Just in time for Martin Luther King Day, we have for you an exclusive red band trailer of the movie specifically designed to offend people of all races, creeds and sexual orientation, Movie 43. In the most hilarious way, of course, because that was MLK Jr.’s dream, right? When the first trailer came out, we pointed out the things we couldn’t help but laugh at, even though we knew we really shouldn’t. This new trailer includes many of those again — Anna Faris‘ indecent proposal to Chris Pratt, Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber bullying their home-schooled teen, Terrence Howard’s totally racist basketball coaching technique — and a couple of other jems, namely:

We’d like to start by saying that we love our work. We just love pizza, ice cream cakes and those Girl Scout cookies with the coconut a hell of a lot more. And that’s the thing that separates us from the truly great actors. Well, that and a zillion KFC buckets worth of talent! Uber-dedicated movie stars will sometimes go the extra mile and put their bodies through insane physical transformations that make us sore just watching them up there on the big screen. Many hit the gym ruthlessly to purge every excess pound from their body and slim down, while some (occasionally) take a few weeks to pack on the pounds for a role. If it were us we’d choose the pound-packing parts exclusively, but hey!
More recently Anne Hathaway, Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto took the tougher route and each shed an unbelievable amount of weight for their respective roles. Anne famously lost 25 pounds for the part of Fantine in the big screen adaptation of Les Miserables by eating two thin squares of oatmeal paste a day! We imagine that includes no dessert? McConaughey jettisoned his Magic Mike six-pack to play the HIV positive lead in Dallas Buyers Club, and his whopping 40 pound weight loss has lead some to wonder if he’s going too far. It’s got to be rough, but they certainly aren’t the first famous folks to go through such a dramatic body overhaul before going in front of the camera. Sure Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are famous all over the world and have millions of dollars at their disposal. But they still celebrate birthdays in the same cutely embarrassing way that we always do at our local Olive Garden. Kimye put in an appearance last night at the Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation’s Angel Ball, held at the fancy Cipriani restaurant in New York City. Yeezy must have had a quick secret word with the waiter, because soon a chocolate cake was delivered to a surprised Kim and Co. Alright, her birthday was technically on Sunday. But that’s half the fun! We have on average approximately 35 restaurant birthday’s a year.
Guests reportedly sang, and model Bar Refaeli snapped a few pics on her iPhone. It’s just like a night out with our friends! Except less endless pasta bowls and bread-sticks. Celebs really are just like us! But those weren’t the only famous faces to turn up at the Angel Ball. Gerard Butler was there, as was Angela Simmons and super model Irina Shayk.Nelly and Ashanti went together, but the cutest pairing had to be Solange Knowles and her gorgeous mother Tina. Wow, so this jumped out at us today, TMZ is reporting that Gerard Butler has spent the last three weeks at a Betty Ford rehab center to deal with a substance abuse problem and will apparently, be released later today. The website reports that the actor’s problems with prescription drugs stemmed from when he was shooting 300 back in 2006, which was hugely physically demanding. Matters got worse with him being in a lot of pain during the filming of Of Men and Mavericks when Butler was in a nasty surfing accident. His apparent addiction to pain meds grew out of these injuries. Sources have also revealed that he developed a cocaine habit at the time too.
Butler supposedly decided it was time get help before his addictions got out of hand. Which we respect. We’ll need him good and healthy when it’s time for him to promote the four movies he’s got slated to come out this year, including the already-made surf flick Of Men and Mavericks, the romantic dramedy Playing the Field, the comic short-film compilation Movie 43 and the not-yet-made Navy Seals action thriller Hunter Killer. Actually, come to think of it, maybe the guy could use a real vacation after rehab. Good luck, Gerard. We wish you well.

Action hero Gerard Butler was nearly taken down for out for good this weekend when things went awry while surfing. The actor was filming a scene for his upcoming Of Men and Mavericks in California’s Half Moon Bay when a dangerous surf break knocked him off his board and pinned him underwater. The Beach Boys never warned us about this! Gerard was dragged across the rocky sea floor before a jet-ski riding patrol-man was able to rescue him.
It could have been a scary case of art imitating life, as Of Men and Mavericks chronicles the story of sufer Jay Moriarty, who died at sea in 2001. But luckily Gerard escaped the same fate, and was released from the hospital with no serious injuries. Gerard’s surf coach Zach Wormhoudt says that the waves were a lot to handle, and not just for the rookie! ”It was intense for myself, and I’ve been through a lot out there,” he admitted to the Associated Press. Don’t back down from that wave, Gerard!

Helena Christensen is in Ischia, Italy currently and is taking advantage of the fine weather. That translates directly into beach time. She’s at the eight-day Ishcia festvial there, the same one where Gerard Butler was honored as Actor of the Year. Not that he’s going to get any attention whatsoever if she continues to wear a bikini!
