We dig Daniel Radcliffe. We can admit it without creeping ourselves out, now that he’s legal. He comes across as funny and intelligent with that lovely, inherently British self-effacing streak. He even dissed Justin Bieber without making it sound like a diss. The Chosen One can do no wrong. Point is, if we were any younger we’d totally be all, “You. Me. The Shrieking Shack?” on him. And it would be wonderful, okay?
DanRad’s decided not to wait for us though, and is stepping out with a young brunette… a lot. Apparently he even asked Ms. Mystery Girl to come celebrate his 21st birthday with him in Russia. She did and they got their vodka on in St. Petersburg. They’ve also been spotted catching a spot of cricket together and strolling out and about in West London. Three time’s a charm?
Out with it, Harry. Who is she? And we’d suggest watching out for Ginny….she’s got fight in her.

Ronald Weasley just got a huge break (take that Harry)! The redheaded sidekick to Harry Potter has caught the eye of Martin Scorsese, who thinks the actor, Rupert Grint, could possibly become the next He Who Should Be Named. Marty thinks that Grint has mega potential and even compares him to his current muse, Leonardo DiCaprio.
Apparently he thinks the ginge actor could pull off a meaty negative role in one of his films saying, ” I thought he [Grint] was a great actor in the Harry Potter movies. In a lot of scenes, the boy stole the show. He will always have respect for the movies that gave him such a huge break, but at his age it’s important he doesn’t become typecast. He has to do something really out of his comfort zone in the next few years – play a gangster, play a dirty cop, play a kid with learning difficulties.”
That’s also when he added the movie star comparisons saying, “I would be interested in working with him. I would have no issues in casting him as a gangster, he is a very talented young man … When Leo was in Titanic and Romeo and Juliet, nobody saw him becoming a bad ass in movies like The Departed. But he has become one of the greatest actors of all time. The very same could be true of Rupert.”
Okay, who knew Scorsese was such a Potterhead? And while we may not see adorable, if not slightly gormless Ron-Ron as a bad ass, Marty’s the boss. Accio movie!

It’s heeeeere! We are so excited, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is finally here!! While some of our FABLife colleagues are smitten with Twilight, our personal fiction obsession is Harry Potter and his quest to triumph over He Who Must Not Be Named. We’ve been waiting quite a while for the Wizarding World theme park in Orlando to open as part of Universal Studios, and the cast of the films were on hand for the ribbon cutting yesterday. Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, J.K. Rowling and basically everyone except Emma Watson appeared to be there. Even Joey Fatone showed up, good old Joey. Not like he was busy.
We love that in the group photo above, the most important element of the Potter books is present – butter beer. Sweet, honey-colored nectar of the wizards. For some shots of the park and the rest of the cast, check out our gallery of the event below.

Alas, Hermione Granger doesn’t have a Time Turner to relive the past this time, so as the final Harry Potter wraps filming, it’s official: The saga has ended.
The stars of the films, some of whom have been acting in the same roles since they were ten years old, are pretty sad to see the franchise they’ve spent half their lives working on come to a close. Daniel Radcliffe said at the National Movie Awards in London “I will be devastated [when it's over]. There is nothing I watch without it triggering a series of memories. Everything [about the films] is so linked to my life. At the same time, it is exciting. It is the end.” Emma Watson said the end of Potter “[feels] like someone is dying,” but also sees the positive, explaining that “This kind of love and recognition is just incredible. It is also really emotional for me. I am proud.”
The final installments of the Potter series will be released as two films. Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1 will release in November this year, and part 2 will release in July 2011.

Once upon a time Harry Potter grew up, and went nekkid while acting in Equus on both Broadway and the West End. Now he wants to channel the uber-sexy soccer player, Cristiano Ronaldo. Did we mention how much we adore Daniel Radcliffe (especially now that he’s totally legal)?
Radcliffe is apparently getting into serious shape for his shirtless role as a window cleaner in the Broadway show How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. He’s workin’ on his fitness, so that he can look like Ronaldo by the time he get’s on stage.
A source revealed, “Daniel wants to completely re-sculpt his body and has taken Ronaldo as his inspiration. He envies his muscle definition and is hoping to get a similar six-pack for himself. Daniel is taking his fitness regime really seriously. He’s stopped drinking, knocked the fags on the head and is watching every mouthful. He put on a little timber last year and is keen to get down to a more svelte shape. He’s already lost nearly a stone in the past month.” We’ll be queuing for tickets.

Try not to scream for one second, kids. Harry Potter heroine Ginny Weasley and Twilight‘s Caius are reportedly engaged. Bonnie Wright, who plays the flame-haired key to Harry’s heart, and Jaime Campbell Bower – icy, cruel Caius to Twi-hards - have been the epicenter of rumors ever since witnesses overheard them talking about wedding plans at a Gucci party in London last week.
The news is a tad incestuous too, since Jamie is slated to play Gellert Grindelwald in “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.” It’s a match made in franchise heaven! Oh, and Ms. Wright was also trying to hide a really big rock on her left hand all evening. You may resume screaming now.
Harry Potter nerds everywhere, get ready to pee your Invisibility Cloaks with excitement: Author J.K. Rowling has confessed that she hasn’t ruled out writing another book in the Potter series.
During the annual White House Easter Egg Roll on Monday, Rowling attended and took questions from the kids in attendance and said that she plans to continue writing, saying, “I’m quite sure in the not-too-distant future I will bring out another book.”
Not necessarily a Harry Potter book, mind you, just a new book. When asked specifically about the Potter series, she said she may revisit those characters “maybe 10 years from now.” We’re not sure we can wait that long; why must you wave this in our faces only to withhold it for ten more years, J.K.? We can’t even wait for the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 to come out and that’s in theaters everywhere November 19, 2010! We need a butterbeer to calm ourselves and get our fan-fiction-writing juices flowing in the meantime. [Photo: Getty Images]
