While on a sailing jaunt, a young blond man (Bjorn Andresen) puts in at a small community on the coast of Norway and hires himself out as a day laborer. There, he meets and is teased by a minx of a girl, who is also blond, but is only fifteen years old. At some point, the young man, naked, emerges from a house bearing a sword to duel an older man (also naked) who wants to rape him. Each scores a few hits on the other. That challenge seemingly settled, the young man continues on his way in his boat. This film will be of particular interest to those who want to see more of Andresen, who was the boyish object of the composer's deadly obsession in Visconti's Death in Venice ~ Clarke Fountain, All Movie Guide
