That really is Kristen Stewart on the cover of W Magazine’s September issue, right? We’re typing very carefully here because these photos caused us to hyperventilate. Like, we’re feeling all Victorian here, so someone pass us the smelling salts! We’ve calmed down sufficiently to tell y’all that we think she looks FAB. Yes, her eyes are blue on the cover and green in the shoot inside but who gives a biff? This is so freakin’ glam! As long as the Converse-wearing girl is in there and we get to see her enough, we’re cool with this bouffant-eyelinered-dolce vita-esque vixen showing up to the party.
The interview inside — about The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, natch — is pretty awesome too. It’s great to hear Kristen say, “I f—ing love me a vampire. I was 17 when I read Twilight, and at the time it was so perfect for me. The script was about young kids who think they can handle stuff that they just can’t. And they’re going to do it anyway. Because, why not? Just torture yourself. I relate to that. Vampires are a little dangerous—and we girls like to test ourselves.” She’s taking about Robert Pattinson, right? Right? RIGHT? [Calm down, Ambika. Find your inner zen.]
She also reveals how she felt while putting the character of Bella to rest. It’s been a hell of a ride for her and she explained, “I’d been anticipating that end-of-Bella moment. I was going, Oh, my God—I wonder how I’m going to feel. And the last scene of the shoot was at the wedding … We needed to film one more sort of honeymoon scene and we went to the Virgin Islands. After that scene, my true final scene, I felt like I could shoot up into the night sky and every pore of my body would shoot light. I felt lighter than I’ve ever felt in my life.” Poetic. Please give a listen to a little Montell Jordan while viewing this amazing shot of Kate Moss on the cover of Vogue‘s September issue. Because this, my friends, is HOW YOU DO IT. Mario Testino shot the iconic British super-super-model, who perches delicately yet confidently in Alexander McQueen. Inside is a massive spread filled with pics from her bo-ho-y wedding to Jamie Hince, which included tee-pees, fifteen bridesmaids and one smiling Paul McCartney. Yep, exactly like our wedding.
See all the pics at Vogue.com.
What’s that awful, high-pitched sound, you ask? Why it’s your FABlife team squeeing in unison over the new Entertainment Weekly that just came out today. Because, as many of you have noted on Twitter: we are fangirls. We love this image for many reasons — the gorgeous couple is wet, Bella’s making her best f*ck me face, her hair looks real, there is wedding ring action. The accompanying interview is even better; Rob and Kristen “shush” each other like an old married couple and they seem energized by the project and director Bill Condon‘s enthusiasm for the film and the creative process. (Yep, we fangirl Condon too.)
But we’re particularly intrigued by Edward’s face of fear on the cover. While Bella looks like she’s about to lay some sexy smack down, Edward looks paralyzed with terror (sexy terror, we should add). So what exactly happened to elicit such a reaction from the 108-year-old vampire? We’ve got our guesses below. What are yours?
- Mike Newton showed up to test out some gear from his family’s camping store.
- Bella whispered in his ear that she’s into BDSM and wants to tie him up.
- A really delicious-looking deer pranced over to sip water at the edge of the falls.
- Someone played him Rebecca Black‘s “Friday” video for the first time.
- Esme just called to tell him that the headboard in the master bedroom is a family heirloom and realllllly important to her.
She want’s it all! Lea Michele covers the September edition of Harper’s Bazaar, but we far prefer this shot in the more dramatic photoshoot inside. And for someone so little (“I’m five foot three. I don’t look like a lot of other people, you know what I mean? I look like I’m 12″), she’s got big ambitions! Lea told the magazine, “I don’t stop. “It’s my nature. People have to tell me to slow down. I plan on playing every role on Broadway. I want to do Evita. I want to do Sweeney Todd with [Glee costar] Chris Colfer. We want to do Wicked. I’ll be Elphaba and he wants to play ‘Guy-linda.’ I want to do movies, make music. Glee is only the beginning.”
She also makes some particularly surprising confessions concerning who she fangirls over. “I am obsessed with Gwyneth Paltrow” she reveals adding, ” I was nervous and said, ‘I don’t think I can do that dance move.’ She said, ‘You can do it.’ She wasn’t afraid of anything. I love talking with Gwyneth. She just gives good advice. She said, ‘Don’t ever read anything about you’.” The interview goes on more about what she thinks of her looks, her boyfriends and how she auditioned for Glee. And the funny thing is, we may not have been big fans of Lea before this, but this interview kinda changed our minds! We’d chill with her at Le Pain Quotidient (read the interview, guys) any time.

Vanity Fair have got Jennifer Lopez‘s first interview since her split with husband Marc Anthony for their September issue. More importantly, they’ve got her on the cover and inside the magazine looking ridiculously caliente! Of her relationship with Marc she reveals, “I will always respect Marc as a singer and performer. We actually work great together, and he was always very supportive. Together we could make magic — and we did. He will always be in our lives. He will always hold a special place in my heart as the father of my children.”
She doesn’t directly address why exactly they broke up but she does talk about where she’s coming from even after a couple of failed marriages behind her. Jennifer told the magazine, “I’m a hopeless romantic and passionate person when it comes to love. It’s not that I didn’t love myself before. Sometimes we don’t realize that we are compromising ourselves. To understand that a person is not good for you, or that that person is not treating you in the right way, or that he is not doing the right thing for himself—if I stay, then I am not doing the right thing for me. I love myself enough to walk away from that now.” It’s good to hear her speaking out finally but we’re not going to lie to you, we want the deets. We’re still wondering what went wrong!

Katie Holmes is on this month’s cover of Spanish Vogue, looking all sorts of sexy and serious in a lacy, dominatrix style catsuit and a leather cap. We want to go on record and officially say that THIS is the Katie Holmes we adore. Where is she hiding 98% of the time? At the Scientology Center? Inside Tom Cruise’s shoe lift? Come out and play, vamp-y Katie!

Lindsay Lohan looks super glam in Vanity Fair, Italy. She’s on the cover as well, but we prefer these bella donna shots of hers inside (even though they looked quite retouched). It may not be a US cover, but she’s making her way on to this continent slowly and steadily. Plus the Italian’s know their fashion so this quite a legitimate move on her part. She looks pretty amazing doesn’t she? We google translated our way through the long-ish interview and she’s dropped some real pearls of wisdom about her recent incarceration like, “Unless you’re a killer, I don’t see a reason to stay there.” She means jail, because she feels her treatment was way harsh. These are the first photos of Lindsay taken since her house arrest, and we give her top marks for the shoot. Not so much for the interview.

OMG everybody, did you hear?! Shia LaBeouf told Details magazine that he hooked up with Megan Fox and the internet is fah-reaking out about it! The sad thing is, this news overshadows an interesting interview that actually made us really like the actor — something we once thought impossible. He’s always seemed kinda like a Hollywood brat to us, but it’s possible that Shia is just misunderstood — or has a great publicist who orchestrated the entire cover story. Either way, we’re a new fan! Hellooooo, Shia.*waves*
As for the Megan hook-up, Shia says, “Look, you’re on the set for six months, with someone who’s rooting to be attracted to you, and you’re rooting to be attracted to them…But the time I spent with Megan was our own thing, and I think you can see the chemistry onscreen.” He seems unsure if their sex-fest went down while she was together with Brian Austin Green, and then concludes, “It was what it was.”
Seems pretty basic to us: They were in a movie together. They boned. Then when the movie was over they realized they had nothing else in common and they moved on. Now, if you’re going off that one quote, Shia seems kinda gross. But the article really gives you a (glossy) glimpse into his personality, and we kinda like it. He has a bit of a fighting problem that comes across as strangely sexy; like the time he once punched a guy at a Taco Bell for being rude to Megan. He grew up poor with a drug addict dad and says he feels “real shame” over his massive wealth. “He has no assistant, no driver,” we learn in the story. “He bought his house, in a low-key part of town, for about $1 million.” Also, he went on a terrible date to a sushi restaurant with Hilary Duff. How can you not love him?
Read the whole article at Details.com. It’s worth it. Do it. Go.
You see it too, right? We’re not imagining things? Taylor Swift looks exactly like Nicole Kidman on the August 2011 cover of Teen Vogue. Someone in Hollywood needs to be writing these two a mother-daughter indie drama set in Nashville, stat. The cover story inside has the kind of quotes we’ve come to expect from the blond beauty. You know, stuff like, “I love getting ready: the makeup, the dresses. I write lyrics on my arm for every show,” and this description of her favorite show outfit: “It’s long and sparkly and a total princess dress.”
But when she’s not ODing on twee she also reveals some redeeming things too, like an obsession with the show Teen Mom and the app CatPaint. When she’s not being too precious for words, she’s just like us! Check out more pics at TeenVogue.com.
Wow! NSFW — but wow! Emma Stone covers Vanity Fair‘s August issue and looks like a total bombshell. She also gives a really funny interview where she speaks about how she functions in day-to-day life. “I think I’m a Type A personality who’s trying to convince herself she’s Type B”, she revealed. Emma, you’re on the cover of Vanity Fair. That’s Type “Star”. She was also quite nervous getting into a bikini for the cover shoot, joking about how she only wears one-pieces and how her vices aren’t conducive to letting it all hang out. She joked, “That’s pretty much it, the heroin, the sugar, and the wine—nothing too crazy.”
Emma also a recalled a particularly funny incident with a paparazzo where he tried to strike some sort of crazy deal with her. She recounted, “He stands up while I’m walking to my car and is like, ‘Hey, Emma! Listen, I’m going to delete these pics. Here’s my card. If you ever go to the beach with your friends or walk out of your house in your pajamas, call me.” On refusing his card and basically not getting what the hell he was trying to do, she added, “He’s like, ‘But I’m deleting these pictures, see?’ … These guys try to strike up a deal with you so you feel like they’re your friend. I didn’t even know that was a thing — that people would call them.” Perhaps she needs to have a chat with Lindsay Lohan and the like. They’d tell her all about it.
