Sandy Skeie is a music business veteran who has owned an independent record distributor, run a "one-stop" wholesaler, had production deals, owned a small chain of record stores, and been executive director of the music trade publication, Gavin. He has represented such record labels as Motown, T.K., Chess, Tommy Boy, Sugarhill, Fantasy, Stax, Westbound, Specialty, and many hundreds more during the heyday of R&B.
