Meek Mill Vs. Cassidy Drop Diss Records, But No One “Ethers” Anyone

A little holiday cheer is needed between Philly rappers Meek Mill and Cassidy. The eggnog is still chilling in the fridge from Christmas, but that didn’t stop the Twitter beef and diss records from dropping. Hip-hop battles take no days off. From what we can gather the feud is merely a battle over the old (Cassidy) vs. the new (Meek Mill) taking the former’s spot. Because God forbid two rappers from the same city be on top. Read more…

The Flaming Lips’ Wayne Coyne Can Kiss Erykah Badu’s “Glittery A**” For Releasing Unfinished Music Video

Badu vs. Flaming Lips' Wayne Coyne

Glitter is supposed to make everyone happy! Too bad glitter is not enough to settle the spat between Erykah Badu and The Flaming Lips lead singer Wayne Coyne. She had no problem with Coyne tweeting nude photos of her sister, Nayrock, who is also featured in the video for The Flaming Lips and Badu collaboration on “First Time I Ever Saw Your Face.” According to Okayplayer.com, Ms. Badu was not pleased with the premature posting of the video on Pitchfork.com.  She did not back down from her position even though all of Twitter was watching. Chris Brown and Meek Mill Twitter Beef Over Rihanna

Rihanna sure does have a forgiving heart.  It was just a couple of weeks ago folks were up in arms over Drake’s alleged diss about Rihanna in his verse on 2 Chainz’s “No Lie.” While she was schmoozing with Drake, who has confessed his love for this woman a million times before, Chris Brown and Meek Mill seemed to be throwing jabs back and forth on Twitter. Yes, you read that right. Rihanna’s in Miami partying it up with Drizzy, meanwhile Chris Brown and Meek Mill are engaging in petty beefs on social media. All over Rihanna. Play on, player! Bob Lefsetz Takes More Hilarious Jabs at Lily Allen

Bob Lefsetz may not have good music industry sense, but he sure has a good memory for personal feuds. The self-styled “First in Music Analysis” (who last week wrote that Tyler, the Creator’s Goblin didn’t have any online word of mouth) took a shot at Lily Allen in September 2009 after she decried filesharing on her myspace blog. Believing Allen’s complaints to actually be about Allen’s own relative lack of success in the United States, Lefsetz proceeded to criticize both her artistry and what he believed was an expectation of success due to birthright.

Last night Lefsetz rekindled the feud when Allen tweeted, “Everyone watch Case Histories on BBC1, my mummy produced it.” He fired back:
