Happy Hanukkah to everyone celebrating the eight-day Festival of Lights starting tomorrow! We’re all about any holiday that involves gift exchanges and food, so we’re facing off Drake and Adam Lambert - two pop stars who, practicing or not, have a Jewish heritage. Who’s video would you bet your dreidel stash on to win this battle: “HYFR” or “Whataya Want From Me?” Read our case for each if you can’t decide. Vote after the jump while we our stuff our faces with latkes. Mmmm…latkes.
“Whataya Want From Me“ – Maybe we’re a little bias because Adam is hosting VH1 Divas this year, but is this even up for debate? Drake may have had a public “re-Bar Mitzvah,” but Adam chose to touch base with his Jewish side discreetly by, I don’t know, singing an amazing rendition of “The Prayer” at a tribute concert honoring assassinated Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin before he was famous. Plus, “Whataya” shows off Adam’s acting chops. Could you belt those P!nk-penned lyrics while going through an intense breakup? His eyeliner not running is a Hanukkah miracle alone. What more do you want?!

“HYFR“ – Partying with Drake is definitely on my bucket list. Who else can throw a bar mitzvah banger like this with Trey Songz, Lil Wayne, Birdman, DJ Khaled and 40 in attendance? Even a young Aubrey Graham gets in on the action in the beginning of the video! And judging by that home video snippet, Drizzy has been working his star style (hell yeah, silver vest!) and dance moves for 13 years. Cheers to partying like a rockstar, and here’s hoping that Wayne wears that panda mask more often, so we don’t have to look at his actual mug as much.
