Alicia Keys has been making hits for over 10 years now, and you know what? She has not changed a bit! The piano playing soul-stress burst onto the scene with her incredible 2001 album Songs In A Minor (we’ve yet to figure out if they’re actually in that key), and she hasn’t gone away since. In the past decade she’s added “wife” and “mother” to her resume after having baby Egypt with husband Swizz Beatz. But even with those added roles she’s still busting out the hits, most recently with this fall’s smash “This Girl Is On Fire.” Hell, she might as well be singing about herself! Today the star turns 32 years old, so in honor of her birthday, stellar career, and awesomely unique style, we’ve assembled her 32 most sizzling outfits from over the years. We hope you enjoy it. Happy birthday, Alicia!

We’ve been to New York Fashion Week, and we spent most of these experience being scared out of our damn minds, worried that our outfit was as out of style as a powdered blue leisure suit and that we’d be spat at by uber hip dudes in front of fancy models and assorted celebrities. Thankfully this did not happen, but it was still pretty nerve wracking. But little Egypt Dean didn’t seemed to mind it much that much. In fact, he seems right at home!
The little tyke showed up with dad Swizz Beatz for a front row seat at the Jeremy Scott show at Milk Studio last night. With his sweet tie-dye kicks and too-cool sunglasses, the kid could have been on the runway himself. He even found time to chat up Paris Hilton, before checking his (maybe his dad’s) iPhone. Stock prices, perhaps? Or maybe he was sending a quick email to his mom Alicia Keys. Man, we wish we possessed the self confidence of this one-year-old. You rock that pacifier, kid! Check out all the cuteness and coolness in the gallery below!

While the women may have held their own in the best-dressed department at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards, the men were a class apart. Love ‘em or hate ‘em, you certainly couldn’t ignore them. Case in point, Usher, whose electric cyan suit would’ve looked clownish on anyone else but him. Or LMFAO who strode around in their usual neanderthal style picks. The rest of the men were a lot more sedate in their choices. There was a fedora here and there — on Gavin DeGraw who looked like a ’40s gangster in his suit. Or Wiz Khalifa who paired his with a waistcoat, low-rise jeans and Amber Rose.
We spotted a bow-tie on Modern Family‘s Ty Burell, over a plaid shirt. Also wearing checks was Eric Benet, who picked the pattern for his suit. Justin Bieber kept it contemporary and youthful with a pair of cool kicks. Also contemporary, but in a completely different direction was the very fashionable Robin Thicke. All in all, we approve of how the men made sure the carpet was sartorially diverse. If only this could happen all the time. We have 12 picks in the gallery below, and they’re all your favorite male celebrities, so click away and enjoy!

The White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner has really become the hot ticket in town. We already know that Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan got invites, for which they were probably very thankful. Now if only they had dressed with gratitude. We’re definitely not saying that no effort went into putting their looks together. It was just all directed the wrong way for both of them. Lindsay’s black satin halter-necked gown and Kim’s heavy green satin version ended up looking tacky. Sorry, ladies, better luck next time. This was Kim’s second time at the event so she should’ve known what to expect. There were plenty of sartorial winners, though. Charlize Theron, as always, nailed it in an Emilio Pucci lace overlay column with Manolo Blahnik heels and a Judith Leiber clutch. Reese Witherspoon was glam in a black Monique Lhuillier gown and stunning turquoise and emerald drop earrings by Irene Neuwirth. Sofia Vergara and Anna Paquin wore black too, with Vergara picking a black textured brocade David Meister cocktail frock, and Paquin, a Hervé L. Leroux gown.
The list of celebrities is a bit of a roll call, but we’ll try to do justice. There was a fair amount of white that popped up. Claire Danes wore the color through an edgy Vivienne Westwood gown, Malin Akerman wore a slightly peachier version of the shade in a vintage Odicini Couture dress. Eva Longoria wore a shorter, Marchesa cocktail variety, while Ginnifer Goodwin wore a snowy H&M frou-frou long, layered number. The supermodels also picked that color with Irina Shayk looking terrific in a slinky wide-legged jumpsuit and Kate Upton who sadly, ended up looking frumpy in a frilled, lacklustre dress. Dakota Fanning and Zooey Deschanel wore textured pastels; the former with Prada and the latter with Oscar de la Renta. Going in the opposite direction with splashes of color were Elizabeth Banks in vermilion Antonio Berardi peplum gown, Rosario Dawson in an emerald Armani Prive very low-cut dress and Viola Davis in a deep orange Amsale sweeping number. We also loved Kate Hudson‘s sequined purple Jenny Packham gown.
Perhaps the only person who went really crazy with a print was Leslie Mann who picked a wildly floral one-shouldered, Naeem Khan gown. Another woman — who is kind of beyond celebrity — wore the same designer and totally showed up Mann, though. Michelle Obama picked a strapless jazzed-up printed Khan dress and rocked the hell out of everybody. See for yourself in our gallery below.

Kanye West can legitimately give himself a pat on the back. His show at Paris Fashion Week took place yesterday and we actually enjoyed some of the looks. It was light years better than his first collection, even though the models were complaining about the shoes. Kim Kardashian wore the same skyscraper heels — nice move, Kanye — but we didn’t really focus on them as we were too busy staring at the fur stole she had on. It looked like it was eating her alive. He was also in his humble-Kanye avatar telling WSJ, “I learned a lot from the last one. I’m learning every day. I’m a new designer. I’m taking baby steps.”
He may be a new designer, but he ain’t a new celebrity. And therefore his celebrity pals turned up to support him in droves. Apart from Kim, Alicia Keys and husband Swizz Beatz also represented. Alicia has been a staple at Fashion Week this year turning up looking really gorgeous at Chanel earlier that day. Diddy was there with Cassie and Rosario Dawson. Leigh Lezark and Ricardo Tisci were also spotted. Take a look at the vibe in the gallery below. It also has photographs from the show, in case you’re curious. Which you totally are.

Last night, Alicia Keys continued her work to solve the AIDS crisis, hosting the 8th Annual Keep a Child Alive Black Ball at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom. While helping to fund research, treatment and care for those affected by AIDS, the guest were treated to performances by the likes of Keys, Usher, Mary J. Blige, will.i.am and more. The evening also honored the late Beatle and philanthropist George Harrison. Our invite was surely lost in the mail, but we’re content to gaze upon the stars’ best red-carpet fashions. Check out the stunning (not all-black) looks worn by Tyra Banks, Chanel Iman, Kerry Washington and more in the gallery below.
It would be hard to overstate how much Apple co-founder Steve Jobs transformed our lives, from getting a mouse into our hands to introducing the touch screen, from how we listen to music to how we talk face-to-face on our mobile phones. In the end, Jobs definitely delivered on his “Think Different” advertising slogan. So it’s not surprising that celebs from every walk of life took to Twitter and Facebook like the rest of us to share their condolences upon hearing that he lost his battle to cancer at the age of 56. R.I.P. Steve.
“Rest in peace, Steve Jobs. From all of us at #Obama2012, thank you for the work you make possible every day-including ours.”
An innovator. Contributed so much to this generation & beyond. RIP Steve Jobs.

“The world rarely sees someone who has had the profound impact Steve has had, the effects of which will be felt for many generations to come. For those of us lucky enough to get to work with him, it’s been an insanely great honor. I will miss Steve immensely.”

Wow Steve Jobs died! He was a brilliant man!
“Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.”
“‘If I’d never took that single course, Mac woulda never had multi typefaces or proportionally spaced fonts’ – calligraphy student Steve Jobs”
Mark Zuckerberg via Facebook, of course
“Steve, thank you for being a mentor and a friend. Thanks for showing that what you build can change the world. I will miss you.”
“Thank you for connecting all of us Mr. Jobs. RIP”
Could little Egypt get ANY CUTER? Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz baby boy looks adorable in his pj’s, all solemn and yogi-like in what could pass off as the lotus pose! We insist it does because, GUYS. This kid is to much to handle. Swizz tweeted the picture writing, “Egypt started is own yoga class today in the house LMAO.” We’re totally gushing about how beautiful he is, we know — but will you look at those cheeks! He’s making our ovaries hurt!

Before we can say anything else, how about Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose getting frisky on the green carpet, huh? The 2011 BET Awards took place at the Shrine Auditorium in L.A last night and the duo looked quite happy wrapped around each other! We’re also loving the Dolce & Gabbana blazer and pants combination Alicia Keys wore to the event and Kerry Washington has our vote with that acidic Michael Kors gown. We also totally expected Nicki Minaj to bring on some full-on cray-cray but it was a half-hearted commitment. We think she actually looked quite pretty in the textured pink dress-tight-boots outfit she was working.
If you want the list of winners, click here, but hint hint: Chris Brown and Busta Rhymes are in there. Also spotted were folks like Nelly, Ne-Yo, Mary J. Blige, Jill Scott (love her) and the Smith kids — Jaden and Willow. Of course, Willow’s pal Justin Bieber was there too. Was there any ground breaking fashion? No, but everyone looked really comfortable which is quite a change! Having said that, we would like to forget all about Amber Rose’s shredded catsuit forever. Take a look at our gallery for all the action!
