Sheree North guest stars as Virginia Hollingsworth, the younger sister of Blanche Devereaux (Rue McClanahan). Throughout her life, Virginia has always managed to "win" everything that Blanche has ever held dear. Now, Virginia hopes once again to take something away from Blanche -- namely, one of her kidneys.
