Miley Cyrus’ New Whip Joins Our Top 10 Celebrity Rides

Miley Cyrus is a singer, actress, and clearly a baller (and we’re not just talking about which end of the anatomically correct cake she likes to eat). The Disney star dropped a stack or two, specifically $127k on a new ride last week at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Encino, California, according to TMZ. Miley is now whipping a 2012 white SL550 convertible, which she apparently paid for in full. But Liam Hemsworth’s girlfriend isn’t the first Hollywood PYT to splurge on a car. All of the young and famous want to ride in style these days — whether it’s a pink Bentley for the Barbie of hip-hop, Nicki Minaj, or a Batmobile for Mr. Bieber. Here are the 10 most expensive sets of wheels owned by our favorite celebs:

Soulja Boy Gets An Eviction Notice

The year’s ending on a pretty bad note for Soulja Boy. TMZ reports that the rapper just received an eviction notice for not paying rent for the month of November. He owes $4,725 for his Atlanta crib and if he doesn’t pay up by December 5, he’s out of there. All of this is capping off a pretty dismal run for Soulja, BTW. Between ticking off the U.S Army and getting busted for pot, we wondered if things were going to look up for him. Apparently, not so much. But this problem can be fixed — he’s just got to get that check to his landpeoples ASAP!

AMAs Worst Fashion: Christina Aguilera’s Bandage Dress And Other Catastrophes

While some of the stars brought their A fashion game to the AMAs last night, we’re convinced that a few others let their stylists leave for Thanksgiving break early. Surely a professional would prevent Kelly Clarkson and Christina Aguilera from choosing the least flattering gowns for their body type this side of our high school prom. Jennifer Lopez managed to land in our best- and worst-dressed lists (and an upcoming questionable list), thanks to her numerous costume changes and unfortunate decision to continue plugging Fiat in the middle of her performance. Now, we’re pretty sure red-carpet staple Phoebe Price and LMFAO‘s Redfoo were trying to land on this lists, but David Hasselhoff hurt our eyes in those boxers. Keep your pants on, Hoff. Please.

Soulja Boy Busted For Pot Posession

Soulja Boy was arrested early this morning for possession of massive amounts of marijuana in his car. For those of you who have seen this video,  this probably comes as the least surprising news of the decade. The 21-year-old rapper was driving with four friends in Temple, Georgia, when police pulled him over at 3:15 a.m. for a routine traffic violation. But when officers peered into the side window, they spotted “a substantial amount of marijuana and cash inside the car.” Arresting officers told TMZ that the money totaled more than $70,000! Damn. But we guess that’s chump change for a dude who just bought a $55 million jet as a birthday present for himself.

Authorities also found guns in the car, but it’s unclear whether or not they were licensed. Regardless, Soulja (real name DeAndre Cortez Way) and his friends were hauled into Carrol County Jail, where they’re currently being held. Today also marks the release of his DVD, Soulja Boy: The Movie. “Today is gonna be busy and huge very historical lots of interviews to be done,” he tweeted last night before the bust. Well, you’re right about the interviews part, Soulja. Although we think it’s called “questioning”…

The investigation is still pending, but we’ll report back.

Soulja Boy Scrambles To Appease The U.S Army

We reported yesterday how Souja Boy was in trouble with the U.S Military for his track Let’s Be Real. A retired sergeant named Leo Dunson took umbrage to the lyrics ‘F—k the army troops’ and not only responded in rap repartee, but started a petition to ban Soulja Boy‘s music from playing in any military base across America.

Part of his sweeping apology has been blogging about the song writing, “I write this to give my sincerest apology to all members of the United States military services, as well as their families that were offended by my most recent lyrics.”  And you know what, guys? It sounds really sincere, so give it a read and let us know what you think.

Part two of his making up for this debacle has been removing the song from the internet and promising to all and sundry that it’s not on his album. Debbie Coda — one of his people — says the song will never be available for purchase and wasn’t even approved for the album. Apparently “someone” went and put it on the ‘net without checking in first. TMZ was also told that Soulja’s ready to arrange meet-and-greets as well as free shows for the army to show how apologetic he is. We think he should be given a break. People screw up sometimes but if they’re ready to make up for it — why not give them a shot?

Soulja Boy Track Draws Ire Of The U.S Army

Soulja Boy is in trouble with the U.S. Armed Forces and it’s all because of his song Let’s Be Real.  A retired sergeant named Leo Dunson heard the track and got riled up because of the lyrics ‘F—k the army troops’ and actually recorded a scathing rap response called Change Your Name. His rapper avatar is called — fittingly — Sgt. Dunson and because that wasn’t enough, he’s also started an online petition to get Soulja Boy’s music banned from military bases across the country.

Dunson’s reasoning is that Soulja’s tune is, “The most ignorant thing I’ve heard in so long.” He also thinks that it’s completely in poor taste as the 10 year anniversary of 9/11 is around the corner. What do you think, guys? Is it a case of excessive moral policing or does Dunson’s petition (which is gathering speed) warranted?
