The all-live, all-fun event collected the best music from the year, having some of our favorites perform in honor of the special date. 12/12/12 is a once in a lifetime date and The Big & Best of 2012 was a once in a lifetime event. MTV Celebrates Bruno Mars’ “Unorthodox Jukebox” With Big & Best Of 2012 Performance, Miguel Added To List Of Performers

Earlier this week the week early streaming of Bruno MarsUnorthodox Jukebox left some music critics and writers scrambling to add Mars to the “Best Of” 2012 lists. Short and sweet, the 10 track album is already receiving grade A raves prior to its December 11 release. To celebrate Mars’ sophomore album MTV will launch a multiscreen celebration with a performance of “Locked Out of Heaven” on Tuesday, December 11, and a performance of “Young Girls” and in-depth interview with the singer during “The Big & Best of 2012: A Year End Celebration Presented by T-Mobile” the following day. And if performances by one lovemaking crooner wasn’t enough to get you excited, try two. Miguel has been added to the list of performers for the December 12th event. You won’t want to miss it.
