To be fair, this downward spiral started yesterday with Stacy Keibler tweeting that ridiculously awesome photograph of her abs. She killed two birds with one stone: proving that she has a body to die for and debunked the myth that she may have been carrying George Clooney‘s baby. That picture did wonders for our self esteem. NOT. Anyway, it’s almost like Victoria’s Secret models have some sort of spidey sense about these things. Should anyone who is a non-model grace the interwebz with pictures of their bodacious body, a VS Angel will pick up the scent and make sure the mere mortal’s photograph is wiped from memory. How do they do that? By sending out shots of their own genetically superior bodies, dressed in very little clothing.
Just look at Miranda. Stacy’s hot and everything, but her picture’s slowly being mentally erased by what we have in front of us. Miranda sent out one simple tweet, that didn’t even have a major caption or message. All it hinted at was, “Just posted a photo.” It’s the picture you see on the left. Grainy, zebra-printed bikini awesomeness. ‘Nuff said. The second one shows that Ms. Kerr has been doing a little bit of reading in between frolicking on beaches. The hot pink bikini snapshot, on the right, had the caption, “50 shades of Miranda…” Someone’s digging a certain Christian Grey, obviously. Also, can we ask all of you how it’s possible to look like that? We’ve tried It’s not happening!

As you book your brunches, scramble to order flowers, pick out the perfect card and all those other things you have to do before Mother’s Day this Sunday, we had a little revelation: Maybe our moms should be thanking US for a change.* We have arrived at this conclusion because of the very wise words of celebrity ladies, who, shockingly, appear to really, really like having children. The latest comes from a tweet brand-new mom Jessica Simpson wrote last night: “I am so in love with baby Maxwell. I want to cry every time I look at her. Motherhood is by far the best thing I’ve ever experienced,” she wrote.
Interesting fact: Jessica may have cribbed this line from someone else. Or all of the people. But specifically, Miranda Kerr who said this year of having baby Flynn: “I love it, I really love it. … He’s the best thing that ever happened to me.”
Most of us have that painful period during our teen years that we spend the rest of our life trying to forget. It’s forever known as “the awkward phase”, and photos from the era are purged from family albums in a manner that would do Stalin proud. Well, it seems that Heidi Klum never had that awkward phase. This would explain why she’s a world famous supermodel and we are not.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel tweeted a photo over the weekend showing herself as a fresh faced (and GORGEOUS) 19-year old on one of her early modeling dates. “Wow! Check out this picture from 1992,” she wrote. “One of my very first photo shoots. This is my original hair color!” Though still a teen, Klum still stares down the lens like a pro. Must be the genes. Contrary to what Maybelline wants you to think, she’s definitely born with it. And so are many other super models! Check out the gallery below for some early pix of Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio, Kate Upton, and tons more lovely ladies who have literally never taken a bad photo in their entire lives. Bask in their photogenic-ness!
Paul McCartney may be turning 70 this year, but “the cute Beatle” still has no trouble attracting the ladies! Dozens of stars turned out on Friday for the L.A. premiere of Macca’s “My Valentine” music video, which the pop legend directed himself! Kristen Stewart put in an appearance, but seemed to have left her rebel roots at home as she made an entrance in a super preppy skirt and blazer. We wonder what her rock ‘n’ roll godmother Joan Jett, who showed up wearing her trademark punky black leather, must have said. But that’s just the tip of the A-list iceberg. Gwen Stefani, Miranda Kerr, Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Zooey Deschanel, Pam Anderson…will the hotties never cease? Beatlemania is alive and well, folks. Check out more in the gallery below!

Oooweee. It’s time to crack a window and grab a tall glass of water; you’ll need that cool spring breeze right now. Some of the hottest women to ever grace the Victoria’s Secret runway (shoot to ever walk the Earth) were born in April, making for a very different kind of heatwave than the kind we experience in July.
Brazilian model Alessandra Ambrosio turned 31 on April 11, and has more to celebrate than her own birthday this year. The original spokeswoman for PINK, who walked the runway just three months after giving birth to her daughter Anja, is expecting her second child with Jamie Mazur sometime this year.
Model-turned-actress Brooklyn Decker has been quite the busy lady. The 5’9″ blonde, who appeared alongside Adam Sandler in last year’s Just Go With It, is spending her 25th birthday today (April 12) while traipsing the globe to promote her latest flick, Battleship.
Brit beauty Rosie Huntington-Whiteley went from strutting around in her undies for Victoria’s Secret and Burberry to fleeing evil aliens in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Rosie turns 24 on April 18, and you can pay homage to her bday by perusing her pics in Vogue Brazil’s April issue.
Last but certainly not least in the looks department is Orlando Bloom’s smoking wife Miranda Kerr. The Aussie model and mum of 1-year-old Flynn acquired quite some fame being the first Australian model to become a Victoria’s Secret angel. We can’t say we’re surprised she was chosen as the first. Miranda turns 29 on the 20th.
In the spirit of a catwalk showdown, we’re putting these heavenly creatures in direct competition with each other. We’re asking you to select which April birthday girl is hottest. Are you up for this decision? Here’s a gallery of Alessandra, Brooklyn, Rosie and Miranda to make your choice a little easier (actually, probably not):

We haven’t really had anything negative to say about Chanel in the past. We believe it’s bad karma and we’ve had our eye on a Chanel pochette forever. One day, people … one day. We also haven’t had anything negative to say about Miranda Kerr, because, and let’s face it, she’s a goddess and we’re mere mortals. But put Miranda on the Chanel runway at Paris Fashion Week (the show happened yesterday), and we’re definitely interjecting. Let’s just say we’re not completely sold on crystal encrusted eyebrows. Now Alicia Keys, on the other hand, was sitting on the front row at the same show and she did bling right.
We get that some folks may think that the Indian-inspired jeweled mang tikka or headpiece may be a little too much, but we think she looks fantastic. Styling is everything and we love that she kept everything neutral, including her makeup and that slicked-back hair. She also gets points for that sexy, plunging tuxedo top, which, on anyone else, would’ve looked a tad OTT, but is just right on her. So in essence: jeweled headpiece for the win. Crystallized eyebrows … not so much.

We get it. Miranda Kerr is Wonder Woman, OK? That face and that body are not of this world. How is it fair that one woman could be an angel and a super heroine at the same time? Because not only do we see Miranda strutting her stuff in her skivvies on Angel duty for Victoria’s Secret all the time, she’s now on the cover of special edition issue of Grazia Australia magazine as Wonder Woman. A couture version of Wonder Woman, that is. Mrs. Orlando Bloom is wearing a bodysuit by Alex Perry. The patriotic issue is in honor of Australia Day which is coming up on the 26th of this month — tomorrow. Light up those barbies and break out some beer. Can we also say that we love the cover line, “Kerr Pow!”

Terry Richardson‘s work is not for everyone, but we have to admit that he’s made Miranda Kerr look pretty awesome in this shot. But that’s also probably because it’s near impossible to make Miranda look anything less than stellar. We’re not sure what the shoot was for — maybe just for his personal portfolio? If you’d like to see the full-length shot of Miranda in all its lissome glory, you’ll have to click after the jump. You may have a certain, inexplicable urge to hit the gym after, be warned. The Museum of Modern Art’s Fourth Annual Film benefit, A Tribute to Pedro Almodovar, had celebrities lined up to pay homage to the Spanish director. A few of the stars had been to the CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Awards the previous night, making this second round of dress-up all the more impressive. Two nights out and we’re half dead under our charcoal face masks, but not these ladies. Blake Lively, Chloe Moretz, Anna Wintour, Drew Barrymore, Emma Stone and Sarah Jessica Parker all wore Chanel, while Miranda Kerr was rocking a bizarre, patterned Peter Pilotto dress. Drew also brought her latest boyfriend, Will Kopelman. The evening included video messages to Almodovar from friends Penelope Cruz and Antonio Banderas, as well as montage of highlights from his films.
We know you want to see what everyone wore, so go ahead and check out our gallery.
