It’s not that we want Trey Songz and Rob Kardashian to suffer the agony of red, raw cheeks and a bruise ego. It’s just that no one gets in slap fights anymore! No one! After hitting their peak alongside the dueling craze, slap fighting has really dwindled down to a few middle school-related incidents. Unless you believe MediaTakeout, that is, who report that Songz slapped Kardashian after Rob’s camera crew took over the VIP section in London club Movida. According to the site’s source, having been ousted by the likes of Scott Disick and the key grip, “Trey went over and told them to ‘Get the f— out.’ Rob thought [Trey] was joking so he stood up and tried to talk, that’s when [Trey] slapped him in the face hard.” Hey, it could have been a lot worse! No, literally any other hand configuration would have been worse.
After the singer smacked him, apparently “Rob told everyone ‘Let’s go’ and they all left.” A representative of the club later allegedly claimed, “Trey Songz is the bane of my life. He’s just shown up with his crew, taken over the Kardashian table, and ran Rob and Scott out of the club. He wasn’t even invited.” The bane of your life? Uh oh, Trey. Those sound like dueling words. You now what you have to do! Allegedly! Keep your wrist locked tight and slap from the elbow!

We know that the word “fifi” doesn’t really inspire sex appeal, but the Fifi Awards are a pretty big deal, whether or not they sound frou-frou—this annual show is one of the most prestigious events of the fragrance industry. Halle Berry took at up a notch at the 2011 awards, yesterday in NYC, wearing an incredibly sexy asymmetrical cut-out dress by Halston with Christian Louboutin heels! Halle won the Fragrance Celebrity of the Year award for her scent “Reveal”, as well. So she dressed in honor of its name? Because this is pretty “reveal-ing”, no?
Don’t mind if we sound jealous. We aren’t really. We’re actually in awe of that stomach! And the rest of that body, for that matter. Halle was in good company at the show with the likes of Mary J. Blige, Fergie, Kate Walsh and Padma Lakshmi around, and we have to say, everyone was spiffily dressed. Fergie especially, in a flowing canary yellow BCBG Max Azria Atelier gown with a turquoise clutch. She won New Fragrance Celebrity of the Year Award for her perfume “Outspoken”. We don’t know why Paz de la Huerta decided to wear no make-up and scowl throughout, so we’re just going to focus on Mary’s awesome Gucci dress. Take a look at the pictures below and give us your verdict.

Yesterday we posted the extremely sad news of Nate Dogg‘s death. His passing was met with a fair amount of shock because the entertainer was only 41 years old, and no details had emerged about what caused him to die. While the official cause hasn’t yet been stated, Nate’s family is speaking out about what the possible cause could be. His manager and close friend Rod McGrew said he was, “95% recovered from the first stroke in 2007.” Nate had suffered two strokes — one in 2007 and one in 2008 — which left him partial paralyzed and with memory loss. What’s confusing about this is that McGrew revealed that Nate had “cognitively recovered,” and was functioning and alert in the days leading up to his death.
Either way, McGrew’s given a statement on the family’s (and his) behalf that reads, “We appreciate the enormous outpouring of response from all over the world. We greatly appreciate that and thank everyone for their prayers and support. We know that Nate will be hanging out with his good friend 2Pac and Biggie.” Meanwhile, the music community are pouring in tributes and condolences for their friend.
• Snoop Dogg tweeted, “We lost a true legend n hip hop n rnb. One of my best friends n a brother to me since 1986 when I was a sophomore at poly high where we met.” And, “I love u buddy luv. U will always b wit me 4ever n a day u put the g n g funk u put the 1 n 213 n u put yo stamp on evrybdy u ever didit wit.”
• Ludacris tweeted, “RIP NATE DOGG!!!”

GQ held their annual Gentleman’s Ball last night at the Edison Ballroom in New York, and stars turned out in their dapper best. Despite rumors of infidelity, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher looked still very much in love as they embraced on the red carpet. It could be an act, but…well, we’ve seen Ashton’s acting skills. This has to be the real thing. We guess their trip to Israel did the trick!
Also in attendance were some of the hottest names in hip-hop, including B.o.B, Jay Sean, Trey Songz and new dad-to-be Nick Cannon. GQ even redefined “gentleman” by letting Chris Brown and Jimmy Fallon attend *zing*! Check out the smooth styles in the gallery below.
We totally want to make out with Trey Songz. Wait, did we just type that? Er, well it’s true. He’s sexy, sensual and ridiculously well dressed, and he’s the latest artist to dish the deets on his threads in our Head to Toe video. See that diamond bracelet Trey’s sporting? It’ll cost you a cool $1400 if you want it dangling from your wrist. Luckily we’ve got you covered if you’re looking for something similar but with a pricetag that’s easier on the wallet.
Trey showed up to VH1 headquarters in a crisp D&G jacket, Oliver Peoples shades and some Rocawear jeans. Classic, hip and perfect for lip-locking. Er – just ignore us and just check out his outfit breakdown in our video below; peep up close pics of his pieces – and looks for less – in our gallery below.
