Welcome back to the ever-popular and much beloved VH1 Celebrity Bikini Awards! Yes, it’s that time of year again, where we pit your favorite stripped down celebs against one another to see has the most bangin’ bikini bod of 2012. Happy summer, folks!
Now that we’ve made Mickey Mouse blush by showing the sexiest Disney stars in bikinis, VH1 Celebrity continues the swimsuit parade with the hottest ladies of reality television. Our last list may have been filled with teen queens, but this time it’s all about the Wives!
We’ve got Mob Wives stars Big Ang, Drita D’Avanzo and Renee Graziano, Evelyn Lozada from Basketball Wives, Imani Showalter and Draya Michele of Basketball Wives LA AND Real Housewives Countess LuAnn, Kelly Bensimon and Gretchen Rossi. That’s a lot of seriously hot wives! Plus we have Ice-T’s lovely wife Coco, and ex-My Fair Brady lady Adrianne Curry. Girl Next Door Kendra Wilkinson recently got married, and even Kim Kardashian was a wife for a little while there, right?
It looks like the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills might be getting a facelift. Camille Grammer has already admitted that she won’t be returning for the latest series of the reality show, but apparently star Kyle Richards is still on the fence, too! “We’ll see,” she told Celebuzz when asked if she’ll show up for a new season. “It kind of depends which girls are coming back.” Uh oh. Sounds like the feuds between the ladies are getting even uglier than ever. “Let’s just say there are more than a few women who truly don’t get along,” a source confirmed. “[There are] two in particular that threaten they won’t return if the other does.”
Kyle isn’t the only cast member whose job is up in the air. “Friend of the Housewives” Brandi Glanville hasn’t officially signed on yet, either. “I’ll know in two weeks,” she says. But at least she sounds supportive of her fellow reality-mates. In fact, she admits to being “so sad” that Camille isn’t returning. “She’s my girl! We had such a great time last season.” So we guess all isn’t catty behind the scenes at RHWBS. Maybe they’ll bump her up to a full fledged “Housewife”! Time will tell…

We’ll never understand why celebrities get mad when people are offended by the awful things they post via social media, like for example, Ice T’s Russell Armstrong joke. It’s not like you whispered it to Coco in your own apartment and somehow the entire Internet heard. You posted it for your 126,736 followers, Ice!
Following news of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Russell Armstrong’s suicide yesterday, confirmed by a coroner today, the Law & Order: SVU star waited way less than 24 hours before tweeting, “Bad Joke… But alotta those wives would make me consider it.” We guess if Ice knows it’s a bad joke, that makes it ugh. Despite the fact that The Hollywood Reporter and others have pointed out that it’s beyond “too soon” for that kind of riffing, the star of his own reality show Ice Loves Coco isn’t exactly taking it back any time soon. After posting some other jokes about The Situation Ambercrombie and Fitch debacle, Ice tweeted “I guess I just lost all my Rich Unhappy Wife, Jersey Kid Guido & Pro Hoe’n fans!!!! Damn! What am I gonna do now?!! I still got the #FLTG” Probably lose even more fans, if we had to guess.
Russell Armstrong, husband of RHoBH star Taylor Armstrong, was found dead at his Mulholland Drive home last night. The father of three (five-year-old Kennedy and two sons, 11 and 13) had apparently hanged himself and was discovered by his roommate. He and wife Taylor had filed for divorce last month due to “irreconcilable differences” and rumors of physical abuse.
Fellow Housewives Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump are “distraught” and “speechless.”
Our condolences go out to Russell’s family and friends.

Just when you thought their time in the spotlight had come to a beautiful end, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are finding new ways to turn the cameras on themselves yet again. Radar Online announced that Montag is in talks to appear on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills next season. Spencer told Radar he’s hoping they’d both get air time and says “We would move to Beverly Hills in a heartbeat. We would be psyched if this happened for us.” The show will have a blonde hole to fill (ew) since it was announced that Camille Grammer will not be returning to the series, and Montag is meeting with producers this week to discuss her possibilities.
As much as we wish this pair would fade into oblivion, you just know they would boost the ratings of this show, which makes us nervous that this will actually happen. Heidi has to pay off their debts and Spencer’s crystal collection somehow.

The new stars of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills have a distinctive pedigree. They’re not just wealthy/trashy housewives as their name implies, and they’re probably not the types to release a pop single or a sex tape. Oh no. These womens got class. That’s because two of them are Hiltons by marriage (that would be Kyle and Kim Richards, sisters to Kathy Hilton), one of them is the ex-wife of Kelsey Grammer (Camille Grammer) and one of them has the best name we’ve ever heard, Lisa VanderPump. Rounding out the cast is Adrienne Maloof, wife of a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, and Taylor Armstrong, who runs her own consulting business. But why focus on the boring un-famous women at the premiere when you have a whole busload of Hiltons in attendance, and a special appearance by LaToya Jackson, amirite?
The red carpet for the premiere of the latest installment of the Bravo franchise was like capturing the essence of Beverly Hills, what with the abundance of fake tanner, artificially arched brows and collagen lips (including Bobby Trendy‘s pouty, very dark lips). In a way, it makes us feel some hometown pride for our relatively real-looking housewives of New York. Of course we’re reserving judgment on the women themselves until after we see the show, which premieres on Thursday, October 14. At which point we’re sure we’ll be able to confidently and accurately label them with varying degrees of crazy.
Kelsey Grammer and his wife, Camille, are getting divorced after 13 years of marriage. Citing “irreconcilable differences”, the petition was initiated by her and she’s asking for joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their two children. The former Frasier star Grammer also has two other children, one each by his two ex-wives.
The news may have come to a shock at some, but when we caught up with Kelsey and Camille at the Tonys last month, the tension was thick. As you’ll see in the clip above, the duo seemed to be drifting apart right before our very eyes. Oh well, at least now the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills –which stars Camille, btw — is guaranteed to have some drama!
