One week after giving birth to her third child, Kourtney Kardashian is welcoming the newest member of the reality TV dynasty to social media. The mom posted a photo of son Reign Aston Disick‘s tiny fingers on Sunday, revealing that she’s still humoring boyfriend Scott Disick‘s regal fantasies. Read more…
Taylor Swift is holding hands with Harry Styles of One Direction, Lindsay Lohan is partying down and stealing the sweatshirt of Max George from The Wanted. Boy bands are back in a big way, and they’re stealing some of the brightest lights in tinsel town! But then again, who could blame them with their cool hair and cool clothes and…other cool guys with cool hair and cool clothes around them. Gah, sometimes is really does pay to travel in groups!
Tay and Lilo are definitely not the first famous ladies who have been swayed by the charms of a boy-bander. And chances are high that they won’t be the last either! Sure, everyone knows about Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, but remember that time he hooked up with Jenna Dewan? They obviously didn’t last, but we guess she made out ok in the end by marrying Channing Tatum and all. Before her punch-filled love triangle, Halle Berry stepped out with New Kid on the Block Danny Wood. Joe Jonas can count Camilla Belle and Taylor Swift among his suitors, whereas Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus preferred his brother Nick. Head down to the gallery below to see the boy-band hookups that you totally forgot about!

You have to feel sorry for Taylor Lautner. No, not because someone faked this People magazine cover story in which he apparently comes out of the closet and is “more liberated, and happier than I’ve ever been” as a result. (Just in case you didn’t smell a rat about such a story being a “special double issue,” a People rep confirmed that it was fake to GossipCop.com. Also, that quote should seem mighty familiar to some of you … more later.) But because he’d be in some really great company if he were gay and chose to come out in this manner. So many celebs have been announcing their sexual preference via their own websites or TV interviews, but the tradition of the heartfelt magazine cover story interview — whether it’s a shocking revelation or confirming years of rumors and speculation — has a warm place in our pop-culture hearts. Scroll down for some classics:
Back in 1976, Elton John’s first admission in print that he was bisexual isn’t even mentioned on the cover of Rolling Stone. In fact, it isn’t discussed until the very end of the article. We’re not sure if that’s because it was too shocking or not shocking in the least. “There’s nothing wrong with going to bed with somebody of your own sex,” the singer declared. “I think everybody’s bisexual to a certain degree. I don’t think it’s just me. It’s not a bad thing to be.”
The AmFar Inspiration Gallery took place last night at The Museum of Modern Art in New York City and the red carpet was a mixed bag. Courtney Love showed up, obviously, looking like a train wreck. How does she end up everywhere? Designers Michael Kors (who won the amfAR Award of Courage) and Kenneth Cole posed with a stunning Heidi Klum. James Franco suited up to receive his amfAR Award of Inspiration, while a teeny-waisted Jennifer Hudson performed. Ke$ha showed up looking drunk as usual and wearing an Abed Mahfouz gown that looked not exactly right on her. Add a clutch of models like Alek Wek and Chanel Iman and a totally incredible Rufus Wainwright, and voila! — successful event, check. Although in 2001 Lance Bass and his N’SYNC bandmates swept the MTV Video Music Awards and had a standout performance with Michael Jackson, Lance doesn’t really seem to care about the awards show anymore.
“I don’t even know who’s going to the VMAs. I don’t know whose nominated. I didn’t even know the VMAs were this weekend,” Lance told TheFABlife while dining at the Hotel on Rivington’s Levant East at Thor House of Hype Directors’ dinner last night.
So sad, Lance has no love for MTV. [Photo: Getty Images]
She may be up for a VMA for Best Male Video with the “Life Your Life” video she did with T.I., but that didn’t stop Rihanna from having a little fun the night before the MTV Video Music Awards. Last night, Rihanna dined at the House of Hype’s directors’ dinner at the Hotel on Rivington in New York’s Lower East Side. The Rivington’s Levant East of Thor restaurant served up special dishes for guests who also included Pink ,who took a corner table and sipped red wine throughout the evening, and husband Carey Hart, and Lance Bass, who dined while listening to tunes spun by DJ Manero.
After dinner, which ended at approximately midnight, Rihanna, who again was dressed head-to-toe in all black, and her entourage went upstairs to the Rivington’s famous three-level penthouse suite, where a post-dinner party was already in full swing. Her group took their private table by the window which was stocked with plenty of Grey Goose and Red Bull. Bodyguards protected the singer while she laughed and sipped drinks with her pals and stayed mostly sitting on the couch. She later went upstairs to the rooftop which features a jacuzzi and 360 degree view of Manhattan and looked out at the city while texting on her cell phone. At 1:50 RiRi left the party through a private exit door. She couldn’t stay out TOO late, she does have a little MTV Video Music Awards ceremony to attend tonight! [Photos: Getty Images]
C-list cat fight alert! Looks like Joey Fatone has a few choice words for the current crop of cast members on Dancing With the Stars. Fatone, who was runner-up on the show in 2007, isn’t a fan of reality television star Kim Kardashian, or former *NSync bandmate Lance Bass. Fatone (pictured above at a ribbon cutting ceremony for a public toilet in Times Square. Seriously.) told Page Six “it’s not just about dancing. It’s about personality, too. And that Kim Kardashian, ugh, she has no personality at all. It was painful to watch.” Scandalist would like to point out that Mr. Fatone hardly seems like an intriguing conversationalist himself.
As for who was wrongfully kicked off, Fatone seems to think Toni Braxton should have stuck around for longer. And of Lance Bass, the godfather to Fatone’s daughter? Bass “can’t point his toe for [bleep] . . . he had to have two Red Bulls before doing the jive.” Meow! [Photo: Getty Images]
