VH1 Storytellers is the original VH1 TV show where artists from across genres perform and tell the stories behind their most loved songs to an intimate audience. Now, it’s the fans’ turn to talk back and tell their favorite artists how their music has inspired them.
Everyone has a story to tell about their favorite songs, lyrics, or artists, and VH1 wants to hear yours. VH1 Storytellers online will allow fans to upload video and written stories that let artists and other fans know how the music has changed their lives. At launch, fans will be able to share their love for Storytellers performers such as Kanye West, ZZ Top, Billy Idol, Kid Rock, Mary J. Blige, Coldplay, Pearl Jam, Snoop Dogg, Jay-Z, David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, and Green Day. VH1 Storytellers online will also allow users to watch, read, and rate other fans’ stories, and watch music videos and classic VH1 Storytellers performances.
