VH1 Classic Presents 'A Rock N' Roll Holiday Escape Cruise with Journey, REO Speedwagon, and Styx' Sweepstakes

2. To enter: The sweepstakes will be posted on VH1classic.com, a website owned and controlled by MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International, Inc. ("MTVN") starting at or around 12:00 pm (ET) October 1st, 2004 and ending at 11:59 pm (ET) October 31, 2004 (the "Sweepstakes"). Participants must fill out the required fields on the Sweepstakes entry form to be entered into a random drawing (collectively "Eligible Entries"). There will be one grand prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner").Participants must complete all required data requested on the entry form. Incomplete or inaccurate entry forms are void. Limit one entry per person per day. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry for a given day, only the first online entry for that day will count. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. MTVN, SFX Entertainment, Inc. d/b/a Clear Channel Entertainment ("Clear Channel Entertainment"), and each of their respective agencies are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of MTVN which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or for any reason MTVN deems it necessary, MTVN reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on VH1classic.com. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute over who submitted the winning entry, the holder of the winning email account will be declared the winner. An "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a telephone number, pager number or email address by a telephone company, wireless service provider, Internet access provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational, government, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning telephone numbers, pager numbers, wireless phone numbers, email addresses, for the telephone exchange associated with the submitted telephone or pager number or the domain associated with the submitted telephone, pager number or email address, as applicable.

The Grand Prize shall include: (a) Two (2) roundtrip airline tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest nearest Grand Prize Winner's U.S. Residence to fly to Miami(CCE reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides 150 miles of Miami). From Miami Grand Prize Winner and guest will embark on a cruise to the Caribbean (b) cabin accommodations for the Grand Prize Winner and a guest for seven (7) nights/ eight (8) days in the Caribbean (costs for room and tax only based on one room with double occupancy; meals, telephone calls and other incidentals are not included); (c) return transportation to port of Miami (d) Two (2) tickets to Journey's live show and a "meet and greet" with Journey, subject to Artist's availability. The total estimated retail value of sweepstakes is $ 4,700.00
The Grand Prize is subject to the following material conditions and restrictions:
Travel must be taken on dates specified by sponsor. A disqualification will result and an alternate winner will be randomly selected if a prize notification is refused. In the event a Grand Prize Winner and/or guest cannot travel on that date, Grand Prize Winner forfeits travel portion of prize and is not entitled to any compensation. No cash or other substitutions are permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with one of equal or greater value and is not responsible for the cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of the concert. The prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.
The dates for prize fulfillment will be November 27, 2004 to December 4, 2004 and are subject to change at MTVN's sole discretion. Total approximate retail value of this Sweepstakes is $4,700.00. The actual retail value of this Sweepstakes depends on current existing market conditions at time of prize fulfillment.
4. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
5. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of MTVN, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes
6. The Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at random, from among all of the Eligible Entries received, by VH1classic.com on MTVN's behalf on or around November 2nd 2004. MTVN will be contacting the potential Grand Prize Winner by telephone. Upon notification, the potential winner must call the phone number provided to confirm identity and eligibility within two (2) working days. If potential winner is unreachable, or if there is no response from the potential winner within two (2) working days, an alternate winner may be chosen, in MTVN's sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on dates designated by MTVN, an alternate winner will be selected. If an alternate winner is chosen, it will be selected randomly from the remaining Eligible Entries.
7. The specifics of all elements of any prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by MTVN. Some restrictions may apply. No substitution, transfer of any prize (or any part of a prize package) or cash alternative permitted, except by MTVN due to prize unavailability at time of award in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Unless specified otherwise by MTVN, no cash will be awarded. Arrangements for the fulfillment of prizes will be made by Clear Channel Entertainment. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of MTV Networks, Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS) and Viacom International Inc., Clear Channel Entertainment, the independent judging organization (if any), and other sponsors and/or participating retailers from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this promotion or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the prizes. Entry into the sweepstakes constitutes Grand Prize Winner and guest agreement to sign such releases. Guest traveling with Grand Prize Winner must be at least 21 years of age at time of prize fulfillment. Grand Prize Winner is subject to proving eligibility, including verification of social security number. If Grand Prize Winner cannot furnish verifiable and valid proof of age within 48 hours after being notified of winning, an alternate winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries received, in MTVN's sole discretion.
