Beyonce To Duet With Josh Groban And A Bunch Of Choirboys At Oscars

Singer will perform three of the nominated songs.

The same producers who picked Chris Rock to host the Oscars have enlisted Beyoncé to liven up the performances of the best song — a.k.a. Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures (Original Song) — nominations.

notably, the Destiny's Child singer will take the stage with classical crooner Josh Groban to perform his single from "The Polar Express" soundtrack, "Believe."

Beyoncé will also join the American Boychoir in performing "Look to Your Path (Vois Sur Ton Chemin)" from "The Chorus" and will handle "Learn to Be Lonely" from "The Phantom of the Opera," the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences announced Wednesday (February 9).

Counting Crows will perform their nominated single "Accidentally in Love" from "Shrek 2." Jorge Drexler's "Al Otro Lado del Rio" from "The Motorcycle Diaries" is the fifth nominated song.

The Academy Awards will be broadcast live on February 27 from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood at 5 p.m. PT/ 8 p.m. ET.
