Charlie Theron’s gay marriage views seem almost identical to our aunt’s views on buying us clothes: this is would look awful on me, but on you? So amazing. As the Academy-award winning actress tells Piers Morgan in her interview airing tonight, she is a staunch supporter of gay marriage. Charlize Theron marriage? Not so much. “I really want for myself a long-term relationship, and I have been in long-term relationships,” Theron explains. “That’s the kind of union that I want. The actual ceremony is not something that is important to me, but I see the importance for other people.” Last year, Theron and Stuart Townsend ended their relationship of 10 years; since then Charlize and Keanu Reeves have been spotted out and about. Hopefully Keanu is on-board with Charlize’s marriage plans; you know he gets so sad.
As for gay nuptials, Charlize is there with with bells, and a chartreuse taffeta gown with matching pumps, on. “It’s a divine right, and when government starts to tell us who can love and what is good love … I do have a problem with that,” Theron explains. “I do have a problem with the fact that our government hasn’t stepped up enough to make this federal, to make [gay marriage] legal.”
Hats off to the casting team in charge of Snow White and the Huntsman, Kristen Stewart‘s next film which is currently in the pre-production stage in London. Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron and Sam Clafin are headlining alongside Stewart, but the supporting crew is equally as A-List. Bob Hoskins, Ian McShane, Eddie Izzard and Eddie Marsan (OMG have you seen Sherlock? See Sherlock!) have all signed on board to play dwarfs. Just this weekend it was announced that Hurt Locker actor Sam Spruell and supermodel Lily Cole have also joined the film as Finn, the Queen’s “henchman” and Greta, respectively.
The latest additions to the cast highlight Universal’s impressive job at rounding up talent for the film. Theron is an Oscar winner, Hoskins is Oscar-nominated, Hemsworth is set to be the next big action star, Stewart is arguably the most sought after actress of her generation, Claflin is an adorable newbie with an impressive resume and Izzard is an iconic comedian. Well played, Universal. We hope the star power translates into screen magic for the film, which goes intro production in the fall and will be out in theaters next summer.
American Pie lovers (all both of yous) will be happy to hear the news that most of the film’s stars have signed on for one more sequel called American Reunion. It’s not that we hate the movie—we actually quite enjoyed it when it came out—but any goodwill toward the film was lost with each subsequent sequel (American Pie 2, American Wedding) and spinoff (American Pie Presents Band Camp, American Pie Presents The Naked Mile, American Pie Presents Beta House, American Pie Presents The Book Of Love) that came out of the franchise. But now, there will be (at least) one last hurrah.
American Reunion has signed every major actor from the film (though Alyson Hannigan is still a maybe) to reprise the roles they played in the 1999 film, with Jason Biggs, Eugene Levy, and Seann William Scott among them. If you weren’t really paying attention back then, this movie was a phenomenon, a must-see blockbuster that was unprecedented for its raunchiness, which explains the star-studded turnout at its premiere twelve years ago. We unearthed some amazing photos from that hot summer night in 1999 of some serious A-listers at the premiere and it made us wonder: Would these people be caught dead at the premiere for American Reunion? Probably not, but check out the gallery and see for yourself.

Two months ago, we had reported that Kristen Stewart was up for the lead role in Snow White and the Huntsman. Nothing was certain then, and a month prior to that, she was said to be out of the running for the role, but was roped back into consideration. After all the what-if, it seems that Kristen is now this close to bagging the part of Snow White. GossipCop reports that a deal is imminent and final negotiations are taking place.
The rest of the cast is pretty hardcore. Charlize Theron has signed on to play the Evil Queen—we have a feeling she’s going to kill it in that role. Viggo Mortensen is reportedly the male lead, playing the huntsman that Snow White eventually teams up with. The films producer, Palak Patel had tweeted a whole series of confirmations about KStew bagging the role, but he has since deleted those tweets, though screengrabs of his quotes are still circulating. Considering this is going to be a dark, gritty take on the fairy tale, do you think Kristen’s the right choice for the part?

How gorgeous did everyone look at the massive Vanity Fair Oscar party at the Sunset Tower in West Hollywood! We had already seen the likes of winners Natalie Portman and Colin Firth at the show, but plenty of other celebrities, who we hadn’t necessarily focussed on, came out to play. And one couple who got adorably frisky together were Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber, who held hands and were quite cozy through out. Can we also say Selena rocked it in a gorgeous red Dolce & Gabbana gown? Sure it’s grown up, but Ms Gomez pulled it off admirably especially with the Biebs accessorizing her arm! She also was cutesy with pal Taylor Swift who sparkled (as usual) in a strapless gold beaded Zuhair Murad mini dress.
Gwyneth Paltrow also changed out of her Oscar gown into the Michael Kors number she wore to perform onstage, and posed with buddy Cameron Diaz. The latter’s legs went on for miles in a flirty short-short Carolina Herrera. Other couples included Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel who wore sexy Versace, and Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin who looked great in a red Monique Lhuillier dress. A Rumor We Love about Charlize Theron and Keanu Reeves kissing is turning out to have some merit, at least according to the National Enquirer. Three weeks ago, TMZ reported that the pair were seen smooching after an intimate dinner together, and this week, the Enquirer is confirming that the pair are definitely doin’ it. (Bumping Sweet Novembers? Advocating each other’s Devils? Whatever.)
They’ve been chummy ever since they first acted together in 1997, but after years of dating other people and enduring heartbreak, it seems like a romance has blossomed. A source said that Keanu went through a rough patch, dealing with his girlfriend Jennifer Syme‘s untimely death in 2001, but that “Charlize really helped him get through it.” Then when Charlize broke up with Stuart Townsend this year ”Keanu stepped in. Now Charlize and Keanu couldn’t be happier.” We had no idea that Keanu had been through something so tragic, but we’re happy they’ve finally managed to make it happen after all these years.

Woo, woo, woo! TMZ has footage of Charlize Theron making out with Keanu Reeves on the street after a delicious dinner together! Is it possible that the former co-stars of 1997′s Devil’s Advocate and 2001′s Sweet November are enjoying a belated romance? Has he been politely waiting for relationships with Stephan Jenkins and Stuart Townsend to end so he could swoop down and declare his eternal devotion? Was his shirt off when he did it? “More evidence—when they hugged each other goodbye, Charlize’s hands are clearly UNDER KEANU’S JACKET!” OMG! That’s totally the universal sign of a sexual relationship! What an update!
Granted, these two have acted intimately for years at social events and they clearly were aware of the cameras during their clinch. If they were secretly banging, they probably wouldn’t be hugging at all. But if Charlize and Keanu want to come forward with some grand Hepburn and Tracy story involving years of simmering chemistry, far be it from us to advise them otherwise. See photos of Charli-anu in the gallery below.

Dior and Vogue celebrated Charlize Theron‘s charitable Africa Outreach Project last night, but Charlize seemed intent on celebrating her relationship with pal Jeremy Renner, too. Ever since Theron and her longtime-flame Stuart Townsend broke up in January, rumors have been flying about a Renner-Theron pairing after they were spotted hanging at the Oscars together. Renner denies any romance saying “We’re just friends. We’re crazy about each other,” but we see through that just like we saw through Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler‘s denials. These guys are riding the Doin’-It Train to Bone City. Choo choo!
Also in attendance at the event was a very riverboat-gambler-meets-hipster Ty Pennington, and a gorgeous, glowing Nicole Richie. Check out who else was there to celebrate Charlize in our gallery. [Photos: Getty Images]
Do actors eat trophies or something? Oscar season has been over for less than a month, but the pageantry continues at full pace. Enjoying his metal meal last night was Matt Damon, earning a Lifetime Achievement Award (we’re not kidding) from the American Cinematheque (again, not kidding) for the outstanding body of work the 39-year-old has sculpted (Rounders, yo!). Among those celebrating the Damon Supremacy were Clint Eastwood, Charlize Theron, Sarah Silverman (they f—ed, remember?), Robin Williams and, of course, BFF Ben Affleck. It might seem a little early to give the Talented Mr. Damon such a trophy, but it’s really just under the buzzer: a new proposition under review in California could have all actors bronzed at the age of 40, granting thespians both eternal youth and the honor of being trophies themselves.

Dangerously high slits, booty-hugging couture, and look-at-me breast adornment! Much to our delight, the most glamorous night in Tinseltown got injected with a shot of sex appeal. Avatar‘s Zoe Saldana showed lots of leg in a love-it-or-hate-it gown. J-Lo reminded us why we first fell for her in the ’90s, flaunting her most famous asset. Newly-single Charlize Theron challenged potential suitors to look her in the eyes. The hottest in Hollywood took risks last night, and while some made fashion flops, others epitomized “movie star.” We’re looking at you, Sandra Bullock.
