Miley Cyrus Secruity Footage Allegedly Proves No Fight Occured

Wait a minute…somebody looked at evidence in a celeb criminal investigation and concluded that they didn’t do it? What is this, Opposite Day? We thought that was in March! According to TMZ, however, sources who have allegedly sneaked a peek at the security footage from Miley Cyrus‘ alleged nightclub fight from last weekend say it confirms what Miley and Liam Hemsworth have been saying all along: Miley never, ever threw a punch at a fellow bar patron. While a police investigation into the event continues, their sources scoffs that he or she is “almost certain” Miley won’t be charged over the alleged event. Where upon we realized that this is only the latest situation where Miley Cyrus’ life could have jumped the rails and skidded off into Amanda Bynes/Lindsay Lohan territory, but didn’t. No, seriously! Think about it!

Miley Cyrus Wasn’t Kidding About That “Awkward Family Photo”

Miley Cyrus knows that while some things change (like the social acceptability of mullets and denim shirts), other things stay the same. For example, things like Billy Ray Cyrus‘s fierce Blue Steel modeling pose. “Awkward family photos. Look @billyraycyrus always giving face!,” the singer tweeted last night along with a childhood snapshot featuring Miley alongside her pops, mom Tish and three of her absurdly blond siblings, including older brother Trace Cyrus. Is it us, or does Billy Ray look like he is somehow Photobombing his own family? Go ahead and close up shop, Awkward Family Photos. We know it’s not a contest, but somehow Miley still just managed to win.

Billy Ray Cyrus Calls Off Divorce With Tish, Reunites With Miley

With Miley Cyrus hogging all the headlines, it’s easy to forget that her parents are going through their fair share of drama. Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce in October, 2010, with rumors circulating that Tish had a fling with Bret Michaels. But now mom and dad Cyrus have decided to give their marriage another shot. Billy Ray is calling off the divorce, and he explained the whole deal to The View ladies this week. He said, “I dropped the divorce. I wanted to put my family back together.”

He also explained that the family’s working towards mending rifts. “Communication I think is one of the biggest problems that we as human beings have in this whole world and I think for the first time me and my entire family are finally communicating with each other in a way that it’s been quite some time and to answer your question, things are really the best they’ve ever been.”

Call us old-fashioned, but we think this is great news. A 17-year-old marriage (and counting) does deserve another shot. He’s also sorted his issues out with  Miley after that GQ interview he gave, saying, “I’ve got my Miley back.” Bro needs to realize when he’s given good quote, because he rambled about Hannah Montana AGAIN, adding, “I feel like we are the daddy and the daughter that we were before Hannah Montana happened. Our communication, we have laughed a lot in the last couple of days.”

Billy Ray Cyrus Worries That Miley Is Like His “Friend” Kurt Cobain

As suggested by the truly unfortunate mullet he’s been rocking, Billy Ray Cyrus isn’t taking his recent divorce very well. GQ interviewed Mr. Achy Breaky in the Tennessee mansion where he lives alone (“The [song] I wrote this morning is called ‘Feels Like Goodbye.’”), and the subject of Billy’s daughter Miley Cyrus came up fast. “I want to tell you: I’ve never made a dime off of Miley. You got a lot of people have made percentages off of her. I’m proud to say to this day I’ve never made one commissioned dollar, or dime, off of my daughter.” Do you think the kids were watching Hannah Montana for you, Billy?

Whether he “made a dime,” he does feel he had to take the heat for Miley’s risque adolescence, though. “You know why I didn’t go [to Miley's 18th birthday party]? Because they were having it in a bar. It was wrong. It was for 21 years old and up. Once again all them people, they all wanted me to fly out so that then when all the bad press came they could say, ‘Daddy endorsed this stuff….’ I started realizing I’m being used.” Now out of the loop (he claims a handler told him Miley’s bong drama was “none of his business”), he’s concerned about his little girl. Miley Cyrus Credited For Major Sales Of Salvia

This girl’s got the golden touch: everything she’s seen with just flies off the shelves. She sells CDs, she sells merchandise, and now Miley Cyrus is responsible for the rocketing sales of salvia divinorum. What a superstar she is!

Ever since Miley’s bong-hitting video went viral, TMZ reports that dealers in L.A are having a field day. Apparently, the drug that Miley got all happy 18 with has been selling three times the normal amount, with people requesting “the stuff Miley was smoking.”  That’s some serious pulling power (no pun intended), which should make dad Billy Ray Cyrus feel a little better. Now, if only prosecuted pothead Willie Nelson was that lucky. Unfortunately, he didn’t just turn 18, doesn’t writhe around on stage, and doesn’t  have an alter ego called Hannah Montana.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Break Up. Again.

It’s been a rough week for romance in the Cyrus household. Not only have Cyrus-clan heads Tish and Billy Ray filed for divorce, but apparently Miley and BF Liam Hemsworth have split up as well. If you’re getting deja vu, there’s a reason: the pair broke up in August, only to be seen very passionately together the following month.

Miley met her main man while filming The Last Song in June 0f 2009, and the relationship has had its share of ups and downs ever since. ”Their on-and off-again relationship is currently off,” a friend told People.com. “But you never know with Miley and Liam. They could be back on at some point.” Another insider chimmed in by saying that, “There was no drama. The relationship just ran its course. They were good friends first and remain friends.”

Hopefully he can help her through what must be a difficult time at home.

Bret Michaels Denies Affair With Miley Cyrus’ Mom

Yes, you read that headline correctly. Us Weekly is reporting that Bret Michaels and Tish Cyrus were involved in a romantic relationship earlier this year, and the affair is the alleged catalyst for Tish’s split from Billy Ray Cyrus, her husband of 17 years. Yep, “WTF” kinda sums this rumor up perfectly.

Sources tell Us that the pair became close after Bret recorded the duet “Nothing to Lose” with Miley, with one insider insisting, “It was a professional relationship that turned into something more.” Bret’s reps, however, are denying the story completely.

“There has never been an affair or a fling,” Bret’s camp tells Us. Tish’s people are also refuting the affair, though sources claim she may have had another lover, in addition to Bret, on the side. Billy Ray filed for divorce on October 27th.

Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus File For Divorce

Can it be true? Are Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus filing for divorce? People is reporting that Miley’s mom and dad are achey-breakin’ up after 17 years of marriage and five children.

“It’s a very difficult time for our family,” they said in a press release, “and we are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.” The reason for the split is cited as “irreconcilable differences” according to the documents submitted yesterday to a Tennessee court.

October has proved a brutal month for celebrity relationships, with Christina and Jordan, David and Courtney, Blake and Penn, and Carey and Shia all calling it quits. More details to follow.
