Tony Parker Sues Club Where Drake And Chris Brown Brawl Occured For $20 Million

Tony Parker Sues Club for 20 Million

Tony Parker isn’t taking his scratched retina injury incurred from the Chris Brown and Drake brawl lightly. Can you blame the guy? He kind of needs to see well to play basketball. TMZ reports the San Antonio Spurs player filed a lawsuit in New York State Supreme Court against W.i.P. club for $20 million. In the lawsuit Parker accuses the club’s security of negligence for letting in both Drake and Chris Brown in at the same time. He also says the club knew there was “bad blood between Drake and Brown” and they continued serving alcohol to all parties involved in the melee despite their visible intoxication. Parker is trying to take ballin’ (and we’re not talking about on the court) to a whole different level. Read more…

Tony Parker The Latest Victim Of The Chris Brown/Drake Brawl; Breezy’s Lawyer Blames Drake

Tony Parker Involved in Chris Brown/Drake Brawl

We’ve already seen photos of collateral damage stemming from the Chris Brown/Drake nightclub brawl earlier this week, but once you hurt Tony Parker‘s ocular cavity? That, our friends, is a bridge too fair. “I was there with a bunch of friends when a fight broke out. They started to throw bottles about. I got it all,” the NBA star admitted today about receiving eye damage during the feud at Club W.I.P. “The cornea has been touched. I can’t do anything for seven days. But I was lucky. The injury won’t prevent me from competing in the Olympics in any way.” Frankly, Breezy and Drake can stand face-to-face smashing bottles over each other’s heads Three Stooges-style for all we care, but if they screw up America’s chances for a gold medal, so help us god…Wait a minute, isn’t Tony playing for the French team? Was this all some kind of genius conspiracy?

Speaking of conspiracies, we love the rumor circulating about the note Chris Brown allegedly tried to send over to Drake with a $2,000 bottle of Ace of Spades champagne, the note that started it all which supposedly read, “I’m still f— Rihanna.” According to Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos today, however, “I turned over evidence that clearly demonstrates that it is Drake who instigated all of this. I think it’s clear that the cops view Chris, (bodyguard) Pat and (girlfriend) Karrueche as victims.” Breezy was supposedly sent that note with his lady in the club? Lord have mercy. Then there’s the fact that the NYPD is investigating whether gunshots might have been fired in the club. “We have several eyewitnesses telling detectives they heard what they believed to be shots fired during the disturbance,” police spokesperson Paul Browne said today. Needless to say, we like this a lot less. Not at all, really. Please don’t let that be true, is what we’re saying.

Eva Longoria Gets Her Revenge on Tony Parker

Eva Longoria didn’t get mad at Tony Parker, she got even. At least if you believe the latest chapter in their split saga that’s making the rounds today. We know the pair agreed to divorce after Eva discovered intimate text messages on her husbands phone that were sent by Erin Barry, the wife of fellow San Antonio’s Spur Brent Barry. But according to Radar Online this had happened weeks ago. The two were apparently  still discussing when to reveal their breakup to the world when Eva sprung the divorce papers on him yesterday.

“Eva was hurt and she wanted a little revenge,” the source told Radar. “So she blindsided Tony with the divorce filing. They were working out the details about who was going to file and when. They didn’t want it to become a messy divorce. Then Eva got a little revenge and didn’t tell Tony she was filing and dropped the papers on him, catching him off balance for the media blitz.”

On top of that, she also made the relationship between her husband and Erin Barry public as well. Despite admitting to the text messages, both Erin and Tony deny that their relationship was ever a physical one. But as the two couples had been friends for some time, Longoria felt understandably stabbed in the back. “Eva is furious that Tony started a relationship with a woman she knew, a woman they went out with as couple friends. She felt betrayed by Tony and this is how she got a small measure of revenge.”

And it looks like the revenge rocked more than just Tony. Brent Barry is reportedly filing for divorce from Erin this afternoon.

Eva Longoria And Tony Parker Are Not Divorcing

False alarm? Reports broke yesterday that Tony Parker and Eva Longoria were splitting up to the sounds of a collective WTF? They seem happy together, and Eva looked pretty much as home on his lap at the 2nd Annual Rally For Kids With Cancer not even a month ago. What gives? Apparently, nothing, because according to Eva’s spokesperson Liza Anderson the story has no merit, and Tony and Eva are not divorcing.

TMZ retracted the story they had posted, and are now reporting that Tony doesn’t even have a divorce lawyer to begin with. They’ve stated, “A rep for Eva Longoria tells TMZ our story that Tony Parker filed for divorce is not true… Eva’s rep tells us Tony did not file and does not even have a divorce lawyer.” The misconception came from the fact that two clerks at Bexar County Courthouse, Texas, had said that the divorce case was filed and sealed by a family law judge. TMZ has posted, “Another clerk at the courthouse now tells us she’s in charge of sealed cases and says no such case has crossed her desk.”

Drama for nothing. Those two clerks better hide from Eva ’cause she’s known to fight back.

Pam Anderson: Crazy For Charity

Things got a little loony over the weekend at the opening ceremony of the 17th Annual Life Ball in Vienna. A gold-plated Pamela Anderson shook her middle-aged goods to the beat of a boom box, while Katy Perry glided to the stage in a giant seashell. Former US president Bill Clinton, Eva Longoria-Parker, and Amanda Lepore were among those who witnessed the sh*tshow for a worthy cause. Life Ball is Europe’s largest annual AIDS charity raising more than $1.6M this year to help people living with HIV.
