April Fools! But not really. Tyga was probably feeling pretty good during the launch of his L.A. Gear sneaker line at Shiekh Shoes in Hollywood yesterday. But then a dude came in and gave him a subpoena in the middle of the party, and that kind of killed the mood! The best part? The process server bought two pairs of the new kicks, and waited two hours in line to have them autographed by Tyga himself. He even got a selfie with the rapper before handing over his papers. TMZ got the whole thing on video, so praise the prank gods!
Now that Chris Brown has locked in Las Vegas residency, could a reconciliation with ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran be in the cards? Tran has been spotted on the Vegas party scene on a consistent basis — leaving folks to wonder what would happen if her and Chris crossed paths?
It’s safe to say that Selena Gomez was not a fan of Comedy Central’s Roast of Justin Bieber. Which is kind of weird, because we assume she’d LOVE to watch her ex-boyfriend get ripped apart by celebrities and professional comedians on national television. But clearly she has higher principles than we do, because sources close Gomez claim that she found the program “disgusting and gross.”
We’ve already offered you the most rockin’ versions of our beloved National Anthem, and now Vince Neil has made his own very special addition to the list. The Motley Crue singer recently made an appearance at a Las Vegas Outlaws football game, where he was tapped to salute the stars and stripes. Considering he’s part owner of the team, it probably seemed like a good idea, right? Ehhh, maybe not.

We all know that Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk” has been heating up our earbuds all through the winter. But did you know that this funky jam is in its 12th week at the top of Billboard’s Hot 100 chart? ‘Cause that’s a big deal.
Jimmy Fallon and Ethan Hawke sing Bob Dylan lullabies, Joni Mitchell is in intensive care in the hospital, Madonna says she has enough material to put out an autobiography, and more on First Dibs.
The first 24 hours of the fourth month each year, popularly known as April Fool’s Day, is traditionally set aside for jokes, pranks, hoaxes, bunkum, and other comical trickery in which bafflement is turned into good humor by way of the post-punchline declaration, “April Fool!”
Rock-and-roll seems to take a more sober-minded approach to the concept of the “fool,” though. Classic rock songs that directly address “fools,” especially in the title, tend to have an air of warning, dismissal, outright mockery, and even anger. No fooling!
For this April Fool’s Day, take some time between crank calls and inflating Whoopee Cushions to check out our playlist of the Top 10 Classic Rock “Fool” songs.
One Directioners shed tears for Zayn Malik at Madame Tussauds, My Morning Jacket say hello to spring with a new tune, Kanye West got some unexpected help for “FourFiveSeconds” and more on Last Lap.
Back in 1995, a Democrat was in the Oval Office, O.J. Simpson was on the brink of some serious jail time, and Jodeci released their third album, The Show, The Afterparty, The Hotel. Fast forward 20 years later: Once again there’s a Democrat in office, O.J’s locked up, and Jodeci has released their fourth record, The Past, The Present, The Future. The group’s new full-length represents more than merely a return to music—it’s also a symbolic victory. The disc stands as a testament to their resiliency, in spite of the various setbacks that threatened to derail them for good. Slick new singles like “Nobody Wins,” “Every Moment,” and “Checkin for You” have removed any doubt that the anointed “Bad Boys of R&B” are really back.
We spoke to group member Mr. Dalvin about reuniting with long-time producer Timbaland, keeping the Jodeci mystique alive in the age of social media, and getting the comeback rolling after such a long hiatus.
The Game plays a dirty game of basketball—at least if this startling video from TMZ is any indication. The clip clearly shows the rapper taking a pretty powerful swing at an opposing player during a game of pickup in Los Angeles. But before you send The Game to anger management, he’s claiming it was all in self defense. Apparently the guy threatened to shoot him!
