As we parallel park into July and officially hit the curb of this year’s halfway point, it’s time to take a quick look back at what the past six months have taught us. Not conventional life lessons, however; we’re talking about stuff that’s a little bit less intense and also involves YOU! That’s right, in the first installment of our Top 100 Videos of 2011… So Far, we’re spilling the beans on the #100-51 most clicked-and-viewed videos on VH1.com. You’ll see that this pi?ata-like list of content contains tasty treats and slippery surprises alike! Special Sneak Peek At The New Sara Bareilles Music Video, “Uncharted”

UPDATE: Now featuring a special greeting from Miss Sara Bareilles herself!

If you were paying attention back when Sara Bareilles was our July 2010 Posted artist, you’ll recall that she had a very difficult time writing the material that would ultimately make up her second studio album, Kaleidoscope Heart. In one of her entries that month, she candidly admitted that “As the time passed, I slowly started writing again, and truly amazed myself with just how horrible the songs were. And then the fear set in.”

Well, we hate to cut to the chase, but Spoiler Alert! She was able to conquer that fear, get over her case of writer’s block and pen the exceptional Kaleidoscope Heart, which spawned the #26 video in VH1′s Top 40 videos of 2010, “King Of Anything.” Speaking of writer’s block, that’s precisely what her latest single, “Uncharted,” is about. And, we’re presuming, the familiar subject matter is why she was able to convince artists like Josh Groban, Maroon 5′s Adam Levine, Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles, and more to appear in her star-studded new video.

Josh Groban Excited To Learn There’s An SNL Facebook Campaign In His Honor

Hot on the heels of his viral smash, “Josh Groban Sings Kanye West’s Tweets,” none other than Josh Groban himself swung by the set of Jump Start Live yesterday. His new record, Illuminations, is building nicely and earning him new fans, thanks in large part to the success of his pop radio friendly first single, “Hidden Away.”

However, we didn’t ask him about any of that stuff. Instead, we wanted to get his thoughts on the “Get Josh Groban on SNL” Facebook fan page, what it was like to be parodied on that venerable sketch show not once but twice (!), and, of course, how the whole Kanye West Tweets bit evolved.
