If you didn’t feel much envy for Kevin Jonas‘ fiancee Danielle Deleasa already, you won’t start now. The former hairdresser, who met Kev while vacationing in the Bahamas in 2007, is reportedly fuming about a comprehensive pre-nuptial agreement the clan demands she sign. “Kevin sees Danielle as his soulmate, and he’s very Christian, so he’s not big on divorce. Nonetheless, he has millions to protect,” a source told InTouch Weekly. Funny, we thought Christians were all about “charity.”
Friends of Deleasa have suggested she’s upset about the lack of faith (irony!) implied by his legal maneuver and taking time to reconsider, but no change in plans has been announced. What’s a matter, Kev? Sure, you might lose a couple million. But on the bright side, you’ll also lose that purity ring.

Look at Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian there on their OK! cover, just beaming for the cameras. You can almost see the dollar signs twinkling in Khloe’s eyes. We’re not quite sure why Lamar agreed to go along with this for-the-cameras sham wedding, but judging from an interview he gave with ESPN, it sounds like he caught some sort of brainwashed by love disease, better known as Katie Holmseitis.
“I fell in love and the reason why I knew I was in love was because, I knew how I felt when I wasn’t with that person or if she was no longer in my life,” Lamar said of his new bride, adding, “I’ve been in L.A. ten years and never had a problem meeting women.” The b-ball star continued the crazy talk, saying: “I finally met the one that I knew if had I lost her, it would hurt the most.”
Luckily, the pair has made it somewhat official with massive bling that proves their love is, uh, real: Khloe’s wearing 15 carats of diamonds on her ring finger, and Lamar’s got a cool 5 carats chillin’ on his hand. [Photo: OK! Magazine]
OMG – Angela Chase has got married to someone way hotter than Jordan Catalano. For anyone under the age of about 28, yes, it’s actually Claire Danes who’s got hitched to her hot British actor boyfriend Hugh Dancy. The under-the-radar pair wed earlier this month in France, with no further details forthcoming about exactly when or where.
The couple has been together since 2006, and have kept their romance pretty low-key – especially considering Claire was at the centre of a scandal in 2004, when Billy Crudup left his then-pregnant girlfriend Mary-Louise Parker for her. We’re just hoping against hope that the newlyweds double-barrell their surnames to create the brilliant new Dancy-Danes or Danes-Dancy combo. Congratulations!
My Name Is Earl star Jaime Pressley has gotten married, less than a year after breaking up from her previous partner. Jaime married entertainment lawyer Simran Singh at the “lavish” Dick Clarke estate in Malibu, Saturday evening. Jaime split with her longtime love Eric Cubiche last November, and the couple have a 2-year-old son, Dezi James, together. Congratulations! [Photo: FilmMagic]
The Khloe Kardashian-Lamar Odom nuptials are perplexing in many ways, but this new detail is the icing on the wedding cake. Kardashian has secured a deal with OK! Magazine stating that for the low, low price of $300,000, the mag will get exclusive rights to the photos from the wedding.
That amount is crazy enough as it is, but the kicker is that the deal was struck by and for Khloe and her mother Kris – Odom will not get any of the cash. On the one hand, it’s not like the bride or the groom needs the money, but on the other, this only makes us wonder (and worry) about the longevity of this shotgun marriage. [Photo: GettyImages]
It’s so annoying when you don’t get divorced and remarried a number of times in Hollywood isn’t it? Staying together with your partner means you only get one shot at that wedding-day attention overload, which just isn’t enough. So Eva Longoria Parker has taken a page out of Seal and Heidi Klum’s book by announcing she’s planning on renewing her vows with husband Tony Parker just two and a half years after doing it the first time around.
“We want something a bit more intimate,” she told Hello! magazine. (Spot the inherent contradiction in terms, there.) Anyhow, we advise that ramping it down just a tiny-weeny little notch from their lavish $1.5m, week-long French wedding should get that desired “intimacy”. Just a thought. [Photo:WireImage]
It’s Avril Lavigne out and Khloe Kardashian in, on the ever-revolving aisle of inappropriately quick Hollywood marriages. People is reporting that the reality TV star is set to get married to her L.A. Lakers beau Lamar Odom, who she’s been dating for a whole month. The couple aren’t going to rush into things, however, and are going to wait for – oooh – another two weeks before making that lifetime commitment. “Khloe and Lamar want to get married before Lamar has to go away for training, and the [basketball] season starts up,” reports US.
Well, when you’ve got one sister whose pregnancy is creating headlines and another who makes waves just by Tweeting about changing her hair color, what else are you gonna do?
As if she couldn’t get any more officially indie, Zooey Deschanel has married a quirky rock musician. The (500) Days Of Summer – oh, how those parentheses still irritate – star tied the knot with Death Cab for Cutie singer Ben Gibbard on Saturday night. The couple has been dating for nearly two years. Congratulations!…and we look forward to welcoming future children with equally impressive matching glossy brown hair.
She’s never walked down the aisle, and it doesn’t look like Kate Moss ever will. The Evening Standard says that Kate has laid down her footloose status to boyfriend Jamie Hince, despite his willingness to put a ring on it after two tempestuous years together.
“Kate has seen her pals’ marriages fall apart and doesn’t want to put herself or her daughter Lila Grace through that, she doesn’t see the point,” says the requisite “pal.”
We’re kind of glad Kate isn’t the usual sort of celebrity to get married in a mad rush — after all, she’d be paying Pete Doherty alimony if that was the case. Shudder. But we feel she’s denying us the most exquisite fashion moment of our lives — the Kate Moss Wedding Dress. Topshop would have a knockoff flying off the shelves in days. No fair! Gorgeous actress Milla Jovovich tied the knot this past weekend – and we don’t think we’ve ever crushed so hard on a celebrity’s bridal gown. The Ukrainian-born actress married British director Paul W.S. Anderson – her long term boyfriend and father of her daughter Ever – at their home in Beverly Hills on Saturday.
Wearing a draped Grecian-style wedding dress, teamed with a veil and plaited hair band, the former model looked predictably amazing. Guests at the intimate wedding included Patrick Dempsey and his wife, who enjoyed a cocktail reception before the ceremony, which was followed by Cuban music and dancing at the reception. Congratulations! [Photo: Splash News Online]
