1. No purchase necessary.

2. To enter: The sweepstakes will be posted on www.VH1classic.com, a website owned and controlled by MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International, Inc. ("MTVN") starting at or around 12:00 pm (ET) July 24, 2007 and ending at 12:00 pm (ET) August 13, 2007 (the "Sweepstakes"). Participants must fill out the required fields on the Sweepstakes entry form to be entered into a random drawing (collectively "Eligible Entries"). There will be one (1) grand prize winner (“the Grand Prize Winner”) selected from the Eligible Entries. Participants must complete all required data requested on the entry form including without limitation, electronically agreeing to MTVN's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Incomplete or inaccurate entry forms are void. Limit one entry per person per day. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry for a given day, only the first online entry for that day will count. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. MTVN is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of MTVN which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or for any reason MTVN deems it necessary, MTVN reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.VH1classic.com. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute over who submitted the winning entry, the holder of the winning email account will be declared the winner. An "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a telephone number, pager number or email address by a telephone company, wireless service provider, Internet access provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational, government, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning telephone numbers, pager numbers, wireless phone numbers, email addresses, for the telephone exchange associated with the submitted telephone or pager number or the domain associated with the submitted telephone, pager number or email address, as applicable. All entries become the property of MTVN.

3. Prizing: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
Roundtrip Coach Airfare Transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada, three (3) days/two (2) nights deluxe guest room accommodations at The Mirage Casino-Hotel, with round-trip limousine transportation between McCarren Airport and hotel (Room and tax only; MTVN reserves the right to substitute air transportation with ground transportation if Grand Prize winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, California) (Approximate retail value $1,600.00)

The total approximate retail value of the Sweepstakes is $2,430.00.
The tentative dates for prize fulfillment are before August 31, 2008 and are subject to change at MTVN's sole discretion. The total approximate retail value of this Sweepstakes is $2,430.00. The actual retail value of this Sweepstakes depends on current existing market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. . Any difference between actual value and approximate retail value will not be awarded. Any costs associated with prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly stated above are not included in the prize package and are the responsibility solely of the winner and his/her travel companion. Such costs may include, without limitation, any additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls or other personal costs and expenses not specified herein but relating to use or acceptance of this prize package which are the sole responsibility of the winner. MTVN reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize(s) of comparable value. Some restrictions may apply. Grand Prize Winner and guest must possess valid passport/travel documents at the time of travel. Grand Prize Winner and guest must be available to travel on the dates selected by MTVN or forfeit prize. Winner must arrange travel with EMI Music Marketing agent at least sixty (60) days in advance. Travel is subject to availability and blackout periods and must be completed by August 31, 2008. Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companion(s) will be required to travel on the identical itinerary. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, certificates or other prize items once they are in the Grand Prize Winner’s possession. In the event any Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on such dates as determined by MTVN, such Grand Prize Winner of the Sweepstakes and all privileges as a Grand Prize Winner will immediately be terminated. An alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected instead from among all of the remaining Eligible Entries. Any expenses which are not expressly set forth in these Official Rules are Grand Prize Winner’s sole responsibility.

4. The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of Eligible Entries received.

5. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of MTVN, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

6. The Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at random, from among all of the Eligible Entries received, by MTVN or around August 15, 2007. MTVN will contact the potential Grand Prize Winner by telephone (No voice messages will be left). Upon notification, the potential winner must call the phone number provided to confirm identity and eligibility within two (2) working days. If any potential winner(s) is unreachable, or if there is no response from any potential winner(s) within two (2) working days, an alternate winner(s) may be chosen, in MTVN's sole discretion. If an alternate winner is chosen, it will be selected randomly from the remaining Eligible Entries.

7. The specifics of all elements of any prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by MTVN. Some restrictions may apply. No substitution, transfer of any prize (or any part of a prize package) or cash alternative permitted, except by MTVN due to prize unavailability at time of award in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Unless specified otherwise by MTVN, no cash will be awarded. Arrangements for the fulfillment of prizes will be made by EMI Music Marketing and The Mirage Casino-Hotel. The Grand Prize Winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of MTV Networks, and Viacom International Inc. EMI Music Marketing, The Mirage Casino-Hotel (“the Sweepstakes Entities”)“, and other sponsors and/or participating retailers from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this promotion or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the prizes. Except where prohibited, the Grand Prize Winner may be also required to execute a Publicity Release, and a Tax Acceptance Form ("Affidavit/Release"). The receipt by any winner of any of the prize components of this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local rules and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT MTVN'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF MTVN'S “VH1 Classic Presents: Summer of LOVE Sweepstakes” SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. The value of the prize(s) may be taxable as income. Upon receipt of any prize, the winner(s) is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local tax that becomes due with respect to the prize(s).

9. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. and are at least 21 years of age at time of entry. Grand Prize Winner is subject to proving eligibility, including verification of social security number and is further subject to possessing a valid, government-issued photographic identification at the time of prize fulfillment. If Grand Prize Winner cannot furnish verifiable and valid proof of age within 48 hours after being notified of winning, an alternate winner may be chosen from among all remaining Eligible Entries received, in MTVN's sole discretion.
Travel companion(s) (if any) of potential Grand Prize winner must be a permanent lawful U.S. citizen and resident residing in the 48 contiguous United States or District of Columbia, be 21 years of age or older, and must sign and return a Liability and Publicity Release prior to travel documents being issued, except where prohibited. Entrant waives the right to assert as a cost of winning a prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize and any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. Except where prohibited by law, each Grand Prize Winner’s and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use said Grand Prize Winner’s and his/her travel companions’ (if any) name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, now or hereafter known, in perpetuity, without review, permission or further compensation. All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding of prizes. Eligibility, age, and claims made by the Grand Prize Winner also are subject to verification prior to awarding of prize. Sweepstakes not open to employees and their immediate families of MTV Networks, Viacom International Inc., EMI Music Marketing, The Mirage Casino-Hotel and affiliated companies and subsidiaries as well as any person who has won an MTVN national contest or sweepstakes in the twelve (12)-month period preceding entry into this Sweepstakes. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND, ALASKA AND HAWAII AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

10. All interpretations of the rules and decisions by MTVN are final. MTVN reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, VH1 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY OF THE CONTROVERSY REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.

11. All requests must be received by November 30, 2007.Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules.

12. Grand Prize Winner agrees that MTV Networks, Viacom International Inc., EMI Music Marketing, The Mirage Casino-Hotel, their subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded herein.
