Before we say anything about what everyone else wore, we need to say this … HOLY SH–, CHARLIZE THERON! How does she do it? And by that we mean, how does she look like that? The CinemaCon 2012 Awards Ceremony went down at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas last night, and Charlize slinked down the red carpet wearing the sexiest, raciest Dion Lee LBD in the history of all little black dresses. The fact that she wore strappy Giuseppe Zanotti heels didn’t hurt either. Take a bow, Charlize.
Also wearing black at the same event were Jennifer Garner and Michelle Pfeiffer. Jennifer wasn’t quite working her Michael Kors dress, perhaps because it should have been worn with different shoes. The ones she had on looked like bandages and were far too clunky. Michelle defied age in her a sheer-panelled dress that showed off a rocking bod. Our favorite, other than Charlize, would be Chloe Moretz who wore a metallic dark blue Kenzo dress with hidden slant pockets.
Other celebrities who attended included the likes of Josh Hutcherson, Anna Faris and Jeremy Renner, to name a few.

From director Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg firing her to news of a Shia LaBeouf Megan Fox hook-up, it it seems like Megan Fox was going get trashed in the press until they ran out of Transformers sequels to promote (in the year 2562). Luckily, it seems only 98% of her coworkers have something personally embarrassing to say about her, because former co-star Tyrese defends Megan Fox as a nice person. “Megan is a sweet girl. I’ve never had an issue with her. It’s always been good,” Tyrese told Popeater’s Rob Shuter. “I know people are talking a lot of mess about her, but I just hope she has a strong stomach.” Well, Fox had to be sort of used to getting insulted in the news; she was, after all, in more than one Michael Bay movie.
Maybe Tyrese is particularly understanding because he was on the receiving end of the same tyrannical directing habits that Megan Fox’s Hitler comments were trying to (offensively) describe. “He’s very aggressive with himself. Very demanding of himself. He has very high expectations of not just the cast, but the crew,” Tyrese says of director Bay. “He’s cursed me out a few times. I cursed him out back. I don’t really curse people out in person. I tend to do it through email. He curses me out in person.” The truth comes out! Hmm, maybe it’s better that all these scandalous secrets leak out. This way we won’t be totally shocked when Shia LeBeouf admits to a hot and heavy fling with almost all of the Decepticons.
We’re not sure why Gloria Allred was holding a “David Letterman Say No To Sex In Your Workplace” sign at the Law Abiding Citizen premiere in LA last night. Assuming Letterman is even considering saying “yes” to sex in his workplace again after the extortion debacle, we’re not sure this is the best way to make sure the Late Show host gets the message. And why was she at the premiere in the first place? Because the word “Law” is in the title?
Making more sense on the red carpet were stars like Regina Hall, Sanaa Lathan, Jamie Foxx, Eva Marcille and Tyrese Gibson, though Gerard Butler did get a little silly turning a long photo lens of his own to the paparazzi. Check out who else made the scene in the gallery below.
