On Saturday, Nelly was pulled over on his tour bus in Tennessee originally for not having a required Dept. of Transportation sticker. Unfortunately for him the officer caught a strong whiff of pot and decided to conduct a search.

Among them is Nelly who lays down a verse on “4×4″ on the new record. So why has Nelly joined The Movement and cosigned Miley as “dope”? And did he just call her Madonna?
Last week’s release of M.O. marks Nelly‘s seventh full-length solo album, his first in nearly three years.
