We love a good red carpet. This one scored decently, so while we’re not over the moon, we have got a couple of really great looks to show you. The 2012 Billboard Music Awards took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, yesterday, and some very definite best-dressed ensembles led the way. Taylor Swift hardly puts a foot wrong, so her red chiffon and lace Elie Saab gown and poker straight hair was a big winner, as expected. The goddess Alicia Keys is next up, looking super sexy in a form-fitting black Azzedine Alaia Couture with Repossi earrings and Brian Atwood heels. Not an inch of skin shown, but she worked it like it’s never been worked before. Take note, ladies!
We also loved the confection that was Carrie Underwood‘s Oscar de la Renta chiffon and tulle gown. How can you not have fun wearing something like that? Both Jordin Sparks‘ looks for the night were hits as well. Her nude DVF lace-overlay mini-dress on the carpet was stunning and tasteful, especially with those David Yurman jewels she had on. Her second look was a beautiful gown with a royal-blue, flowing skirt and a strapless black leather bodice. Very hot! Chrissy Teigen also gets major props for the architectural leather and satin Georges Chakra Couture dress she wore. There’s a total of 10 looks in our best-dressed opinion, so this is just scratching the surface. Head to our gallery for the whole picture and tell us what you think!

John Legend and lady love Chrissy Teigen are about to make beautiful, seductive music together … forever. Kicking off the yearly surge of engagements that flow like waterfalls from December 25 deep into January, the singer’s rep, Cindi Berger, reported to People, “John Legend and his girlfriend, model Chrissy Teigen, got engaged over the holidays while vacationing in the Maldives.” Of course they did; you know John Legend isn’t about to pop the question in a Taco Bell drive-thru.
No future details are available about how the “Save Room” crooner proposed to his girlfriend of three years, but we’re 96 percent sure it involved a billowing silk shirt, a half bottle of shiraz and some light sprawling across the top of a white baby grand piano. Congratulations to the insanely gorgeous couple!
We have so much material for you that your Halloween costumes should be sorted out for the next couple of years. There are so many options to check out. You could take inspiration from our very own FABlifers or you could take a look at our gallery of celebrity Halloween twitpics. Perhaps the early bird stars who played dress-up over the weekend will float your boat? Don’t see anything you like? Then skedaddle over to Best Week Ever’s rundown of the only 13 celeb Halloween costumes that matter, or VH1 Blog’s ultimate gallery of VH1 stars’ costumes. Our halos are polished to a high shine.
And we’re not done yet. Since yesterday was the last day for trick-or-treating and Halloween costumes, celebrities really outdid themselves. The final few we loved were folks like Calista Flockhart and Harrison Ford who cracked us up by getting their ’80s on as members of Mötley Crüe. Eden Wood from Toddlers and Tiaras was big this year with Chrissy Teigen and Fergie dressing up as her. Kelly Ripa outdid herself on Live! With Regis and Kelly along with Nick Lachey. Their first outfit sequence had Kelly dressed up as Eden as well, and Nick as Charlie Sheen. Their second has Kelly as Kim Kardashian and Nick (on stilts) as Kris Humphries on their wedding day. Ouch! The sexiest prize goes to Miranda Kerr who was the hottest ringmaster ever, and we’d like to give a round of applause to the mommies-to-be as well. Beyoncé was the cutest bumblebee in town, while Jennifer Garner was a witch.
Check out the gallery for the final top 10 celebrity Halloween costumes. We hope you had a FAB weekend.

They all came in droves to watch the The Hangover Part II! And by “they” we mean every type of celebrity. The supermodels showed up—Selita Ebanks and Alessandra Ambrosio. The fashion designer showed up—Calvin Klein. Even figure skater Johnny Weir turned up! The screening was held at the Landmark Sunshine Cinema in New York City, with an after party at The Top of The Standard.
The cast—Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianaki —held court with director, Todd Phillips. They were probably quite pleased with the mixed bag crowd who showed up, including the likes of Zach Braff, James van der Beek, Ciara, Ivanka Trump and Russell Simmons. For the full 411 on who was there, check out our gallery below.

Sunday night, the NBA All-Star game court-side at the Staples Center in L.A was studded with celebrities. Rihanna put on a raunchy show singing a medley of her hits with guest performers Drake and Kanye West. She spent the rest of the game chilling with one very happy Justin Bieber while Lenny Kravitz sat one space away. It was also Rihanna’s birthday yesterday so can we please have a chorus of Happy Birthday RiRi!
Right by the Biebs and a flame haired Rih’, were superstar couple Jay-Z and a gorgeous Beyonce, who had the sexiest pair of crystal Christian Louboutin skyscraper pumps on. They looked super-relaxed while chowing down on nachos, so screw the rumors that Jay-and-Bey are separating. They weren’t the only ones snacking while watching the game. Rick Fox and Eliza Dushku chowed down too. Ellen Pompeo and her husband Chris Ivery were watching from the crowds as well. What? No court-side tickets, guys?
Also, in one of the oddest seating arrangements ever, Lil Wayne was sitting next to Maria Shriver, who were a couple of seats away from John Legend and girlfriend-supermodel Chrissy Teigen. The Chicago Bulls mascot , Benny the Bull, got lucky, getting Teigen to sit on his lap while Legend took pictures. Looking far more serious were P Diddy and Nick Cannon who sat together. Shriver wasn’t around without her husband, in case you’re wondering. Arnold Schwarzenegger was around chatting with Gene Simmons.

UPDATE (6:25pm): Sorry Dave Letterman, but the cover’s been spoiled. If you want to know who landed it, we’ve got the winner after the jump.
While the 2011 Oscars won’t be held for another few weeks, tomorrow is the day that’s known in supermodel circles as the “Bikini Oscars.” Yes, that’s right, the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue hits newsstands tomorrow, marking a day that is loathed by shrewish librarians, dreaded by cashiers at drugstores nationwide, and revered by horny dudes the world over.
Sure, the widespread prevalence of internet porn has stolen some of the luster away from what used to be regarded as the Fourth of July for masturbators, but that doesn’t mean that Sports Illustrated has lost its power to turn famous, barely clothed supermodels into slightly MORE famous, barely clothed supermodels. Take, for instance, Brooklyn Decker, who went from being a really hot bikini model in print magazines to being a really hot bikini model in major motion pictures after she landed the cover last year! If that isn’t proof positive that landing the cover of of the Swimsuit Issue can change a gorgeous young woman’s life, I don’t know what is.
So, with that said, who will be this year’s Brooklyn Decker? Take a highly unscientific, wildly biased and possibly offensive look at the seventeen candidates for the crown in our FABLife gallery below. Will it be the woman who escorted Lady Gaga to the Grammys in an egg yesterday, Anne V? Could former Victoria’s Secret model Izabel Goulart end up being the face that launched a thousand boners? Or will Brooklyn Decker be a repeat winner, putting her well on her way towards being this generation’s Elle MacPherson? WE! DON’T! KNOW!
