The second episode of The Hills‘ final season [sigh of relief] aired last night, and true to form what lasted 30 minutes can easily be summed up in 30 seconds. To recap the drug use accusations, DD (soon-to-be-H) boobs, and plenty o’ vacant stares, we’re presenting you with the most concise summary on the internet, after the jump.
There were a ridiculous amount of hotties at Charlotte Ronson‘s Spring Cocktail Jam in LA last night: Paris, Nicky, Nikki, Nicole, Mischa, Devon, Shenae, Stephanie, Brittany, Peaches, Olivia, even Slash! So hopefully one of these ladies got her hooks into Christopher Mintz-Plasse (better known as McLovin), who strode mightily to the event in an all-black ensemble perfect for backstage tech work, a spontaneous bongo jam on the campus quad in 1955 or night prowling. Dude should start rocking between-jobs goatees, if he’s physically capable of growing facial hair. Get a look at LA’s finest party people—those who can attend a Samantha Ronson acoustic performance without getting violent, at least—in the gallery below.

Who knew that People’s Revolution reject and Nana-ignoring granddaughter Stephanie Pratt would end up being one of the most sympathetic people to come out of The Hills? We started to love Stephanie more when she showed up to mock herself on The Soup last year, and our feelings continue to soften now that she admits that she is cut off from her brother-monster Spencer.
“I haven’t talked to Heidi or Spencer since September,” Stephanie told Fancast.com. “I feel so dumb not to know what’s going on with my family. But they’ve decided they don’t want me in their life, so I don’t know what’s going on with them.” Stephanie continued, “It’s sad. I’m kind of mourning the loss of him. But that’s his choice. He cut a lot of his friends out. I don’t know what’s going on with him.”
Maybe he’s just trying to make his move to Costa Rica easier on himself? We would never advocate the ripping apart of a family, but in the case of the Pratts, we have to say that maybe Stephanie is making out okay in this situation. [Photo: Getty Images]
For a movie hoping to follow Avatar and Alice In Wonderland into the impressive crop of 2010 3-D blockbusters, Clash Of The Titans couldn’t muster much support from Hollywood’s elite. We get why Lisa Rinna scored a ticket to the LA premiere—husband Harry Hamlin starred in the ’80s version—but Alyssa Milano? Stephanie Pratt? Antonio Sabato, Jr.? The Used? Whoever was in charge of the guest list might have been better off letting hot rising stars Sam Worthington and Alexa Davalos hype the movie without those red carpet revelers—judging from the ads, the film will provide more than enough mythological beasts of yore. See the parade in the gallery below.

Rehab-bound Stephanie Pratt lights up while posing for the new issue of Maxim and talks about how she really feels about big brother Spencer Pratt, her sister-in-law Heidi Montag, and dating in Los Angeles.
On appearing in Maxim: “When I bought Heidi’s Maxim, I was like, ‘She made it.’ Maxim has always been the one magazine to me that, if you’re in it, you can die happy. If you think about who’s been in Maxim, it’s everybody I’ve ever had a poster of on my wall. Growing up all my idols were women. I didn’t have the Backstreet Boys on my walls; it was always women. My parents probably thought I was a lesbian!”
On whether The Hills is fake: “None of us have studied acting. We can’t cry on the spot. My brother really didn’t talk to me for eight months because I went to Lauren Conrad’s birthday party! I think all of us have had the feeling that it would be easier to be on a scripted show.”
On having her life be an open book: “I love every door it’s opened, but it is hard. You need a thick skin.”
On if being on TV has helped a love life? “Ugh. The guys in L.A. are so awful. I feel like I know half of them, and the other half I don’t want to know. They’re all wearing Ed Hardy shirts and trucker hats that say female body inspector. But I’m not looking for someone. I do not want to find my Mr. Right at 23.”
Although Stephanie may look good now, she won’t for long if she keeps up that nasty nicotine habit! This reality star is not alone, however. There are many other celebrities who like to smoke. Check them out in our celebrity smokers gallery! [Source: Maxim, Photo: Chris Fortuna]
Stephanie Pratt and Jayde Nicole looked a little out of season at last night’s “Sparkles In Their Eyes” charity event at the LA nightspot Villa Blanca, but you can’t let the weather keep you from making an impression. Looked like fun, but when exactly is Pratt doing that 30-day rehab stint again? Unless it’s one that lets patients out to hit the red carpet night after night, she can’t have started yet—and she better hope the judge doesn’t read gossip rags.

Stephanie Pratt was busted for a DUI last month, and now the Hills star is trying to make things right by going to rehab. Spencer Pratt‘s sister will enter a 30-day Los Angeles residential rehab facility as her first step toward sobriety following her her arrest outside Holly Montag‘s birthday party.
Originally, her lawyer tried to argue that she failed the sobriety test due to the four-inch stripper boots she was wearing. “There’s no impaired driving or driving that indicates she was under the influence,” her attorney John Bryan Artz said. Prosecutors did not buy the stripper-boot defense however, as Stephanie blew two breath tests, one with a .09 alcohol level, just above the state’s legal limit of .08. “She’s trying one day at a time to do the right thing in respects to her life and facing whatever issues she may have,” her attorney said. “She’s taking this case very seriously, and she’s taking the issue of alcohol very seriously.”
If convicted, she faces up to six months in jail and $1,000 fine. Hopefully for her this doesn’t go the way of fellow DUI recipients Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. [Source: NYDN; Photo: Getty Images]
The Hills star Stephanie Pratt started Saturday on the right foot, filming a PSA (with Dukie from The Wire!) for Code Blue, a charity that aims to “bring attention to and fight against the issues that threaten teen youth.” Having done her good deed for the day, Pratt met up with Holly Montag and Stacie Hall to celebrate her sister-in-law’s birthday at Empire Hollywood. Having traded Code Blue for a blue tongue, Pratt lost control of that right foot—and her left—getting pulled over for a DUI. Police took Spencer’s sweet sister to Van Nuys, where she posted $5,000 bail a few hours later. Think we’ll still see that Code Blue ad? You can’t say she didn’t bring attention to teen-threatening issues.

Spencer Pratt may be getting less attractive by the minute, threatening to divorce new wife Heidi Pratt and cooking up schemes to legally change his name to “King Spencer Pratt,” but his sister Stephanie Pratt clearly got the hottie genes in the family, which she showed off while prancing around on the beach in Malibu while filming scenes for The Hills. Hills co-stars Kristin Cavallari and Lo Bosworth also got in on the beach action, splish-splashing in the Pacific Ocean and kayaking. [Photos: Splash News Online]
