Ironic: just when Justin Bieber cuts his hair, Snooki goes old school. Though the Jersey Shore star has mostly gone poofless for the last few months, she beast brought it back with a vengeance in New York this morning, sporting a mondo mullet that’s a party in the back and Gary Oldman‘s Dracula wig in the front. Are you feeling her return to tonsorial verticality?

This photograph was obviously taken before Justin Bieber decided to cut his hair, thus altering the fate of the universe. Why exactly are metal pincers in such close proximity to the Biebs head, and his (now-shorn) bangs? Because the folks from Madame Tussauds have come a-callin’ for Justin. And not for just one of their museums. The Biebs is getting wax statutes housed in Tussauds in three cities — New York, Amsterdam and London! How’s that for super stardom?
Justin’s suitably stoked as well, commenting, “I’m honored to to be getting my own wax figures … to be immortalized in wax alongside some of my idols – Michael Jackson, Prince, Beyonce and my mentor, Usher – is incredibly exciting and very cool!” We’ll have to wait till March to wax eloquent about oversized-candle Biebs, but the question is, are the bangs going to be repp’d or not?

Jennifer Aniston debuted a new hairdo this week in Spain at the Madrid photocall for her latest film Just Go With It, co-starring Adam Sandler and Brooklyn Decker. We really like Aniston’s updated, sun-kissed look, and clearly she does too, because she can’t keep her hands off her hair.
Also, is is just us or are she and Barbra Streisand morphing into each other? It all started when Aniston made herself over into Streisand for Harper’s Bazaar last year, which was a nice tribute. But at the Grammys last week, when Streisand took the stage, she was clearly channeling Aniston’s hair from the last few years. And now in these latest shots, Aniston’s bob is reminiscent of Streisand’s signature ‘do and the dark eyeliner only amps up the resemblance even more. Are these two trying to be twins or are we just imagining things?

This can’t be happening!!! Justin Bieber, perhaps under the influence of Rascal Flatts, has cut off his hair helmet for their upcoming video together, saying he wanted a more “mature look.” “i got a lil haircut…i like it,” Bieber tweeted. “and we are giving all the hair cut to CHARITY to auction. Details coming soon.” Smart guy—now fans can’t get mad unless they’re anti-philanthrophy. But do you like the new look? Is it a little too Emma Watson or a necessary evolution from the Bieber brain bullet? Let us know!
Emily Blunt‘s noticeably blonder hair just made us do a double take. Expect the normally completely brunette actress to go even lighter because this gradual bleaching is all for a role in her upcoming thriller, Looper. Of the transformation, Blunt told Us, at the red carpet of her new film Gnomeo & Juliet in Hollywood, “I’m kind of effectively bipolar”.
We’re massive Blunt fans, and think she can pull off anything. But we’re so used to seeing her with sexier darker ‘do that this sun kissed style will take a bit of getting used to. What do you think? Should she stay dark or keep heading towards the light?
We noticed over the past few days that American Idol alum Adam Lambert (not to be confused with his fellow homeless-but-not-really Idol contestant Alex Lambert) has been rocking a new hairstyle. Gone is the spiky, goth version of the Kate Gosselin, the look that made him famous. Now, Lambert’s been showing off a more product-free, looser and longer variation. Lambert went out to dinner in L.A. last night with his new hair down, and he’s attended a few other parties this week with his new look, too. (Please do yourself a favor and check out his insane getup at the RuPaul’s Drag Race premiere. Please.) What do you think, do you miss the old, hard-edged Lambert, or do you like the change of pace? If you can’t decide, maybe the close-ups of Lambert in our gallery will help.

Justin Bieber‘s “hair helmet” has been showing up tussled more and more often—maybe the guy’s getting tired of paying to fix it! Life & Style magazine reveals that Vanessa Price, the woman who created Bieber’s haircut in 2009, charges $750 a pop. “I usually cut his hair every couple of weeks when he’s on tour,” she says. Considering most places will do it for less than $20, you think he’d just hit a local salon!
Then again, your average stylist might not be as trustworthy as Price. “I’ve heard adults joke they were going to take his hair after I cut it,” she told the mag. “I tell them they’re really creepy.” You know what’s really creepy? If Bieber keeps rocking the do into his twenties.

Are they casting for a Welcome Back, Kotter movie? Because the chance to play Horshack is the only reason we can see Pete Wentz abandoning his haircare regimen and showing up au naturale to pitch at the North American International Auto Show yesterday (no word on if he said Honda “is like emo, except it’s a car”). We can understand wanting to change the game with Fall Out Boy on “hiatus,” but singer Patrick Stump‘s dramatic weight loss made a lot more sense than this.

Hard as it was to tear ourselves from Robsten (photos) at the People’s Choice Awards, we did manage to check out the action with other celebrities at the show. Our radar swooped straight onto Khloe Kardashian, who just missed our list of the 10 best dressed stars at the show. Her sister, Kim Kardashian represented though, and one Kardashian’s enough! We do like Khloe’s strapless Grecian gown, we just wish she had gone with another color.
It was hard to miss Khloe with her new auburn-chestnut hair. Do we like it? We’re not sure yet, but it’s slowly growing on us! What’s with the new color debut, Khloe? Is someone trying to get more mileage for their spin-off show? We’d like to hear your thoughts. Love the hair? Hate the hair? Meh about the hair? Sound off in the comments section.

We all had a good schadenfreude-y laugh at the model whose hair caught fire in the tub at P. Diddy‘s listening party this month. Fortunately, Miyoki Jones wasn’t seriously injured and it was just her hair that suffered the most damage. Lucky for her, Diddy has offered to pay for her hair repair, and we don’t mean a VO5 hot oil treatment. TMZ reports that Diddy called the woman to make sure she was okay and that he plans to shell out a thousand dollars for her to fixed her singed tresses. No small change, but that was a lot of hair that went up in flames – and Jones has pointed out that it was all real, no weave here.
Now that that’s all settled, we can all watch the video again and have a good chuckle.
