Who hasn’t been madly in love with Katie Holmes at some point in their lives? Ever since lighting up the small screen as Joey on Dawson’s Creek, Katie has staked a claim on the heart of our inner teenager and never given it up. She remains the ultimate girl next door, even though she’s currently married to the creepy boy next door who won’t shut up about aliens. We’ve watched her go from cute apple-cheeked creek dweller, to willowy brunette bombshell and Hollywood A-lister. In honor of her staring role in Guillermo del Toro‘s latest horror flick Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark, let’s take a trip down to Capeside and look back on her hottest looks. Enjoy!

We think these three hit out of the ball park yesterday. And because we can’t decide who looked the best, we’re going to ask you to help chip in. On the left we have a very sexy Olivia Wilde in Munich, Germany at the Cowboys & Aliens premiere. She wore a Tom Ford dress, Brian Atwood shoes and Carrera y Carrera jewelry. In the middle we have a radiant Anne Hathaway at the One Day premiere in New York. She’s wearing an Alexander McQueen dress, Tiffany & Co. jewelry and bag and shoes both by Christian Louboutin.
And at last, we have Katie Holmes, looking better than we’ve seen her in a while, on the right at the Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark premiere in New York, again. She’s wearing her own collection — that’s a Holmes & Yang dress (with Alexandre Birman shoes). Click on the gallery below to see the photos in full and vote for your favorite look!

You know what we would do if our boyfriend’s daughter started spotting tiny demons around our new creepy mansion? That’s right: we’d book a room at the Holiday Inn and get out of there. We think Guy Pierce is as hot as the next person with a pulse, but we draw the line at tiny demons. Unfortunately for little Sally, it looks like the adults in Kate Holmes’ Don’t Be Afraid Of The Dark trailer aren’t going to listen to her warnings until far too late. Holmes stars as Kim, girlfriend of Alex and new caretaker of his eerily Suri Cruise-like daughter (played by Bailee Madison) in the Guillermo Del Toro-directed horror film. Oh, and she also has to take on what appear to be Gremlins 3.0. They seemed so nice when they visited New York! While Dark is a big divergence from recent films like Holmes’ upcoming Responsible Adults with Chace Crawford, this isn’t Katie’s first stab at a scary movie (Teaching Mrs. Tingle, anyone?), so let’s hope she remembers not to go into the basement when the power’s out. Oh, she already did? Katie, come on! Pull it together!
