Star Magazine reports that Paul Walker has proposed to 19-year-old girlfriend Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell, a student at the University Of California Santa Barbara. The Fast & The Furious star, 35, has supposedly been dating Pilchard-Gosnell since she was 16. “Their age difference doesn’t scare him,” says the magazine’s source. “He knows she’s the one.” We’re guessing her age was a little scarier before she was legal, though. Walker has a daughter, Meadow Rain, 9, from a previous girlfriend.
