Scotland’s largest music festival, T In The Park, is planning an unforgettable weekend. Our favorite bad girl is set to headline the 20th anniversary of the festival along with Mumford & Sons. The pop princess and rock band couldn’t be more different as artists, but the versatility in performers is what makes for a unique show.
Nailing Rihanna for its 20th birthday is major as the Bajan beauty would say, especially since it’s her first ever Scotland festival. From July 12-14 Scottish music lovers will rock out at Balado in Scotland. Rihanna may be a bigger household name of the two acts, but Mumford & Sons’ Babel had the biggest debut sales (600,000) of 2012 before Taylor Swift‘s Red. As much as the crowd will go-hoarse screaming for the navy leader, they will also jump around wildly to their favorite songs by Mumford & Sons.
By this summer we expect Rihanna to be gearing up for the release of her eighth album. Since we most likely won’t be flying across the pond to witness her show first-hand we have only one request. Someone must upload videos of fans yelling the lyrics to “Pour It Up” in their Scottish accents.
