Q:  My player displays "Tuning in..." or "Buffering..." but doesn't play music. Is it broken?
A:  If this problem occurs only occasionally, it is likely due to varying levels of Internet traffic. Try closing and restarting the player. If this problem occurs every time you listen, you may have a problem with your media player.

Q:  My player looks likes it's working, but there's no sound.
A:  Make sure that your Windows volume settings are turned up, and that no other media players are open on your computer.

Q:  Songs skip; I hear static or see "net congestion" messages.
A:  This could be a problem with your computer, your network or Internet Service Provider (ISP), our streaming service, or a combination of these factors. Try the following:
  • Make sure that your player's connection speed is set to "Modem" if that's how you are connected to the Internet, or "DSL / ISDN / CABLE MODEM / T1" if you have a broadband connection.
  • If you use dial-up access, try other access numbers offered for your modem speed by your ISP.
  • Reduce the amount of Web surfing you do while listening and close all unnecessary applications.
Q:  Sound is too fast, too slow or very distorted, or my browser crashed.
A:  Your system memory may be low or your media player may not be working properly. Try the following:
  • If you have several applications open, try closing a few to see if the situation improves.
  • If the problem continues, you may have problems with your media player.
Q:  A message states that I use Internet Explorer for Macintosh, but I do not.
A:  You must clear your browser cache and delete your radio cookie to solve this problem.

A:  Click one of the links below to download the Windows Media or Real Player for Windows.
