Oh Look! It’s Madonna-Gaga! Or Magaga? Gadonna?

Madonna Posts Photo On Instagram, Looks Like Lady Gaga

Now that the Grammys are done, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on one of our favorite stars who didn’t show up for the mega show. And we missed her amazo brand of crazy so very much. Lady Gaga — it ain’t a party without you. So, in nostalgia of Gaga Grammy moments past, we picked through her instagram page and brought out a very recent pared down version of the singer — seen on the left — drinking what we hope is a really stiff martini. Compared to the one on the right, pulled out of our archive of her all dolled up drinking a dainty cup of tea. Just lovely. Except, as you’ve probably guessed by now (or not) — That ain’t Gaga on the left. It’s Madonna. Yes, we know. It’s like all their feuding made them morph into the same person, right? We don’t know whether it’s the angle, or the way her bangs are cut, but we really do think Madge is a shoe-in for Mother Monster, without the makeup and all the other frills, of course. The picture was posted on Madonna’s instagram page and was cheerfully captioned, “cheers motherf—s! I’m on instagram.” This is really, really, pushing it. But perhaps the “cheers motherf—s” is aimed at a certain Academy for totally snubbing her album MDNA? Wishful thinking on our part.

Beyonce And Jay-Z’s PDA Wins The Super Bowl

If you’re reading this blog, chances are pretty high that you viewed the whole Ravens and 49ers tussle as the opening act to a far greater power: Beyonce. Her half time performance was without a doubt the most anticipated event of the night for us (even more than that Bar Refaeli ad), and Queen Bey did not disappoint! The diva left us all spell bound with a collection of her modern classics like (our fave) ”Crazy in Love,” and even got some help from her Destiny’s Child sisters Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams on “Single Ladies.”

Needless to say, everyone was blown away by her incredible showmanship. But one person on particular was particularly proud…He husband Jay-Z, of course! Hova went backstage after the performance to congratulate his lady in person, and the result was thankfully captured in the cutest Instagram known to human kind. “Lights out!!! Any questions??” the proud husband tweeted soon after, proving that we weren’t the only ones who thought that the half-hour power outage in the 3rd quarter was a direct result of Bey blowin’ some fuses!

Beyonce herself took to both Twitter and Tumblr to share some hot/adorable behind the scenes images from her time at the Superdome. In addition to the pics, she also spread some love with a self-penned thank you note to all ladies who shared the stage with her during Super Bowl Sunday. “What a proud day for African American Women!!!!” she began. How is it possible for even her handwriting to be sexy!? “Kelly, Michelle, Alicia, Jhud- You are all beautiful, talented and showed so much class! It was an honor to perform at the Super Bowl with you phenomenal ladies.”

Demi Lovato, Rihanna And Brandy Present The 40 Hottest Twitpics That Got Us Through The January Chills

We don’t know how the weather has been where you are, but here in the North East, it’s been COLD. Damn cold! Christina Milian tried to heat things up with her Miami bikini pics the other day, but that was just a temporary solution. Now we’ve rounded up the 40 hottest Twitpics from the month of January, and suddenly we feel SO much better! Never-shy Tweetpeeps like Rihanna, Courtney Stodden, Adrianne Curry and many many more have set social media on fire with their smokin’ hot selfies, beachy vacay photos, and the occasional fashion shoot. Rihanna Tweets Another Blunt Photo, Which Goes Nicely With These 20 Other Pics Of Her Blazing Up

News flash: Rihanna really likes weed, you guys! Ok, this should come as a surprise to exactly zero people, least of all Lena Dunham. Just yesterday we told you how the Girls star criticed Riri for her stream of pot-themed tweets and Instagrams. So maybe this most recent shot of the singer is especially dedicated to Lena!

We’re not going to get involved with their beef, but Rihanna definitely wasn’t fooling when she went as the Queen of Ganja for Halloween. It’s always 4:20 by Rihanna’s watch. To prove it, we’ve gone ahead and assembled 20 pictures of Ri blazin’ up…from this past year alone! We’re not going to include those infamous pictures of her at Coachella last year, because we’re still not totally convinced that those aren’t corn chips that she’s eating off that bald dude’s head. But there’s quite a few others in there, from all kinds of occasions. To be fair, some of them could be hand rolled cigs. But it’s just as likely as she and Chris Brown being “just friends”…

Amanda Bynes Pierces Her Cheek, Do We Like It? Hate It? Vote!

She’s back! And she’s pierced. And, we’re not certain about what to think about this new jewelry addition? But, hi, Amanda Bynes. You have a piercing on your cheek. Last we heard of her, she was driving into things, getting charges dismissed, possibly walking around tanning salons naked. And then — quiet. It’s like she vanished and we didn’t hear from her for a long, long time. Her Instagram page has been popping, though. Which is where she posted this picture. We’re just wrapping our heads around the piercing but at the same time, she looks kind of pretty. Is that the magic of Instagram? Her hair looks great. The smile’s cute. The glasses are funky. The blue shirt looks great on her. Is it really that bad? Help us out, folks. Should the piercing stay or should it go?

Amber Rose’s Keyboard Dress Is Our New Obsession

You know we’ve been obsessed with Amber Rose’s adorable baby bump photos for months, but the pics she posted this weekend from her baby shower blew the rest away. Not only is she still incredibly cute for someone in her eighth month of pregnancy, but she is rocking a dress that we immediately want. It’s part of designer Jeremy Scott’s Adidas Originals collection, shown above on the runway. The most remarkable thing is how much better it looks on preggo Amber than on the skinny model.

Christina Milian Flaunts Her Bikini Bod On Twitter, Makes An Early Bid To Be The Hottest Twitpic Of 2013

2013 is only a week old, but Christina Milian is already making a stab at earning the “Hottest Twitpic of The Year” honor! The multi-talented star shared her new years resolution to get in shape along side by super sizzlin’ swimsuit photo. “This will be my body by spring! You ready?!” she captioned the apparently vintage snap, posted in honor of Throw Back Thursday. But time definitely diminish its hotness, that’s for sure! “I’m determined to have this body back,” she assured her followers. Although we have to say, we’ve seen some recent bikini photos of Christina lately, and she still looks pretty much just like that. Justin Bieber Counteracts Pot Pics With Apology, Tattoo And A Cancer Patient

Last week wasn’t the best for Justin Bieber: After a paparazzo was killed trying to capture photos of a driver he thought was Bieber, photos of the 18-year-old smoking a blunt made their way to TMZ. So it was a pretty good time for the singer and his PR team to turn up the charm and hype some positive stories. First up, he sent out a tweet on Saturday morning that seemed to be an apology for his alleged pot-smoking.

Fantasia Under Fire For Anti-Gay Marriage Rant On Instagram

We all know that former American Idol contestant Fantasia Barrino hasn’t had an easy road these past few years, what with her suicide attempt in August 2010 and accusations of home-wrecking against Antwaun Cook. But that definitely doesn’t excuse her bizarre seemingly anti-gay marriage tirade on Instagram that took place on New Years Eve. ”I Rise ABOVE IT ALL!!! THE WORLD IS GONE MAD. KIDS, THE GOVERNMENT THE church House… Everybody Trying!!!!!!!” she captioned a photo that seems to just highlight her Spanx. ”Its a lot that going on that the Bible speaks about we should Not be doing. Weed legal in some places, Gay Marriage Legal BUT YET IM JUDGED!!! I’m not doing Nothing for you… My Life!!!!” First of all, you have the cap the exclamation marks at two per sentence if you want to be taken seriously. Secondly, Instagram is a photo-based social media platform, so next time maybe take your rants to Twitter. And thirdly, this whole statement is made of no.

The singer’s reps are already in damage control mode and have issued a statement on Tuesday to her facebook page (and other places, we hope). ”Comments made by Ms. Barrino through her Intragram account were recently taken far out of context,” it begins, ”Ms. Barrino is not now, nor has she ever been an opponent of the LGBT community. She has supported and performed at numerous events that are sponsored by the LGBT community. Whether it’s through a live performance or placement on social media, Ms. Barrino uses every opportunity to reach out and connect with her fans, all of her fans.” This sounds like the PR equivalent of “Some of my best friends are gay!”, but hey, what do we know?

Celebrities Threaten To Delete Their Instagram Accounts, Instagram Hastily Amends Policy

By now you’ve heard the furor over Instagram’s new policy — which will take effect in a month — that basically allows them to own and sell users photographs without any compensation or prior permission. This happened after Facebook bought out the comapany. Apart from the issues of privacy, which has thousands up in arms, celebrities are also going nuts because the policy states that photographs of users can also be appropriated for advertising purposes. You know what that means. Precious endorsement money gone down the drain. As expected, the world also decided to take their frustration about this decision out on Twitter. Out of all the angry tweets floating about, we culled out the top 10 most mad tweets sent out by celebrities who stated they were going to delete their accounts.

The good news is that with all this fuss and also, all the thousands of retweets of celebrity messages saying they were done with Instagram, the company has had a change of heart. A new, long, apologetic and detailed statement is up on the Instagram blog, written by co-founder Kevin Systrom, saying that, “… As we review your feedback and stories in the press, we’re going to modify specific parts of the terms to make it more clear what will happen with your photos.” The most important point clarified is about advertising, as Systrom writes, “Advertising is one of many ways that Instagram can become a self-sustaining business, but not the only one. Our intention in updating the terms was to communicate that we’d like to experiment with innovative advertising that feels appropriate on Instagram.” And here comes the clarification: “Instead it was interpreted by many that we were going to sell your photos to others without any compensation. This is not true and it is our mistake that this language is confusing. To be clear: it is not our intention to sell your photos. We are working on updated language in the terms to make sure this is clear.”
