Vogue‘s Fashion Night Out Draws In Celebrities On Both Coasts

Celebrities At Vogue's Fashion Night Out, New York, L.A

Everyone looks forward to the grand retail extravaganza that is Vogue‘s Fashion Night Out. Held in approximately 19 countries across a week, the U.S — due to Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour‘s dictact — has their big night on the first day of Fashion Week. It’s a smart move because everyone’s in New York then, and those celebrities who don’t need to be there on day one, can enjoy FNO in L.A, the other fashion capital of the country. That’s both coasts taken care of! Hundreds of stores and designers providing special gifts with purchase and exclusive FNO merchandise, discounts and deals. NYC was swarming with stars yesterday for FNO special apperances. AnnaSophia Robb was Fekkai Mademoiselle, Nikki Reed and Kate Upton were at Michael Kors. Nikki looks super hot in a golden sequined dress, FYI. She was the best-dressed of the night! Kellan Lutz, Pharrell Williams and Matchbox 20 were at Bloomingdales. Allison Williams was at the DVF store, while Alexa Chung was at Moschino. Victoria Beckham and Kim Kardashian made the rounds too, of course. Kim’s little sisters, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, and her mother Kris Jenner were at the Beverly Center in L.A. along with Lucy Hale and Kendra Wilkinson, as well. Want to take a look at how glam everyone was? Head on over to our gallery!

Christian Bale And The Dark Knight Men Are Smoking At The Premiere! Their Guests? Not So Much

Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, The Dark Knight Rises

We’ve already posted about how Marion Cotillard and Anne Hathaway, The Dark Knight‘s lovely ladies both wore the color white the premiere of the film yesterday. It’s up to you to decide who looks best between them, between Marion’s creamy, tulle-heavy Christian Dior frock, and Anne’s draped, jersey Prabal Gurung gown. It’s not going to be easy to decide between the film’s male stars, though. How hot do Christian Bale, Tom Hardy and Joseph Gordon-Levitt look? It borders on ridiculous! Joe’s dove grey suit is Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière, FYI. And whoever designed Tom and Christian’s suits — good job. We’re sending you a bottle of wine. We love the fact that the film’s stars look so spiffy, but looks like they used up all the sartorial points at the premiere. Because some of their guests weren’t exactly as well dressed as them. We’re looking at you Jay Manuel and Pharrell Williams. The horror lies right after the jump. Read more…

Oscar Men: Pharrell, Uggie And Other Guys Who Stepped It Up

“She’s so gorgeous!” “She’s too thin!” “I love her hair! “Is she pregnant?” “What was her stylist thinking?” Yes, most of our commentary about Oscar fashion revolves around the women in attendance. The lovely ladies of Hollywood always steal the show on the red carpet, but we want to give the men a chance to shine. While some guys just slap on a penguin suit and call it a day, a few put a little extra thought into their attire, and for that, we applaud them.

Keeping the swag level high, P.Diddy told us he went for a custom-made suit from London. Interior designer/talk-show host Nate Berkus has impeccable taste that clearly translates to his sense of fashion. And Nate was kind enough to let us in on the reasoning behind his fashion splurge: “When you’re 5-8″, you don’t go for a tuxedo from a store ’cause then you look 5’8″ … Don’t I look 5’9″?” Pharrell Williams served as the night’s musical director, so he knew his sartorial choice would be on the screen a whole lot. He was looking fresh to death in a Lanvin tuxedo, complete with waistcoat. “I’m clean baby! This what it’s all about right here!”

From the Oscar veterans like the velvet-loving Christopher Plummer to the newcomers like Jonah Hill, there were plenty of other men rocking a suit like a GQ photo shoot. Check out our gallery below and tell us who your faves were.

Pharrell’s Hotness Stars In Darren Aronofsky-Directed Commerical

Oh, we’re sorry, what is this ad even for? We literally remember nothing from Pharrell Williams Revlon commercial, except for the mind-blowing hotness that was the N.E.R.D. singer acting love-struck in a three-piece suit. The Darren Aronofsky-directed commercial has a bit of the director’s Black Swan shadows-and-many-mirrors glamor, but with more Pharrell where the grotesque toenail removal would be. Of course Jessica Biel also appears in it and looks fabulous and yadda yadda yadda our brains immediately erased her and added our own gleeful, screaming faces. Pharrell also penned the jingle, so when he sings the word “plump,” you know he’s secretly name-checking us. Oh, it was a spot for mascara? Sure, we’ll buy that. We’ll buy a used garbage truck and park it in our living room if it meant we could see more of this hotness on our TV.

The Vanity Fair Tribeca Film Festival Party Brings Out Every Category Of Stars

When Vanity Fair throws a party, everybody comes. So it was no surprise that when they threw a party at the Tribeca Film Festival, celebrities, old and new, and of every profession turned up. Young Hollywood was ably repp’d by Anna Kendrick and Abigail Breslin. Hollywood royalty, on the other hand, included the likes of Robert de Niro, Harvey Keitel, Christopher Walken and director, Ron Howard.

There were designers (Calvin Klein and Diane von Furstenberg), rappers (Pharrell) and supermodels (Helena Christensen) that went as far back as Lauren Hutton, even! From the miscellaneous lot, Jerry Seinfeld, Zach Braff, Martha Stewart, Ed Burns, and Emily Mortimer showed up. Take a look at our gallery to watch the motley crew arriving at the do.
