Citing “irreconcilable differences”, the petition was initiated by her and she’s asking for joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their two children. The former Frasier star Grammer also has two other children, one each by his two ex-wives.
The news may have come to a shock at some, but when we caught up with Kelsey and Camille at the Tonys last month, the tension was thick. As you’ll see in the clip above, the duo seemed to be drifting apart right before our very eyes. Oh well, at least now the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills –which stars Camille, btw — is guaranteed to have some drama!
Let’s see, Betty White is inspired by Sandra Bullock, as is Katherine Heigl, Kathy Griffin, Miley Cyrus, the cast of Jersey Shore, and of course TheFABlife staff, so it’s not a surprise that Elizabeth Edwards, the now ex-wife of former presidential candidate John Edwards, is also getting added to the list.
Unlike the others though, both Elizabeth and Sandy endured the recent devastation and public humiliation of discovering that their husbands were unfaithful, grimy schmucks. During a Today Show interview yesterday Elizabeth, who is battling stage four cancer, told host Matt Lauer how she relates to Sandra’s plea at the MTV Movie Awards for everything to “go back to normal.”
In her first TV interview since her husband of 33 years admitted his sickening antics, she comments about the “incredible” year Sandy has had, saying “yet, the stories you hear are not about all those great successes, but about the failure of her marriage. I thought, that’s not who she is. I don’t know her, but I assume she wants to reclaim who she is in the same way I want to reclaim who I am.”
Waving our Team Elizabeth flags, we think Elizabeth, Sandra and Elin Nordegren should form a gang called “The Tough Cookies.” Stick it to the men, ladies!
Elin Nordegren probably didn’t see this one coming either. Her divorce settlement from Tiger Woods is the largest sum that has ever been awarded in a celebrity divorce. Elin’s getting $750 MILLION from the divorce, with a precept that Tiger can’t bring his various girlfriends near the children as well. The only time he can introduce a woman to his children is if he’s planning to put a ring on it ! Ummm, we think he’s probably not going to re-marry for a while at least. Ladies who are allowed around the kids are married women not romantically linked to Woods and female staff members with whom Elin is familiar.
But there’s a reason why she’s getting such a monumental payout. In return, Elin can never speak about his flings with his 17-or-more ladies out in public. A source revealed, “Elin is desperate to protect the children from the womanizing side of their father. Tiger’s main fear is her telling her story after he’s rebuilt his reputation, sending him back to the gutter.”
Elin’s lawyers have really gone for the kill here, getting her way more than she originally thought she was worth. But is it worth it for Elin if she can never have her say? They’ve literally put a gag order on her for the rest of her life, a friend explained. “Elin’s legal team have done a great job digging up all sorts of assets. The price of the huge sum is her silence: no interviews, tell-all books, or TV appearances about this for the rest of her life – even if Tiger dies first – or she’ll lose the lot.”
Looks like she’s okay to stay mum because all systems are go. The friend added, “Everything’s signed. Elin is ready to file for divorce at Orlando County Court. She expects to in the next seven days.”
Tiger’s making sure he doesn’t lose out on time with the kids. The deal is that Nordegren gets sole physical custody but they will split legal custody, so Nordegren can’t up and leave without consulting Tiger, who will be allowed to see the kids for half of every week. The custody agreement will be negotiable in five years, and the source revealed, “Elin admits that despite everything, Tiger loves his kids and has been a decent dad. She is confident he will not pursue seeing the children that much, due to his work and lifestyle.”
So, that’s that. Tiger was a complete pig, but who knew Elin could be such a shark?

OMG! Michael Douglas‘s ex-wife Diandra Luker is Gordon Gekko! So they met in 1977 and divorced in 2000. And now one decade after the divorce, she’s filed a lawsuit against him because she’s gunning for half the money he made on his new film Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps. Greed never sleeps too. Not one decade after. Not ever, as far as some people are concerned.
Diandra claims she’s entitled to Michael’s dough because her divorce pay-out allegedly states she’s supposed to get half of anything Douglas makes on his movies. And this includes spin-offs (the original Wall Street was made in 1987). So now she’s all ‘what’s yours-is-MINE-b*itch!’ Her lawyer, Nancy Chemtob, stood up for her client, telling Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper, “It’s the same character, the same title, just years later.”
But Douglas’ attorney says no way, stating the film’s a sequel and not a spin-off, so ex-wifey should get bupkis. Okay Diandra – we’re all for paying your dues, but you got about $45 MILLION in your divorce settlement. Lay off and stop being such a mooch.

It’s official: Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are divorced. Despite the reports that Jesse would be moving to Austin to be closer to Sandra and that the pair might actually reconcile, they still chose to dissolve the marriage.
The divorce was finalized in Texas last week, the official reason being “discord or conflict of personalities” but really, we know it’s the Nazi stripper that did it. Now here’s to hoping we can move on once and for all and never have to discuss Jesse James again.

Dennis Rodman needs to cough up some cash on the double. His estranged wife Michelle is on the warpath because her former basketball star/husband is way behind on his child support payments.
According to documents filed in the Orange County Superior Court, cross-dressing Rodman owes a staggering $305,244.67 for his two kids. He was last ordered to pay his wife $ 50,000 per month and an extra $1,083 in spousal support. Michelle claims he’s slumped on the payments but Dennis’ rep says he plans to settle the account soon, and has already recompensed a fair amount.

With the announcement of Heidi Montag‘s legal separation from Spencer Pratt, we here at TheFABlife are mourning not only the deterioration of their one-year marriage, but also the end of an onslaught of cringe-inducing, ridiculously over-staged pictures that captured the most absurd moments of their relationship.
From fondling puppies to frolicking in the ocean, the two The Hills stars gave us a bevy of surgically enhanced Kodak moments that consistently made us want to vomit. Now that the marriage is over, we no longer will open the “Stars: Just Like Us” pages of UsWeekly to find these photos of fantastical fame-whoring; at least not until, if the fake break up rumors are true, they find a television show that will air their surely overdramatic reunion. For now, we will just hold on to these top twenty cheesiest photo-ops of the Speidi romance.
Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry may have hoped for an amicable split, but internet reports suggest custody issues over daughter Nahla are getting in the way. Radar says Halle has plans to take the kid with her on a three-month film shoot in South Africa, with Aubry already frustrated with his limited access to Nahla. “It’s been pretty difficult for Gabriel to see Nahla the last few weeks,” says their source. “He’s really getting sick of it and it’s getting to the point where he is seriously considering his options regarding pursuing permanent custody. He refuses to give up rights to his daughter, he loves her more than anything and is determined to be a regular, full time fixture in her life.”
The pair reportedly tussled earlier this month over the media coverage of their split, with People suggesting Halle dumped Aubry for not “pulling his weight” while other reports claimed the Catwoman star was the one dumped. Though the pair have reportedly worked out a truce (“Basically Halle is going to pay Gabriel to be a kind of full time nanny and to come to South Africa for the three months she’s there, and to be Nahla’s full-time caregiver”), it sounds like neither side is willing to swallow their pride—a successful model like Aubrey won’t settle for nanny status every time. Could this eventually turn into a legal battle? See photos of the family in happier times in the gallery below.
Expect some serious divorce drama! It all started,, apparently very soon after Tiger Wood’s car accident contrary to popular belief. TMZ found out that Elin Nordegren lawyered up less than a month and a half after the incident. She hired a London-based attorney, Walter H White Jr, who emailed his staff on January 12, 2010 writing, “I am writing to advise you that we have been asked by Ms. Nordegren to assist her in better understanding her legal circumstances. The firm has assigned a dedicated team to work closely and confidentially with Elin and Josefin in order to fulfill this mandate.” Elin’s sister, Josefin, works at the law firm.
Now, Tiger’s lawyers have accused Elin’s legal team of leaking information to the press. White Jr sent another email out to his staff on April 19. 2010 warning them, “Recently we have been accused by the other side of leaking information to the press. While we do not believe that anyone in the firm has been responsible for the leaks, we are aware that this is the second time that we have been so accused … ” He went on further to add, “avoid conversations relating to firm activities in public …” Wait for the repercussions because we’re sure there are going to be major ones.
