Celebrate Snooki’s 25th Birthday With Her 25 Most Insane Photos

It’s been three years since Snooki and her famous poof arrived at the Jersey Shore, and our world was forever altered. The reality star has had lot to celebrate this year: a new baby, a fiancé, tons of endorsement deals and now her 25th birthday. Who would have ever thought the tan Poughkeepsie native would hold such a permanent place in the hearts of Jersey Shore fans?

Now she’s all grown up and moving on to bigger and better things, but we hope she doesn’t chill out too much. We have a funny feeling we won’t have to worry about that, though. In honor of her quarter century making this planet a little more orange, we would like to look back at some of her most insane moments! And while we hope there are more to come we are definitely going to enjoy watching this somewhat toned-down guidette take over the world!

Justin Bieber Punks Taylor Swift. Literally.

We get the sinking feeling that watching Justin Bieber punk Taylor Swift is going to be like watching him punch a baby bunny in the face. Or at least watching him convince a baby bunny that its car has been towed. It was only last week that Justin and Taylor sang a duet in concert, but now Biebs is throwing his former singing partner under the bus as the first prank on his MTV Punk’d reboot. Hopefully Taylor Swift isn’t literally going under a bus, since that would be less of a “prank” and more of a “murder.”

According to the New York Post, the first new punking was allegedly filmed last Friday; reports suggest that Justin Bieber will actually be one of several guest hosts on the show. No details are available yet about the exact prank Biebs concocted, but rest assured Taylor started writing an angry song about it bright and earlier on Saturday morning.

Jason Sudeikis To Join The Exclusive, Random Club Of MTV Movie Award Hosts

Ryan Seacrest reported this week that SNL actor Jason Sudeikis will host the MTV Movie Awards, which will be held in June. Ever since 1992, the MTV Movie Awards have been the anti-award show, not only because they created new categories like Best Kiss and Best Fight, but also because of the random people they’ve chosen to host the show. And while it makes sense for Sudeikis to host since he’s one of many male comedians on  the brink of movie-stardom to emcee the event, there have been some odd choices (and odder co-host pairings) throughout the years. Like Sarah Michelle Gellar co-hosting with Jack Black in 2002? That’s weird, even by Buffy standards. Or Lisa Kudrow in 1999. Yes, it made sense at the time but we’ve totally blocked it from our memory.

Check out our gallery of the other hosts of the Movie Awards in past years and let us know if you think Sudeikis will be one of the better hosts, or if he’ll be totally forgettable. Like the coupling of Jon Lovitz and Courteney Cox. Betcha didn’t remember that they co-hosted in 1995.

1992 - Dennis Miller

1993 – Eddie Murphy

1994 – Will Smith

1995 – Jon Lovitz & Courteney Cox

1996 – Ben Stiller & Janeane Garofalo

1997 – Mike Myers

1998 – Samuel L. Jackson

1999 – Lisa Kudrow

2000 – Sarah Jessica Parker

2001 - Kirsten Dunst & Jimmy Fallon

2002 – Sarah Michelle Gellar & Jack Black

2003 – Justin Timberlake & Seann William Scott

2004 – Lindsay Lohan

2005 – Jimmy Fallon

2006 – Jessica Alba

2007 – Sarah Silverman

2008 – Mike Myers

2009 – Andy Samberg

2010 – Aziz Ansari

Is MTV’s Skins Too Raunchy For TV (And Parents?)

MTV’s newest show, Skins, premiered on Sunday and already it’s drawing flack from the network and irate parents for being too sexy. Seems the show, which aired in Britain and is being remade for American audiences, is too raunchy for some, including the higher-ups at MTV. Network execs have told the producers to tone down the sex, particularly in an upcoming episode where the character of Chris, played by Jesse Carere, exposes his backside. Sure, we’ve all seen ass on TV before, but Carere is only seventeen, which makes the issue a whole lot more about child pornography than say, David Caruso‘s pasty, old NYPD Blue butt.

In addition to the network’s notes, the show faces some rough criticism from the Parents Television Council. There’s not much that these people don’t find offensive, but a show about teen sex has just about made them bust some neck veins, and they called Skins “most dangerous program that has ever been foisted on your children.” So, a fictional show about kids having sex is dangerous, but reality shows featuring the real thing are less so? And also, have these people ever seen an American Apparel ad? This sounds like a lot of hyperbole to us.

MTV does defend the show, and a spokesperson said Skins “addresses real-world issues confronting teens in a frank way. We review all of our shows and work with all of our producers on an ongoing basis to ensure our shows comply with laws and community standards. We are confident that the episodes of Skins will not only comply with all applicable legal requirements, but also with our responsibilities to our viewers. And if you don’t like it, just rent the British version.

Are We Being Punk’d Or Is Punk’d Actually Coming Back With Bieber As Host?

Generally, here at TheFABLife, rumors fall into two categories, Rumors We Love and Rumors We Hate. But here’s one that falls somewhere in the middle: it’s been reported today that Justin Bieber is going to host a new version of Punk’d on MTV. On the one hand, we love it and think it’s a brilliant idea because Bieber, with his charming but rambunctious persona, is the heir apparent to Ashton Kutcher, at least personality-wise. They both love sideways hats, Twitter, and older women.  And Bieber, like Kutcher, can probably pull a crazy prank on one of his many pop star friends and laugh it off. Only instead of pranking people like Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake, Bieber will have a whole new crop of talent like Taylor Swift, more Jonases than you can shake a stick at and Miley Cyrus to make life a temporary hell for.

On the other hand, we personally were very happy when Punk’d ended in 2007, because by that point people seemed pretty pooped by the whole phenomenon of hidden cameras and pranking people. However, we’re pretty sure enough time has passed for a new generation of MTV-watchers to get into the show, especially helmed by The Biebs. (Please let this new version be called “Leave It To Bieber”!!) While it hasn’t been confirmed, we think this rumor will probably pan out and we’re going to be seeing even more Bieber on our TVs soon.

Kelly Osbourne And Boyfriend To Star In Reality Show

Kelly-Osbourne

Kelly Osbourne is throwing caution (and credibility) to the wind, by allowing herself to be the focus of a reality show again. Despite saying she was “completely and utterly miserable” during the filming of The Osbournes, Kelly and her look-alike boyfriend Luke Worrall have agreed to be followed by MTV cameras for the next three weeks chronicling their “chaotic home and work life as they plan their wedding”. Gah.

“Kelly is TV gold. We’ve been wanting to do something with her for ages…She is just the type of person we want on our channel – she’s young, smart and knows how to party,” a source told the Sun.

Kelly and Luke will be following in the footsteps of other couples who’ve allowed the cameras to follow their daily lives: Nick and Jessica, Whitney and Bobby, Britney and K-Fed. Oh. Good luck with that one. [Photo: Splash News Online]

Welsh Playboy Steve Jones To Host American TV Show

steve-jones

Hey, America! You know what you really, really need? Another British TV host! Yes! We’ve been thinking over here in the UK that what you have been missing is another unfamiliar accent chirping out of your TVs and taking another one of the top jobs that doesn’t already belong to Ryan Seacrest.

Of course, we know that you’ve already got Cat Deeley, Alexa Chung and Myleene Klass presenting big TV shows, but lucky, lucky you, Steve Jones is also headed your way. The Welsh host, who’s better known for his romantic life (he’s hooked up with Pamela Anderson, Halle Berry and Hayden Panetierre) has revealed he’s lining up a show on your shores.

“I am currently in talks with the American TV network ABC but things are only in the planning stage at the minute. It will be my own show, which may last for about six weeks,” he said. America, lock up your daughters. [Photo: WireImage]

Sienna Miller Is Really Funny

Ahh, Sienna Miller hasn’t had the easiest time with her public image, what with the whole married-man Balthazar Getty thing and not managing to make any successful films for flipping ages. But she’s proved she’s a game old bird and redeemed herself firstly by showing off a very impressive runway collection and also hamming it up in a Mamma Mia parody for Britain’s Comic Relief night.

A biennial night featuring all the biggest stars in British comedy and TV in order to raise money for charity (and an amazing $80m has been raised so far),the evening featured appearances by Kate Moss, Robbie Williams and David Beckham amongst others. Sienna teamed up with UK comedy duo French & Saunders to take the piss out of pay tribute to last year’s smash hit movie, taking the Amanda Seyfried role. And it’s bloody great. On the basis of this, we reckon she should ditch the ill-advised retro movies  (Factory Girl and Hippy Hippy Shake didn’t exactly set the world on fire) and instead work those comedy chops …
