They Arrested Carly Rae Jepsen’s Nude Pic Hacker! Sadly, That Means There Are Actually Nude Pics
Hurray! Also, uh oh! After months and months of gossip about real and faked Carly Rae Jepsen nude photos, TMZ reports that the total lamer who allegedly hacked the singer’s computer has been arrested after turning himself into police on Friday, December 7. It’s all great news…until you realize that it confirms both that Carly got hacked and that she had nude photos taken from her possession. Were we the only ones naive enough to think after all this time it might still be a rumor? Of course, why would Jepsen’s peeps and the authorities have been trying to nail this guy since March if it was a rumor? Boy, do we feel dumb! We also feel like the only people on the planet who don’t keep nude photos of themselves on their computers.
While in custody in Vancouver, 25-year-old Christopher David Long was charged with “fraudulently obtaining telecommunications services, unauthorized use of computer, mischief to data, identity fraud, and possession of stolen property.” Mischief to data! What, did he Photoshop Paula Deen riding Carly, too? Was Sad Keanu watching it all go down? Oh, the indignity! Long was later released and must return to court on January 4. On the plus side, if any naked Jepsen photos get released over the holidays, at least we know who’s butt is getting thrown in jail. We’ll say a little holiday prayer his is the only butt we have to blog about.

Did Carly Rae Jepsen Try To Out-Taylor-Swift Taylor Swift At The 2012 MTV EMAs?
Look at Carly Rae Jepsen and Taylor Swift here, photographed at the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards held yesterday in Frankfurt, Germany. Something seem a little off to you? We don’t mean they look bad or anything. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. They look pretty great. So great that Carly could be Taylor but not vice versa. Look at her strapless silver Johanna Johnson gown with the minimal fishtail. Considering the long bangs and the red lips paired with porcelain skin. It’s not Carly … it’s Taylor! Only it’s not, because Taylor suddenly went and completely switched it up. Well, her J Mendel dress is sparkly, so it’s still so, Swifty, but the cut and the Art Deco inspired motif is a lot more grown-up, serious glamour than we’ve seen on Taylor. She paired the gown with Christian Louboutin shoes and Neil Lane jewels so you know she meant business. Also gone were the signature red lips, as she opted for a smoky eye instead. New stylist? All we know is that Carly may have “borrowed” Taylor’s steez, but we do like Ms. Swift’s new awards-show avatar. Carly looks like she may need to trim her bangs though, because we don’t know how she can see. Taylor always gets the length just right, so Carly, take a closer look at the blueprint.

Britney Spears Learns “Gangnam Style” Vs. Glee‘s “Call Me Maybe”: Battle Of The Memes
This is a rare moment in Internet trends — for me at least. Usually, by the time a meme goes mainstream, those of us who basically live online are sick of it. But somehow, I’m still not tired of seeing famous people dance to Carly Rae Jepsen‘s “Call Me Maybe,” and Psy’s “Gangnam Style” dance is still as infectious as ever. But after this morning’s versions of both of those phenoms — courtesy of Ellen and Glee we think everyone else should give up. First, we have Britney Spears and Ellen DeGeneres learning “Gangnam Style” from the master himself:
Four things about this: Psy is the most charming man on Earth. Britney deserves the Good Sport prize for dancing in those shoes. Britney also makes the best “concentrating” face. But we think Ellen is actually maybe better at Gangnam Style than Britney.

Tonight the MTV VMAs honor those artists who have crafted a truly superior piece of visual art to accompany their music. But a well-crafted celebrity feud? Well, that’s even harder to come by. Carly Rae Jepsen’s Wardrobe Finally Grows Up On The Cover Of Fashion Magazine
You know how there’s all this talk of Carly Rae Jepsen dressing too young? We agree because the 26-year-old singer — with her propensity for wearing tennis shoes and cutesy skirts — does look extremely twee on many occasions. Wearing a school girl frock with sneakers at the U.S. Open was one (disastrous) example. We get it, she looked sweet and it was for Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day in New York. But she’s not the kid. It’s okay for her to dress her age! Which is why we burst into spontaneous applause when we saw her on the cover of Fashion magazine’s October issue. Girlfriend really lived up to the name of the magazine in that gorgeous, very complementary emerald printed McQ by Alexander McQueen dress and sexy leopard Christian Louboutin pumps, proving that the mid-twenties is a great age to experiment in. Hopefully, she’ll translate this look into future red carpet events. The interview snippets that have been released sound a tad syrupy as she reveals insights like, “Nobody can do Britney again. She did a great job at it. I just want to be the best Carly Rae I can be, ” and “I definitely have a little attraction to bad guys, but they have to be sweethearts underneath. After all, I like to be treated well—it’s important to me.” But we’re going to give the issue a shot anyway, just for that cover. That’s how awesome we think it is.

Summer’s nearly over, and what do we have to show for it? Some tan lines? A big dent in our reading list? A new fitness routine? Hardly. We do, however, have a whole new roster of celebrities we’ve been obsessing over for the past three months. We’ll count that as an accomplishment! Some, like Olympians McKayla Maroney and Ryan Lochte, were brand-new to our radar when they came on the scene in London. The only thing hotter than the weather this sweltering July was our Twitter feed! Celebrities of every stripe were tweeting teasingly scandalous photos that were not always safe for work (unless you work for VH1 Celebrity, in which case, it’s cool). It seemed like there were more super sexy skin-filled Twitpics in July than in the rest of 2012 combined! Maybe it’s global warming?
Selena Gomez modeled a selection from her new bikini style line, while Adrianne Curry modeled her BDSM-inspired Comic-Con outfits. Rihanna tweeted so many sun-drenched photos from her never-ending Mediterranean vacation that we’re starting to imagine that we were there. Some celebs, like Aubrey O’Day, Heidi Klum and, of course, Coco, tweeted up-close and personal pics of their favorite body parts (spoiler alert, it was usually boobs or butts) and reps from the Kardashian Klan went more for the full body shots. The Spears sisters both weighed in with bangin’ bikini shots of their own, and High School Musical soul sisters Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens did the same.
We had hot moms like Jada Pinkett-Smith, Sofia Vergara, Vanessa Minnillo and Jessica Alba. And Kris Humphries’ rumored GF Myla Sinanaj shared a pic to prove she’s gonna be a hot mom in the near future. And of course models like Candice Swanepoel, Bar Refaeli and Tyra Banks turned even the most humble Instagrams into glam shots worthy of GQ and beyond. Wait, What? Now, Real Naked Pictures Of Carly Rae Jepsen Actually Exist?
We’re not re-hashing those fake Carly Rae Jepsen topless photographs that were floating around the interwebz earlier this month. This is, apparently, the real deal. TMZ is reporting that Carly’s computer has been hacked and some sexy pictures were among the bounty stolen. We’re not sure what the content of those photographs are, but it’s safe to say that’s it’s not looking good for the singer. She has supposedly contacted the police as the hacker has been trying to sell the pictures to media outlets to make a buck. Sources say that they haven’t been released yet, and Carly’s going to do her damndest to make sure they never do. The Call Me Maybe’s team got an anonymous tip-off about the fact that the pictures were stolen and waiting to hit the internet as far back as March. They mobilized forces and called the Vancouver P.D to report the crime, and a spokesperson for the police has said they’re looking into to with “regards to a theft of electronic property belonging to Jepsen.” This is the worst! We can only imagine what she’s going through. Let’s hope they nail the hacker before he finds a buyer as this could turn out to be a very embarrassing situation for Carly.
