What do you get the woman that has it all? Well if she loves Rihanna’s shoulder pads and Rihanna’s giant fur hats, why not consider Rihanna’s new leather jacket, featuring both shoulder pads and an enormous fur hood? Now she can striking and chic while keeping her ears ridiculously warm, just like the “Rude Boy” singer earlier today in London. Somebody tell Todd Palin, because every Alaskan businesswoman is going to want one of these for her birthday.

Was last night Hot Mess Night and no one told us? While the Character Approved Awards were confusing passerby in NYC, the Costume Designer’s Guild Awards was bringing the noise in Beverly Hills. Ladies like Anna Paquin, Emily Blunt, Kristen Bell and Anna Kendrick—not to mention fashion-forward fellows like Eddie Izzard and Alan Cummings—were on hand to celebrate those who keep actors looking great on screen. While you’d expect such stylists to make a big impression on the carpet, some—we’re looking at you (and quickly looking away), Mona May—might have been trying a little too hard. See who wore what in the gallery below.

Clive Owen‘s film career has been something of a flop commercially (our last post about him asked if Duplicity would end his losing streak and…uh, it didn’t), but that doesn’t keep the Children Of Men actor from being one rugged Romeo. Seeing the studly Dudley saunter through the Giorgio Armani party at Milan’s Fashion Week yesterday got us all excited for next year’s promised The Inside Man 2, which may finally bring Owen the blockbuster he deserves (hopefully they won’t make him hide behind a mask this time).

At first glance, we had no idea who this beautiful, seemingly sane woman attending the Changing Hands film premiere in L.A. was, and then we were stunned when we figured it out. She’s none other than Tatiana Del Toro, the resident crazy-pants from last season of American Idol who was obsessed with Paula Abdul, obsessed with sharing her voice with the world, and obsessed with steamrolling anyone that got in her way. It’s definitely a step up from some of the skintight nightmares she wore last year on the show. If only she had gone demure back then, maybe she would have had a fighting chance. Wait, hold on, we’re remembering her laugh…yeah, we’re glad she got kicked off. [Photos: Getty Images]
We thought Leona Lewis‘ black beret and vintage-looking ensemble was striking when she wore it to the ELLE Style awards this weekend, which is why we thought for a quick minute that Tyra Banks was trying to rip off her look.
Ty-Ty went a little old-school glam as well when she showed up on the red carpet for the CW “It’s A Reality” television event in New York last night, and for a second we thought she opted for a beret, too…until we realized it was just her hair. Both women look chic, but we’re going to to give this one to Leona purely because she’s inspiring us to jet off to Paris for the weekend (in our film noir fantasy world). [Photos: Getty Images]
Elizabeth Hurley reaffirmed her lack of modesty at last night’s Love Ball, wearing a sheer sari that only hid one of her nipples from the countless cameras. The outrageous affair, part of London’s Fashion Week, hit an absurd peak when a fire alarm forced the attendees—including Kate Moss and Leona Lewis—to stand outside for an hour and a half. Though the dry ice machines were blamed for the scare, we can’t help but wonder if someone just wanted to make Liz stand out in the cold. Enjoy the festivities through the gallery below.

Who’s the cute caterpillar, you ask? Why it’s Kate Hudson, heading off to the Burberry Prorsum show at London’s Fashion Week last night in a clinging green dress. The front row had plenty of glamorous ladies, including Elle Style’s Woman Of The Year Kristen Stewart—showing plenty of leg herself—Claire Danes and Mary-Kate Olsen. Sadly, we didn’t get an Angela Chase-Michelle Tanner ’90s ABC-TV reunion photo to go with the Angela Chase-Jordan Catalano reunion pic from the night before). See who wore what in the gallery below.
Costumes or clothing?
Lady Gaga is getting set to launch her own clothing line and rumor has it, she’ll be teaming up with the one and only Donatella Versace. Is this just a rumor or will we really have the opportunity to wear Gaga by Versace in the coming months? One can only hope!

Tacking the word “awkward” to any sentence about Kristen Stewart almost feels redundant by now, but the Twilight star looked less than confident in her art deco mini-dress at last night’s Elle Style Awards in London. Maybe she knew (seemingly) confessed boyfriend Robert Pattinson was bawling and boozing at home, wishing that the fear of a Twi-Hard uprising didn’t keep him from shouting his love from the rooftops and guarding her on the carpet, not unlike how Edward protects Bella in the Pacific Northwest. Hey, it’s a possibility.
Also attending were stars like Kylie Minogue, Claire Danes, Carey Mulligan, Colin Firth, Agyness Deyn, Leona Lewis and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. See what they wore in the gallery below.

Kourtney Kardashian‘s on-again-off-again boyfriend and baby daddy Scott Disick isn’t the most beloved person on Keeping Up With The Kardashians for many reasons. Some might be put off by the way he handles his relationship with Kourtney or his alleged infidelity, and some might think he’s just a jobless ne’er-do-well. Our main reason for hating on Scott, however, is that the guy dresses exactly like one of the scariest villains in recent memory, Patrick Bateman from American Psycho.
Bateman, as played by Christian Bale in the film from 2000, was a slick, homicidal Wall Street type who loved Huey Lewis and The News and killed pretty much everyone he encountered. Disick seems to think there’s a chance he could fill the role too, judging from the way he was dressed at the Dash Fashion Show that Kourtney was hosting in Las Vegas this weekend. Some may call it dapper but to us, it’s just plain scary. One key difference between Disick and his murderous inspiration: instead of carrying a nail gun around to blast through people’s skulls, he carries a Kardashian.
UPDATE: Here we were thinking we were the only ones who caught the resemblance, but funny enough, Kourtney Kardashian herself just blogged today about Scott’s resemblance to the American Psycho character. Kourtney wrote on her blog that she and her sisters were asked by Celebuzz to create a dream cast for the currently non-existent film version of Keeping Up with the Kardashians: The Movie. And what did she say about Scott’s screen self? “Scott’s favorite movie is American Psycho and everyone says he looks like Patrick Bateman, so Scott would definitely be played by Christian Bale.” That explains so much! By the way, Kourtney thinks Penelope Cruz should play her, and says Jennifer Lopez would make a good Kim, and Khloe should be played by Mandy Moore. For more of their casting choices check out Celebuzz.
