Ke$ha is taking her illustrated memoir, My Crazy Beautiful Life, to the small screen in a new docu-series from MTV. Like her book, the show follows the 25-year-old through professional and personal settings during the recording of her latest album (Warrior) and was shot over a two-year period by her brother, Lagan Sebert. “With this documentary series I’m revealing a more complete picture of what my life is really like. It’s not all glamorous but it’s all real. I want you to come on a whirlwind journey with an all-access pass to My Crazy Beautiful Life,” Ke$ha told our friends. No word on whether or not her romp with a ghost was captured on camera.
Since we’ll have to wait a few more months to check out the boy-crazy blood, sweat and tears, as well as and run-ins with Iggy Pop and the Flaming Lips, firsthand, Ke$ha spoke about the upcoming series on Tuesday night’s premiere of Nikki & Sara LIVE. As the show’s very first guest ever, K-dollar sign was eager to spill deets on her upcoming project. “It’s everything. It’s the highs, it’s the lows, it’s the wasted in Vegas, it’s the hungover the next day,” she explained, hopeful that the forthcoming series will be “slightly less creepy” than Catfish, despite her admitted penchant for ugly dudes with beards.
