Cannes Fashion Update: Rita Ora, Berenice Marlohe, Cassie Show The Long And The Short Of It

The ladies have killed the fashion at the 65th annual Cannes Film Festival. Since last week, we’ve seen plunging necklines, cocktail dresses, minis and back-baring gowns. We’ve even seen a sexy pantsuit or two. The styles are split down the middle between short dresses and full-length gowns, with a handful of ladies opting for trains that recall the looks of silver-screen sirens. Celebs like Cassie, Tessa Ia, and Isabelle Huppert chose a more leggy look, with Cassie taking the sexy route while Tessa looked more pretty and prim. On the other hand, Rita Ora chose a ’50s Hollywood all-white gown and Kelly Brook chose to shine in a body-hugging full-length dress. New Bond girl Berenice Marlohe caught our eye with her shiny gold number, too. Check out which celebs kept it short and which of the ladies chose length at Cannes.

A Cannes Jury To Kill For

jury8

This year’s Cannes jury doesn’t run low on glamor. Headed by French actress Isabelle Huppert, the panel includes Asia Argento (found in everything from NC-17 art flicks to Vin Diesel‘s XXX), Robin Wright Penn, and Shu Qi from The Transporter among the international coterie of performers and directors. If their appearance at the festival-opening screening of Up is any indication, we should see them in plenty of beautiful outfits before they pick the Palme d’Or.
